It's always something with this place. For TWO YEARS every Uber Eats order from here was missing something. Every Time! I've just received a refund each time and just figured they can't handle the extra volume. It happens...not that big of a deal. But TODAY is the last time. This place had one car in line when I pulled up. I ordered a hot mocha on the app. The car in front of me took at least 5 minutes. I assumed they would have the coffee ready. Nope. I sat for another 5. Finally, the guy opens the window to hand me ... a frozen coffee. I tell him I ordered a hot mocha. He goes back to consult with another Cracker Jack employee. This was a convenient McDonald's on US301 southbound to buy some ice cream cones and use the restroom. Inside service was fast; drive-thru seemed to move pretty good for eight cars in line. Restrooms were a mess. read more

Went through drive thru, only one lane open. Girl taking the order sounded like she kept talking to someone else, then kept asking what and had us repeat the order a few times...then she said the drink machine was broken. We asked what else there was to drink if the machine was broke only to be ignored and kept asking what size fries we wanted. So we said cancel the order because we didn't want to pay for a whole meal and not have any drinks...guess she forgot her mic was still on because she said with an attitude "ughhhh really". I feel like every time we come through this McDonald the employees have an attitude problem, which is a main complaint I see in the comments. Just a warning to the parents of children out there: there is no play place at this McDonalds location. Do McDonald's Corporation of website with this as having fun and it does not. Also, there is something really wrong with the ketchup dispensers. The ketchup is orange and really foul tasting. However, the service provided was. The cashiers really went thw distance for me since I had my toddler and a very bulky diaper bag with me. They helped me get a table and carried my tray and got us drinks! Okay me and some friends went there and got two sandwiches two 20 pice nuggets a Carmel frappe and a coke they seemed super nice got out stuff left and realized they didn't give use both of the sandwiches and the nuggets were cold I wouldn't have minded but the order was $31 which is insane for mc Donald's we get it back home for like $20 never again will I go to this one !! read more

If you figure they probably can buy their hamburger meat in bulk for about $1.99 per pound. They had to raise the price of a simple cheeseburger from $1.00 to $1.50 that is a 50% increase.You can probably get 20 out of one pound of meat thats 10 cents a piece ad a bun ,pickle & ketchup cost less than 25 cents a piece i,ll bet.Sounds to me they are taking advantage of the so called meat shortage.Farmers are getting less than what they got 25 years a go about a $1.00 a pound on the hoof. The cashiers are the rudest people I've ever encountered in my life. The cashiers clearly dont like people and should be moved to the back. Today, the cashier made me wait at least 2 minutes while she wiped down trays. I'm not sure why wiping downs trays was a priority when there was a line of cars and her job is actually to collect money but go figure. read more

Every time I go in this McDonalds I am not happy. 3 weeks ago I had to make 3 trips to get my entire order correct. Three !!!Time is money as I was working an had to keep going back, Not to mention gas . And waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I have to drive past this McDonalds every morning on the way to work. I was stopping here for breakfast at the drive through. I left early one morning and decided to eat inside the restaurant. I am glad I did. I no longer eat there after seeing 3 roaches in the dining area. I did not even finish my breakfast.
