I went inside to order a simple drink. It took a few minutes for someone to even acknowledge me. When they did, they said it would be another minute or so. After they took my order, it took 12 minutes for them to have my drink ready. I must admit that they were busy and had big carry out orders. This location is one of my favorites because the employees are super friendly and always make sure you're happy with your drink. When this Starbucks first opened, they definitely had issues with service and product quality but they've vastly improved! My go to drinks are the sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and the lemonade mango dragonfruit refresher. Frankie is one of their best baristas because he always has great customer service and makes my drinks so well! The reason I did not give 5 stars is because when this location gets very busy, the quality of the drinks and customer service isn't good. A handful of times, the baristas in-store and in the drive-thru have attitudes and rush to make your order, not following standards. read more

My husband went through the drive thru today and tried to order a regular honey citrus mint tea. He was told they were out of the ingredients, so he parked and called me to ask if I'd rather have something else. I told him I would order through the app so he didn't have to wait in line again. Surprise, honey citrus mint tea was available on the app, so I ordered it, and my husband waited until it was ready to go inside. When he went in, miraculously, there was a perfectly good honey citrus mint tea waiting for him and nobody manning the drive thru so he couldn't even see who lied to him. read more

I wanted to give a higher star rating, being that it is a new location and I have spent quite a bit of time here, but there is one specific employee that has completely ruined my experience here and it has been on multiple occasions. Firstly, the good: *This location is clean and the employees spend a lot of time ensuring cleanliness in general which is nice. They wipe down every table after someone leaves and the restrooms are always clean and fresh as well. *They almost always get my orders correct, which is rare in Starbucks locations, as they never seem to want to make it the same every single time, haha *Their pastry and bakery options are much more extensive than some other locations that I have frequented. Now, the bad: *There is literally one employee who is so incredibly unprofessional, and he has completely stained my view/experience of this location. I do not know his name, as nobody here seems to wear name tags, but he is Caucasian with long-ish curly hair with a black beanie hat over it and glasses. I spend a lot of time here, as I work remotely and this is in close proximity to my daughter's dance studio. This employee, spends 90% of his time sitting in the booths with his uniform on, with random customers that appear to be friends, YELLING as loud as he can with completely inappropriate conversations. Oftentimes, this is happening while there is a line inside and/or a line for the drive thru and he leaves his fellow co-workers to deal with it while he is being absolutely obnoxious. You can tell that this person is trying to get as much attention as possible from others and it is not the right kind of attention when he is discussing inappropriate topics very loudly in front of customers while he is "working". I have worked in the service industry for MANY years and I would have immediately reprimanded this employee for some of the things I have witnessed him saying and doing. I have a high tolerance and understanding for individuality and it takes me a lot to feel offended or some type of way, but he really needs to 1) tone it down 2) be more professional and not talk about his sex life publicly in front of customers and 3) actually work, and not sit around the store while the rest of his coworkers do all of the hard work. Additionally, it is not just a one or even two-time thing. This has been going on for weeks. Even as I sit here now, he has a friend sitting next to him, while he has a headset and apron on with a broom in hand, and clearly not on break, and he is just SO SO LOUD. On the flip side, every single other employee ever encountered has been absolutely wonderful and professional. Please do not allow one employee to ruin an entire experience at this location, as it has so much potential! read more
