The fam wanted Cane's for dinner. I sometimes dread ordering from there because of the looooonnnngggg lines, but this time was different. Usually, we go to the La Havra location and I'm NOT a fan of that one. Their drive thru is horrible. People cut in from a different driveway after you've been patiently waiting. The employees don't care. One of them actually said that to me. Enough about that location. I found the one I will be regularly visiting!! My family is happy about that. I'm super big on service provided and boy, did they not disappoint. I ordered on their app and my order was ready at the promised time. The store was clean, as it's newly built and just opened about 6mo ago. The staff were friendly and courteous. The food was fresh and hot. This was the best Cane's experience I've had in a few years. The parking lot is very big and clean. There are several spots near the front entrance that are for online order pick up. Also, very well lit. They have a patio that is pretty big and it's lovely. They had music going, but not too loud, but loud enough that my 5yo started dancing and singing the song. As did I. They don't do all the spicy and hot chickens that you see out there and have popped up recently over the past couple of years, but they do chicken tenders, and they do it right. Place is clean, cashier is friendly but here is the problem, I am a vegetarian. Been all my life. My husband is not. He is a carnivore. To each it's own. I ordered a chicken sandwich with the chicken on the side because I will not eat it, I do not want it in my sandwich but my husband will eat it with his meal no problem and they refused to put it on the side for me I've never encountered this issue before. Food was normal. Nothing too crazy. It's good but it is just chicken fingers. This review is based off of just service. I'm not aware if it's ALL locations or some sort of policy. But to charge for refills for mediocre lemonade is ridiculous. Chic fila will gladly refill your lemonade free of charge and thank you even after pouring it "my pleasure". Amazing location! They were training while I visited so there were tons of employees there. Everyone was very kind. I love the security in the front directing traffic. This is so important as canes is so popular that the drive thru often causes issues at different locations. Team was very communicative with eachother. Looks like the adjacent parking lot is being redone so there's a lot more cars in this area. It was a Wednesday at 8pm and parking lot was pretty full! Service was so quick. Raising Cane's is pretty decent for fast food. I go there when I just want something really quick that I know won't disappoint me. This was my first time at this location. The service was really great -- my food came out right away and an employee even came to check on me to see if I needed anything else. I realized, however, that Raising's Cane is what it is because of two things: the lemonade and the Texas toast. Both are addictive as hell, and that's what keeps me coming back. It's not for the chicken, which is just okay. It's not for the fries, which are kind of tasteless. It's definitely not for the coleslaw. Unfortunately, I didn't get lemonade this time, so my dinner was like 30% less tasty. read more

I walked in with some friends got in line as they ordered I went to the restroom I seen there was a code so I had asked the manager for the code and his immediate rude response was "well are you ordering anything?" With a big sassy attitude. I was extremely confused. I just find that very unprofessional he did not even greet me as I walk in. After coming back from the restroom he decided to stand behind the cashier at the register as I ordered my food and he stared me down the whole time making me feel very extremely uncomfortable. He was rude to his staff as well. The girl who ordered my food I told her what had happened with her manager and he ran up to the register as I was ordering to ask her in third person "what did she say?" Like excuse me sir? I'm right here you can ask me I'm right in front of you and you know you're being an extremely disrespectful human. His staff even looks afraid of him. He does not deserve his position if he doesn't know how hospitality works in an establishment! I know he did this on purpose because I've had canes before and it was never that nasty!!! After I ordered my food he went into the kitchen and came right back out. I only got a little bit of fries soggy chicken and a barely toasted bread. He probably even spit in my food that's how it felt. So sad this place is right by my house but I'll never come here again!!!! Go to brea or Downey instead. I just downloaded the app and this location made me delete it. Someone stole the order I pre-paid for. So I waited 20 minutes for the kid who was the cashier to let the manager know.
