How do people have negative reviews at this location? I have ordered in the drive thru and ordered inside and I always get good service and good food. All the workers are so nice and one time when there was a misunderstanding of my order the manager destiny took care of it like it was not a problem! I guess you get what you pay for when it comes to fast food so I understand why this mcdonald's is the same as almost all the other ones except the one off of valleyview which has always had pleasant service. I've been to this location twice and both times have been horrendous. The drive-thru people lack manners and respect. The most recent time i had my food practically thrown inside my vehicle. I still told the young lady to "have a nice day" because my mother had taught me to always have good manners and i was still sent on my way with an attitude. If you dont want to work in a place where you are constantly dealing with people and orders then get a different job. read more

This mcdonalds is brand new and basically across the street from me. Every now and again I like to pick up some food for those late snacks. I have came to this location twice now and all I have to say is I will be driving farther to the amazing mcdonalds in la Habra. Everyone they choice for management here is horrible including Michael the night manager. Wish I could give them zero stars what they truly deserve. You guys are soooo rude and I will not be giving my money to this particular location. read more

This place is worth crap. I was literally ask by manager if I wanted food bagged again since it fell on floor yet she didn't think it hit floor. Upset she called to have it redone and when leaving, 3 things were missing from order. I had to go back through a packed drive thru since I had two lol kids with me and when getting to window, manage laughed at what I told her about order. I asked her name and she disappeared and another female came to window asking what I needed help with. I had to make an appointment or else I would have gone inside. Plz spread the word that this place is worthless and service is worst of all. No apologies or anything, just a smart remark and cold food. Sad to know McDonald's stands by this. read more

Since I've gotten no response from from my online complaint I'll post here. Service was ridiculous on previous visit. Managment needs to train employees or find new managers. Obviously the owner/franchisee could care less as well. Definitely would not recommend this location. read more

If I could give this place no stars I honestly would. Went through the drive through at night, went up to the window to pick up my food, the worker handed my food and I tasted the fries and they were cold and old. Ask for a new one and he apologized for it and handed me new fries which tastes better. Drove away, went down one street and tried my sprite because they were out of coke. The sprite had 0 carbonation so I immediately turned around went back to the drive through window told the worker that the soda had 0 carbonation. His response was " sorry do you want to try the other soda machine its kind of ass but you can try it." I ended up trying it and still no carbonation. Got a Dr. Pepper instead and it was disgusting but at that point I didn't care. Also he filled my Dr. Pepper up too much and it was spilling out of my drink and I was pissed again! Had to empty it out so I don't get soda in my car. The place looked like it had no adults in it all teenagers. It's ran terribly. No one really cared. The place gets negative stars for me. This is the only McDonald's I know that is 24 hrs yet in the middle of the night the system is down or they're only accepting cash. I've come some nights and they are just closed. Really sad that we finally get a 24 hr McDonald's in La Mirada and it's a failure. I could go on about the horrible service, the improper cleanliness of the restaurant, or how you can't even trust the good reviews because who knows what they got for free but there is no point. Never coming back to this location. Only two cars ahead of me in drive thru and all three of us had to pull over to the side to wait for our orders. The guy who brought my food was very nice and apologized for the wait and said I had "fresh" fries. Those "fresh" fries were taken out of the fryer too soon. They were not quite done. I noticed as we all pulled out of the assigned parking stalls there were cars waiting to pull into those same spots as they too had to wait for their orders. Apparently, all the cars going through the drive thru had to wait. read more

In the middle of the night, I got cravings and let my husband order from this branch since it says 24 hours open but when my husband went last week they said that they can't cook because nobody's gonna cook with the nuggets and fries. And the last time he went there (same time during weekdays) they told him that they're closed. Like WTF, you guys don't want customer? Why? Yeah. I can't imagine how store 35068 got 2 1/2 stars. The service is awful! Some guy made us order at the kiosk, then walked away knowing we didn't get a receipt, so we wouldn't know when our order was called. He said he would bring it out, but later he didn't. So we pushed the assistance button, and a manager walked by twice and ignored that we needed help. I went to the counter and called out, and he told me a receipt number after I asked for an actual receipt. I had to ask for our drink cups, then there were no lids. I went to the counter again, and another manager walked right by twicewithout asking if she could help me. The second time i said, really, you're going to ignore me again, and she said what did you say? with an attitude. She put her fingers inside the lids when she gave them to me, and didn't apologize of anything. Then, though we were told our food would be brought out, they called the number we were given, loud and shrill, repeatedly. It was packed to go, though we did not order take out. This was October 30 at about three oclock. The store was nearly empty. The staff was engaging in very loud horseplay behind the counter, which may account for the lackadaisical attitude toward customer service. This store is plastered with signs begging for good reviews and offering rewards for giving them. They probably wouldn't have to do that if they took customer service at all seriously. read more

For the third time in a row they gave me undercooked fries when I asked for them "well done." I only started ordering them "well done" because on the first few visits I ordered them regular and was given undercooked fries. I'm starting to realize they just don't do requests at McDonald's. This is one of the worst locations to go to again today the wife says stop be there because it's close to the house and pick up McRibs if available. I pull in and it's on the menu at 4:00 in the afternoon I asked for them and the answer is we don't have any. But it's in on the menu you're advertising it. But it's limited. Then why are you advertising it on the menu board. Then comes you pay at one window and go to pull up at the next window I get can you pull out front I'm driving a utility truck and the spots in front are for compact cars and this not the first time they wave me out of line. It's so the counter does not run long makes them look good but it doesn't my order was that big or take long to make and nobody in line I'm just surprised they got my order right and don't look to complain to the sign on the wall they never call back read more

Not a pleasant place to eat or work. The workers do not wash their hands after touching rags when cleaning tables and mopping the floor, instead, they go and make coffee and serving fries with their dirty hands and give it to the people for them to eat which is really disgusting. There are also some unpleasant managers working there, as well. They do not treat their coworkers with respect and their conversation is very inappropriate for the workplace usually, the topic has to do with their sexuality. 12/2/18 at 3 am... I had a horrible experience just now with this McDonald's. I ordered Uber eats and was missing a McFlurry that I had ordered. I called the McDonald's about 20 times and every time the line was not going through. This forced me to have to actually drive to the McDonald's, wasting gas money and the point of Uber eats in the first place. When i got there, the employee did give us an extra McFlurry, but he was a dick about it. We asked about the phone and he lied and said it should be working when it clearly wasn't. I called back and it was finally working, probably because I pointed it out. It was a very unprofessional experience and I felt that the way they handled it was very poor. This is the BEST McDonalds I have ever been to in my life. I have lived in LA and frequented different McDonalds for over 25 years and none have ever offered me free coffee refill while eating inside and this place did! The staff is friendly, service is fast, and they have the best hash browns. Hash browns are crisp, and tastes like the oil is changed routinely which makes such a difference. Just went here drive through and just got my kids two happy meals. My kids drink was half way full and dripping soda like if the spilled it. Also we asked for bbq for both happy meals and got only one. The go gift was at room temperature . read more

Went to this location on Tuesday & was waiting for my order in the dining area & it seemed to take forever when I only ordered a 10 piece meal & the employee that was working in the kitchen noticed I was waiting & asked me what I was waiting on so I told him & within seconds he bagged my ordered & even asked me what sauce I wanted & gave me extra just in case, he was so nice & attentive the whole time we were talking. I'm assuming the "good" reviews for this new McDonalds in LM come from employees because I just don't get the good ratings. Been here a handful of times and they never get the order right. My hubby went to pick up food for our fam and I wanted the artisan vs of the quarter pounder meal and he came home with the breaded chicken sandwich. I called the store and spoke to Norm the manager on duty and he tried to blame it on the noisy car wash next door. I told him the receipt confirmed the burger we ordered but instead got the chicken sandwich. He took my name and said they would have a free burger waiting for me. Needless to say I never took him up on the offer. Friends and family that have gone here said this is by far the worst McDonalds in the area and orders are never right. I have received service once out of 3 times from this location. Specifically the drive-thru. anytime from 12-5am. The first time I got service, the second time I came the drive thru was open but nobody responded to my calls through the speaker box, The third time once again, nobody responded through the speaker box. This time I called the location and A lady answered, I asked her if "they were open" and she said "yes". I then proceeded to tell her that she had 2 cars waiting in the drive thru with no response. She then told me that she cannot take orders because she had "just restarted the system" so I would "have to wait 30 minutes". Mind you this is a 24 hour mcdonalds. The last 2 attempts to get food were both at different times anytime ranging from 2am-5am. Clearly they're not open 24 hours. Dedicated your restart system time, to closing time and make it a 23 hour location. Waste of customers time and gas. Maybe you can block the drive thru during these times, or you know, give customers a heads up? Honestly this location is just a waste of space to me. Will never be going here ever again, I'm fed up. read more

I am giving this Mcdonald's a 1 star, because I asked to order a 6 piece chicken nugget meal, but they told me that you can't make a 6 piece a meal only a 10 piece. I have always ordered a 6 piece nugget meal at EVERY Mcdonald's i've been too, so I am a little confused. The 2nd reason is because i asked for buffalo sauce and they said they didn't have any. Like how are you not going to have Buffalo Sauce??? 3rd is because at the pickup window they didn't know what my order was & I told them my exact ordered and they gave me the WRONG order.
