IF I COULD SCORE LOWER THAN A 1-STAR I WOULD! On, Friday around lunch time we went through drive-through and ordered a kid's meals with a cheeseburger and a #9 two small cheeseburger minus the cheese. Got our food and left when I went to take my husbands burgers out of the bag we only had one burger. We were on our way home on Sunday, March 15th, 2026, and we stopped there to grab some breakfast, and I went into the lady's restroom and there was no tissue paper in all 3 stalls. So, when I went up to place my order for my food, I told the young lady that there was no tissue in the lady's restroom and her reply to me was none at all. I said no and she said she was going to check if they had any but low and behold, she didn't check and didn't even try to go get me some. read more

I'd give them a zero if I could! They charge more than other McDonald's and have the worst service. I asked for the $5 meal deal McDouble with no cheese, because my father is intolerant. They charged us $5.50 and the burger they gave him had the bun and two pieces of meat, nothing else. I will no longer stop at this miserable example and will go elsewhere. Do you ever just have an experience that is so good that you are literally like, "Did that just happen?" We were headed home from a long trip and were very tired. We were on the last 30 miles of our trip, and you know how that can feel like the longest stretch. My teenage son kept asking if we could stop to get his favorite mocha frappuccino, so I finally caved. When I tell you that we pulled up, ordered our two drinks in about 15 seconds, then moved quickly from the payment window to the pickup window, I mean like less than 90 seconds for the entire process, we were stunned. I even told the girl, "Wow, that was the fastest anyone has ever taken my order." Both the girl who took the order and the one who handed us our drinks were very pleasant, and they got our drinks right. My son said, "Did that just happen?" It was just a perfect experience. Way to go, McDonald's! read more

I was thirsty and in the area. Used the drive thru. Service was friendly, better than most in the greater New Orleans area. The drive thru was quick. The beverage was cold, properly iced and refreshing. Can't really get much better (or worse). read more

Well, I'm visiting here from out of state, we made a short run this morning, and stopped for breakfast @ McDonald's. While trying to order a #2, it took 10 minutes to get it right from the person taking the order in the drive thru (just the #2), as she had a whole lot of things going on in the background. Wasn't sure if she was talking to us or talking to James, as she told him to shut up. (I suppose it was a worker too) Turn off your mic when taking an order and speaking to other people, you obviously can't do both. While trying to place the order it was a sausage biscuit, hashbrown, and a large coffee. I asked did you all have a 2 for 5 she said no, so I asked for a #2, A big breakfast with no hotcakes and #xx with large sweet tea with alot of ice. We asked to have the order read back but it was not read back correctly (we undestand accidents happen) she read back sausage biscuit only with large coffee. We said no it was a #2, and the young lady said ma'am that's what I said, whatcho wont den, (followed by ma'am) We said no ma'am. She began to raise her voice and have an attitude over what she said and what she did not say. We asked for the manager (lol) and she said that she was the manager. I teach anger management, and this manager was apparently upset about something. I didn't pick this line of business that you're in, you did, If you don't like it, then choose something else. To be a manager at an establishment, your customer service skills are important to have, and yours are pretty bad. You must take into consideration that you too go to places and order, to get good, and kind service. (Even though this is McDonalds) Not service with a stank attitude. You treat people like you would want to be treated. (Unless that's how YOU want to be treated) The bad attitude almost made us leave the drive thru. There was no reason at all for your conduct and suggest that you get your customer service skills up to par, and also listen, if you continue to choose to be in the field that your in. We had 2 orders. The girl taking the orders acted like she couldn't hear what we were ordering. We repeated the order multiple times. Got to the first window to find that even the things we told her repeatedly were still Wrong. We got to the next window and informed them of that. We were told to pull up and wait for our food because we were waiting for bacon to cook but the sandwiches we got with bacon literally had one burnt slice on them. My drink was a large but it was so full with ice I may have gotten 4 sips out of the cup. I find it funny how they want $15 an hour to do possibly the easier job in the world (I worked at McDonalds as a kid) but can't even do it for the $7.25/$8.00 they make already. I will continue to drive to Kenner or Destrahan to get fast food because whenever we get food in LaPlace we almost always have a problem. DO BETTER!!!! read more

What a joke. Rude, rude, rude. Ordered an egg and cheese McGriddle and the girl at the speaker had such an attitude. "We don't have that." You can't just take the meat off of a regular one? She was sighing into the microphone. I was already hot because of her attitude but when we pulled around she was hanging out the window waiting for us with a pissy look. We paid and she continued to stare me down the whole time (and I was in the passenger seat). We got to the second window and the bag was basically tossed into the car and the door slammed shut. So you know I checked the bag. McGriddle was missing cheese. We wait and wait and there was a car behind us so it was deliberate that they didn't come back to the window. WORST dining experience of my life, my grilled southwest salad was made incorrectly. I drove all the way back, asked for it to be corrected, went home, sat down to eat, and the salad was upside down, in the same bag, man-handled with an excess of sauce on it. Gross! I drove allll the way back, asked for a manager. The manager hollered at me- "If you want my name, ask me for it." (An african american lady in a blue shirt, heavy built, with her hair in a tight wrap). So I asked, "ok, then may I please get your name?" She turned her back on me and would not answer. It was horrible, embarrassing. All of the staff would not give me her name. They kept saying, "I have no idea, I just started." Who works at a place and doesn't know their manager's name? The drive-thru order experience was awful. What we WANTED to order: 2 fish sandwiches, 2 large sweet teas (one with no ice), 1 small orange juice and 1 fruit and yogurt parfait. We had to repeat everything at least twice, clarify that we wanted "sweet" tea after asking for exactly that, was told they were out of orange juice and when we asked for the parfait we heard "what?!?" and gave up and decided we would just go over to Pilot to get the juice and yogurt. What we GOT: 2 fish MEALS (we only asked for sandwiches). My husband was so frustrated when we pulled up to the window to pay that he just paid for it (it cost us significantly more than it should have had we gotten what we actually ordered). When we got back in the road and opened the bag, the sandwiches were in "crispy chicken sandwich" boxes but were actually fish (which we had ordered). We will NEVER stop here again on our travels!!! This is the WORST McDonald's! It is filthy and the service sucks and the food is terrible! I stopped here on my way from Baton Rouge to New Orleans. I ordered a medium vanilla iced coffee and a medium mango and Pi sea pole smoothie. I had to pull up and wait, which isn't a big deal. When the drinks were brought out to me I noticed that my smoothie was in a medium cup but it only had about 3/4 of the cup full. I'm pretty sure whomever made my drink, made me a small and put it in a medium cup. But that wasn't the least of my trouble so I completely forgot about that in about 2 seconds after tasting an absolutely disgusting iced coffee. It's like they used old coffee and no sweetener whatsoever! I parked and went back in to get another coffee. While in there I noticed how dirty the floor was and filthy the counters were where the food bags were being placed. There was spilled coffee in all the trays behind the counter that are used for drink preparation. I went to the restroom while I waited for my new coffee and the bathroom had water (I hope it was water) all over the floor. The drain was blocked with a mat of some type so the water simply collected around it and made slush that you had to walk in. The trash can was overflowing... I left without using that nasty restroom. When I got back to the counter to get my "fresh made" coffee it too was absolutely disgusting, I asked for my money back! I frequent many McDonald's and I have had the vanilla iced coffee literally hundreds of time, I she never tasted one that was so nasty. If you can make the food right, at least clean the place!!! I thought that ALL McDonald's had surrendered to the fact that thy are LESS than a second-rate fast food swill-slinging organization...then I discocered the McDonald's at La Place, LA and found that they franchise CAN be even WORSE than their AVERAGE experience! Let's be clear: I ONLY ordered two large cups of hot water for (hot) tea and two large cups of coffee...that's right, FOUR beverages made simply from HOT WATER! It wasn't the fact that it took MORE than 10 minutes (literall, I timed it) to pour two cups of coffee and two cups of hot water, it was the fact that AT LEAST SIX orders placed AFTER mine -- ALL with actual FOOD PREPARATION required -- were all served BEFORE the time passed that it took the employees to prepare, you guessed it, FOUR FRIGGIN' CUPS of HOT WATER-based beverages! Thakfully, I am merely a passer-by and do NOT have to regularly experience this abomination of fast food incompetence. My sincere sympathies and deep mourning for all travelers and other clientele that are subjected to this soup s#it sandwich more than once in a lifetime! This is the worst McDonalds I have ever visit from the managers to the team members. They all act like you owe them something with very nasty attitudes. The are very unprofessional. The owner need to step up and clean house with new team members. I have my own business and have been very successful for the past 5 years same employees with great attitudes. These people here leave out food and get mad when you go back and say something about it. Truck drivers keeping them with a job and they fail to realize that. No one wants cold fries or a cold big Mac with 1 piece of meat instead of two. My husband order 2 big Mac meals and when he got back in the truck and open it , both big macs only had 1 piece of meat with cold fries look like they had been cooked in old grease. So he went back into the store to tell the cashier she go tell the cook look how he's standing like you suppose to be happy spending 16.00 on some cold food. So the cook looking and laughing that's when he came out and got me. I walk back in and told them here's the rest of it give me my money back. The manager act like she don't care at all. I'm telling all truck drivers to stop eating at that McDonalds and see how long they will have a job. They already complaining about the service and food now.
