Yup no one at the counter. They have gone cashless. They only want you to use their kiosk.

I used the drive-thru to order 2 sandwiches for breakfast. After I paid for my order, I was told to park at the side so that the other cars behind me could move thru. The "manager" told me that he will personally give out my order right away. Looking back, I should have never agreed to do what he asked me to. After waiting outside for some time, I felt compelled to walk in to get my order. I will never patronize this location, ever. read more

I've been coming here for a while , they usually make a few mistakes . They forget to remove the mayonnaise or forget to add something but today was terrible ! My partner came home with a deluxe breakfast and egg on the side since it gives me the ick, well it only got worse from there when my partner opened it . I have gone to this McDonald's multiple times, and I've come to the realization that this spot is always a hit or miss. There are days when the food is good and the service is great. Then you have today, which was a disappointment. The fries were cold and the food was not that good. Everything tasted as if it was sitting there. Customer service was not too great. Everyone looks like they didn't want to be working there. I had to ask for new fries because what they gave me was all squished up and not filled appropriately. These new ones look kind of sad too. I ate them anyways. I couldn't finish my cheeseburger or chicken nuggets. I hate to waste food but I had to throw them away. This experience was really sad. I usually like most places that I go. Worst McDonald's to come to. All workers act like there are no guest standing in line. Multiple workers look at you and do not mention anything they just walk past you. No one greets customers poor ambiance, yet the workers always want to tell you about how difficult their day is. Food is mid, for being "locally" owned. Business owners are subpar like establishment. The cup was barely filled, the fudge was MIA like it had better plans, and the whole thing felt like it had been assembled by someone who clocked out mentally 30 minutes ago. Used the app to order and sat down at the least dirty table (each one had various amounts of grease stains). Watched 5 customers order after me via their touchscreen/human and then receive their orders. Went up to ask about my order. The woman said she'd check. 5 minutes later she's mopping and giving me the blankest stare. I ask another employee about my order. He eventually brings it to my table, no apology. Hands-down, the absolute worst McDonald's customer service. I ordered a coffee for curbside pickup and no one brought my coffee and I had to go inside to remind them. I waited 15 minutes and finally got my drink. The workers look at you like you're the one that is the problem. Overall rude and low class. I took my daughter to this location because it's convenient located next to Sam's Club. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by the garbage bags. All my daughter wanted was a McFlurry so we decided to continue to order. There was no employee at the counter so we walked to the self order kiosk. The kiosks were not working so we waited for a solid 4 minutes for an employee to assist. The employee was very young and seemed bothered by our presence. When it was time to pay, I was going to use my debit card and the employee told me my card was declined for not having any funds. I kindly asked the employee to let me process my payment again bc it seemed that the tap option was not working. He then snapped back and said that the machine wasn't broken and that it was my lack of funds. I again asked him to try again and this time I inserted my card instead of tapping and it worked. The employee didn't say a word, just proceeded to give me my receipt. The entire restaurant was dirty. The floors, tables, bathrooms looked liked they hadn't been cleaned in hours. How is that I ordered a mobile order and I still have to park and wait? Really? Get it together. Total wait time is 20 min.

Went through the drive-through this morning about 9 AM ordered some food and a medium coffee got to the window after I paid. The young lady with princess Leia buns on her head, opens the window doesn't hello she hands me my coffee, which, by the way tasted like water down creamer no sugar was in it, then hands me my food she was ready close the window and asked nicely if I could have some ketchup and some jalapeño salsa, she close window came back, gives me a baggie with the condiments and shut the window. I was shocked at the customer service to the owner of this franchise in La Habra. You need to get it together because you have very rude employees that act horrible and that they don't like their jobs there. I will drive out of my way to go to another McDonald's that has better much better customer service. Zero for your company read more

First off I come here all the time with my kids. Normally a 4 star service. But today for the first time I did curbside pick up. And it took 13 mins for them to bring it and then to have the drinks one half full and other one 2/3 full and last one is full was beyond me. I can't imagine the person who puts the order together think the drinks are full or can't see the difference. read more

I ordered a regular Big Mac combo. The fries were barely warm and the burgers were very dry and not fresh. I went online and completed the customer satisfaction survey and they gave me a coupon code for a meal of equal or lesser value. I went back to the restaurant and the manager advised me that they do not take those coupons. The food was disgusting. I have tried this restaurant before and the food is never freshly made. I really think they should consider closing this one! They were not busy when I went through the drive through and I would be more than willing to wait in order to have fresh food. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone ordering food on a mobile app or delivery service for this location. I've noticed the last 3 or 4 times, they only prioritize the drive thru. Drive thru orders are up in less than 2 min. Dine in customers can expect to wait 5-10 min for their food but Uber Eats drivers are seeing a wait time of over 20min. & even then you need to inquire about the order several times. This is hassle by itself but if you're doing multiple deliveries & already have another picked up order sitting in your car it's unmanageable. Eduardo was the Mgr on duty today . This place is like any other McDonald's out there. I normally go thru the drive thru here. The person is takes my order is pretty nice. They were not rude. I had an issue that the person did forgot to scan my coupon for 50% off an apple pie. I explain the situation with another team member and they refund me the whole amount. That was nice. The food is the same quality as any McDonalds. They had to taste the same. I only came here for the happy meal because it was pokemon theme. I ordered a hamburger with extra pickles, onions, and ketchup. It tasted better than the standard. I also ordered fries and apple slices with it. The soda was not flat. McDonald's in general usually has crappy enough service but this is extra. We went to get a double quarter pounder meal and nuggets, first they forgot the fries that went with the meal. Had to go inside and wait at least 10 minutes to get them. We get home about 5 mins later and open the food to eat and the fries are super limp and soggy. We just chalked it up to McDonald's being McDonald's but it didn't end there. My double quarter pounder burger tasted funny the second I bit into it, and I thought it was probably burnt or overcooked, but once I had eaten about half the burger I realized that there was something weird sticking out if it. I looked closer and saw some of the wax paper packaging that the raw burger patties come in was still attached and had been cooked with the burger!! The cook never took the papers off, just slapped cheese on top of the paper followed by the other patty. This was why it tasted weird!! We called and told them about the orders of limp fries and the burger, and the manager Jessica explained that it was "just the papers that separate the patties when they receive them" and acted like it was no big deal. She offered to replace the food but we just wanted a refund at this point. We went in to get a refund and had to wait a long time again because apparently she was on her break and the other manager on shift supposedly couldn't give us the refund. She eventually came out and helped us, but she did NOT give us a full refund!! Only partial, not even half!! I also asked her what kind of packaging specifically did I end up eating, because certain ones like bleached or wax parchment paper contain dioxins and other toxic chemicals and I wanted to know if I should be concerned about getting sick. She said it wasn't anything to worry about because it was the papers that touch the raw meat patties and they wouldn't be toxic. After doing some more research on this I'm not sure if I believe her. Just don't eat here. Farmer boys, the habit, and in n out are all within 5-7 minutes away and you'll pay a similar price or less for some tasty, safe, quality food. read more

McDonalds food is McDonalds food and that usually isn't going to change and this place is no different. But the state of cleanliness the dining area needs work. When I say it needs work it needs a lot of work. Ive eaten at parks cleaner than this dining room. When I came today all the tables were filthy, not a single worker cleaned any of the tables. They dont put out napkins for patrons to wipe tables down. In this "post-pandemic" world this place is disgusting. I recommend only coming here for to go orders.
