A great place to grab a slushie on a hot day. Service was on the slow side but then again I had a 3 year old pestering me every 5 seconds that he wanted to go home. Wait was way too long for 2 drinks. There's only one worker doing everything and I assume it's the owner. Seems like they are trying to cut cost by not having workers. We waited almost 30 minutes for mediocre water based drinks. Convenience was not worth it. read more

Update: I believe they changed owners and the name of the place. They do not make our fave drink the same. My kids love to get cookies and cream shake and the last 3 times the new owners made it it tasted like coffee grinds and was a chocolate color instead of white mixed with Oreos. I gave them a few chances to get it right. I don't see them lasting, which is a bummer because it's the closest one in our area. Please step it up! It's a good location and there's a school nearby so more kids should be attending this location but probably aren't because they aren't doing to well. Unfortunately after paying they realized they didn't have milk so they offered me another drink. They said I could stick with the same drink and wait for the milk to arrive but they didn't know how long that would take. I ended up picking another drink. The other drink I got was less than my original drink so I asked if they can make it the bigger size to compensate. They agreed and my drinks were made quickly. Wow, I've tried many a boba shop and this place served me the most disgusting bubble tea I've ever tasted. I ordered a Thai milk tea slush, it looked neon Orange and tasted like what I can only describe as "sour ash". I threw it away after 1 sip. Husband said his kiwi tea was "just okay". The shop is cute and decorative and everything. It is well lit and seems like a friendly place. It was dead when I went and it was my first time so I was a bit timid/intimidated but I was astonished when it came to the colored lights and nice set up of the menu and register. I had to get a picture because I've never seen so much foam or whatever was on top of the drink in a drink before. The flavor was something to adjust to. At first it tasted like oatmeal but once I got used to it the drink was sweet and it wasn't too bad. The texture of the drink just through it off and I am very sensitive when it comes to textures and certain things so it made me a little scared to drink this on my lunch break. I was worried I'd start feeling sick or something the rest of my shift. I didn't have the coffee boba until hours later when I got home but that one was actually good. The flavor was good the boba was good and it was very much a coffee drink. Some boba places just can't get it down but this place has good coffee boba drinks. I liked this one way better. It wasn't as thick, separated, or as foamy. This place is pretty quick to making drinks and the two ladies working today seemed nice they didn't really talk much just asked if I wanted a carrier and called it a day basically. I came to this place when it was called "Boba Loca" it's now called " Boba Frutti" in the beginning it was very delicious. Drinks weren't too sweet and the boba was made to perfection. The last 3 times that I've been in the afternoon and at night the boba "tapioca balls" were not flavored at all. It was also tough and somewhat hard which means it was the last of the boba or it's been left out for quite sometime. Boba can be left at room temperature up to 4 hours in the brown sugar or syrup. (I have worked at a few tea shops before) it also can be frozen up to 72 hours. I'm guessing they gave me the boba they froze from the night before because some of my boba was frozen. Even in the milk tea I ordered for my husband. I ordered a milk tea slush but I know I have never experienced this before when I would order a taro milk shake or slush. Very odd and I could not eat the boba because of the lack of flavor and texture of the frozen boba. Prices are very reasonable and the drinks can be a little less sweet in my opinion. There seems to be only 2 workers there at a time and there tends to be up 15-20 minutes wait time for drinks. The employees are kind. It is clean and organized. read more

I want to preface by saying that we have been going to this place for 5 years. We love their boba and go specifically for their shaved ice, but after this time we are never going back. We made an order for 3 mango shaved ice. After we paid we were later informed the mango was not good. We said that was fine and asked if we could have strawberry instead. They said yes. 10 minutes later they informed us it would only be possible to make 2. We said that was fine we will take the 2. 40 minutes later and now it is no longer possible to give us any. We said it was fine. Not long after 6 ladies came in and ordered shaved ice. WHICH THE WORKERS PROCEEDED TO MAKE FOR THEM. Even though we were a smaller party they could not spare the ingredients for us. The only other differences we could think of us as customers were our race. We ask the cashiers why they are making this party shaved ice when they said it was not possible to make them for us. They were extremely rude and told us they could only make 2 for us since they had to serve them before us. EVEN THOUGH WE WERE ALREADY HERE FOR 40 MINS PLUS. We said fine. We then waited 15 mins as they served other parties before us. They banged the shaved ice on the counter with no comment. Not a single apology throughout this ordeal. We never expected such blatant discrimination from a place we have been supporting before its popularity. Such obvious racism and classism is completely intolerable and me my friends and family(which we introduced to this place) refuse to support anymore. read more

The boba was really squishy and almost dissolved in my mouth with little to no flavor at all. **Thai Milk Tea: This was like drinking sugared down milk, bleh. **Jasmine Green Tea w/ Pineapple: The tea flavor for this was so bitter that I couldn't even take a sip. Luckily it was for my mom and even she was disappointed by the quality.
