The cheese didn't melt which was probably a factor of the sandwich not being very hot. Typical Chick-fil-A interior and fast food motif. Clean restaurant with cheerful cashier and staff. I have passed by this Chick-Fil-A (CFA) location a few times now but never got a chance to stop by until recently. Since I happened to be in the area and had a rewards, I placed an order through the app for pick up at this La Habra location. The parking lot is interesting as there are only a few spots directly near the entrance, while others are across the way, having to cross 2-way traffic before reaching the establishment. The item was ready on the shelf for me to pick-up when I arrived. The brownie was "brittle", but I cannot remember if the brownie from CFA is moist or brittle, but it was a bit too dry for me. Since I did not have any employee interaction, I cannot attest to their customer service, besides that my item was ready and correct. Other than that, I probably would not return as parking and getting to the restaurant is a bit inconvenient but I am also lucky that I have 2 other CFA locations that are closer to me, this location just happened to be convenient for me during my day of errands. read more

I was starving and had a few hours before going to eat with my bf so I needed a snack. I was already in the plaza and decided to walk in and order something healthy to carry me until dinner. I ordered my go to which are the grilled chicken nuggets with no sauces. The staff were all really nice, I sat in a little 1 person table and waited. My order came really quick and nicely presented. I had just seen a movie at Regal La Habra and wanted a bite to eat. I was hoping to stop by Rubio's to take advantage of a deal, but was met with some window decal showing The Kebab Shop. I got confused until I remembered the unfortunate closures of many Rubio's locations in SoCal, and the decal implied that The Kebab Shop was taking over that spot soon. Then, I noticed a Chick-fil-A further west! Though not doing too well this year, the Anaheim Ducks had just scored 5 goals in a recent home game, which meant a free Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich if you opened the app later that evening. Before I came in, I witnessed an employee leaving his shift, but also having a bit of an argument with a co-worker. Not a good way to start, but Kai at the front counter made me forget about that. He was pretty cool and even caught on to what I was trying to say when I told him I didn't want the Chick-fil-A sauce, but rather, something similar. It's something I usually do on my first visit to any Chick-fil-A location to get a feel for service, and Kai knew I wanted the Honey Roasted BBQ even before I could finish describing it. Impressive I must say! In addition to the free Chick-fil-A sandwich courtesy of the Anaheim Ducks, I also asked for a water cup, all to go. Unlike the other Chick-fil-A locations, Kai didn't get me my water cup. Instead, it was handed to me alongside my takeout bag. Kind of unprecedented to do it that way; I almost thought I would have had to ask for my water cup! The wait was a little longer than usual. It was about 4 PM, which I thought wouldn't have been too busy since it's kind of early for dinner, but definitely too late for lunch. However, there were a handful of customers inside, either dining in or waiting for their orders. The interior did look pretty nice with one or two motion-sensor trash cans as well as a cute little red truck holding a couple of stuffed cows. That truck was sitting on a counter that also housed some mustard, mayo, napkins, salt, and pepper. However, if you want some of the sauces that traditionally come in rectangular tubs, you'd have to ask at the register. I still had to wait over 5 minutes for my complimentary chicken sandwich and water cup. I walked back to my car to enjoy my sandwich, which was parked in front of Regal Cinemas, so it was a pretty long walk. The sandwich was nice and crispy, just like how a Chick-fil-A Chicken Sandwich should be. Went even better with that Honey Roasted BBQ sauce! The water cup was a little taller than what I'm used to, but didn't have an insulated sleeve. I wanted to save it for the next day, and I didn't get home until about an hour and a half later. All the ice had melted by the time I got home. This Chick-fil-A is located at La Habra Marketplace on the north side of Imperial between Beach and Idaho. Unlike the other locations, this one has only one drive thru lane, so parking in the adjacent lot may be a little tricky. Parking elsewhere at La Habra Marketplace isn't since it's a pretty large shopping center. Overall, it was a satisfying trip to Chick-fil-A for a mid-afternoon post-movie snack. It's the only Chick-fil-A in the City of La Habra, and the next closest is 3 miles away in Whittier. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise to see it that busy even at an odd (or even, in this case lol) hour between lunch and dinner, but they are about as competent as the other locations I've been to so far. I have tried to refrain from leaving a negative review for this location, but after four visits with repeated issues, I feel it is necessary to share my experience. During previous visits, items were missing from my order, including strips, sauces, and dressing. While these mistakes were frustrating, I chose to be understanding each time. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. My husband placed a mobile order, and when I arrived at the drive-thru speaker, I provided the name on the order and was instructed to pull forward to the window. After waiting in line for about 15 minutes, I reached the window and was asked for the name again. After providing it, the employee stated that I had skipped the speaker, which was not the case. I calmly explained the interaction, but I was then asked to pull forward because the order had not been pulled up in the system. I waited at the front for an additional 10 minutes, and at no point was an apology offered for the delay or confusion. This experience was frustrating, especially after multiple previous issues at this location. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that staff training and communication can be improved, as customer service and order accuracy are very important to returning customers. read more

This morning I ordered 2 CFA Biscuits meals (#1 on the menu) with added cheese and egg. I got home to La Mirada and noticed that both meals were missing the chicken filets. I called the store and spoke with the manager. Her solution was for me to drive the 4 miles back to her location for my correct meals. I let her know this was unacceptable and she said the next time I order from her location she will make sure the order is correct. How can she ensure a correct order another time and not today? She said that it was not stealing, me ordering and paying for extra items and not receiving my correct order. I asked if she could reimburse my cost for the meals, I had all the order information. She said this was not policy and repeated again her solution. I would doublecheck your meals from this location. Drove through, no waiting, placed our order with the attendants outside. Friendly staff asked for a name for the order, contactless payment. 1st time to this restaurant. Pulled forward, queued with the cars in front of us. Route is one slight right and then, tight left turns. Outside is manned, well maintained, clean and orderly. Minimal waiting in line. I ordered through the drive through I told the guy taking orders that I wanted 1 3 pc chicken tenders 1 8 pc grilled chicken nuggets 1 brownie 1 strawberry shake. He asked for me to repeat my order so I did then he read it back to me and he had everything wrong. For the 3rd time I gave him the same order and when he repeated it he left out 2 items. He asked for me to pull up to the window. He looked like maybe slow or sleepy so we went over it again. He gave me my order and I asked for Chick fil A sauce he turned around and it looked like he added them to my bag. I had now been there over 15 minutes trying for him to get the order correct and I was running late so I drove home about 7 miles. When I opened the bag there was 1 8 pc grilled chicken nuggets 1 brownie and my shake No 3 pc chicken tenders !! After all the time I had to wait because I had to repeat myself 3 different times. I didn't check my bag because I was running late. I didn't call them because I was to upset. We eat at chick fil A 2 to 3 times a week @ the LaMirada location and the LaPalma location and we have never had this issue happen before. Hi, So I would like to say I love Chick-Fil- A but this location is always a hit or miss depending on the workers. The gentleman who stored my order was so sweet even when I asked him a question about that particular location. I didn't catch his name but today is March 17th and I picked up my order at 4:37PM. The gentleman in the photo was named Adrian. He had his back turned to me the entire time, while waiting for my order. My family and I did drive thru tonight. When we got to the window we were told the food was ready they just needed a little more time on the grilled nuggets and to park and they would be right out. 30 minutes later still no one came out. I went in thinking it had been an unreasonable amount of time. I asked for an ice cream for the girls who had been waiting so patiently. Was told No, and handed out food and drink. This location saved us! We were far from home for a show at the La Habra Children's museum and had no idea where to go for lunch. Randomly stopped in this strip mall and there it was! I actually eat at Chick-fil-A rather often. I usually enjoy lunch and dinner. I took a chance with their catering offerings over the holidays for my daughter's Friendsmas and our Christmas Day Lunch. I was very very very disappointed. Now for those curious about whether or not it's actually worth the money, I would have to say no, it's not. The nuggets will get you 8 per person (although my order was short so I had to give up my portion so everyone else could eat). Maybe a fluke, but the Mac and Cheese made us all sick. The cookie and brownie platter comes with 6 massive cookies and four tiny pieces of brownie (like they took one brownie and cut it into pieces. (FYI if left over night, cookies become bricks by morning) Fruit bowl, apples spoiled by Sunday so the platter we had for Christmas didn't make it. I spent just under $500 for the two orders and was very underwhelmed. I attempted to reach out to the employee or manager who was so communicative with me before they got my money BUT it been over a week now and I haven't heard from anyone yet.
