Worst McDonald's in Arizona! The staff is rude; don't expect to be acknowledged when you pull up in the drive-thru, and certainly don't expect a thank you! They are not prepared when they open (have been asked to wait 15 minutes because the coffee was not ready; if you're open for business, the coffee should be ready). There are so many reasons to despise Mickey ds: ammonia soaked meat, sugar salt and more salt. And for me: the goddamn menu that is unclear and then vanishes. But at least this is a decent store. Buttermilk chicken sandwich was crunchy for my $7. Kids happy meal had some nutritional value. Friends cheeseburger looked flaccid for $1.50 though. Totally mixed bag. Ordered a large hot chocolate. It was 4.99 l, which is about the same price as Starbucks. Waited in drove thru about 10 minutes and was then asked to pull off to the drive thru reserved places. Bad experience, wrong order, got a new order no sauces, and wrong size drinks. Martinez management should randomly check in on their facility on Thursday and Friday evenings. This restaurant is evidently famous for the above issues. Do not go here if you are ordering for more than two people unless you're ordering the same for everybody. Well the internet at this location is down. Which is completely fine with me. But we ordered $41 worth of food and used a coupon from the app and lowered the total. We went to pay with a card and it didn't work. We tried it numerous times and of course got no where. Elaina the shift manager has a rude attitude with no customer service what so ever. As we sat and ate she came up to let us know we can process payment. And yet again it didn't work. She accused us of not having money, well three cards and then my card later it's still their machine. I'm so sorry but put a sign on the door letting your customers know that there is no Internet. You were so worried about $39 being comped but you lost another $50 in the mean time. McDonald's is a great place with typically great people. But if you can't handle the stress don't be in the position. Didn't even receive an apology. read more

I just bought a small shake at this McDonald's. They added whipped cream without asking. I got home and scooped the whipped cream off and the cup was less than half full of the shake. That is how they make money. Sell you a half shake for full price but fill the other half of the cup with whipped cream. Pretty bad. read more

Wow Ok so we really hardly go to McD but i had a coupon for a quater pounder BOGO so I decided to take the grandkids for dinner so I would not have to cook. I get my Quarter Pounder and as soon as I opened it up there was mold on the top of the bun, OK so things happen i take it back and the manager gets me a new one and I heard him tell the cook to check the buns, well low and behold there is mold on the second burger, I could not even bring myself to get another so I just got a refund and this is why we dont go to McD very often. read more

12 am and the drive through is packed and still got my food still pretty quick. Good location at least.

EVERYTIME this location screws up my drive through order. Missing items, incorrect special orders (no cheese usually) and rude staff. I will say this much... Typically the person who takes the order gets it right, as evidenced by the receipt. The people on the line, however, apparently can't read, and the person handing me my order never bothers to check. I've since escalated this to their corporate office. I hope they figure this ongoing problem out, otherwise.. Burger King is right down the street and always delivers the right order, and a smile to boot! read more

Typical McDonald's. This was a little smaller than most. It was clean and the staff was friendly. It took awhile to explain that I wanted hot chocolate with my breakfast meal instead of coffee, but eventually they got it. My food came out quickly and hot. read more

I understand I showed up to your store late. But April was taking my order and I was not pleased with the situation at all. We pulled up at 11:45 and we politely ask for a minute to look over the menu. April proceeds to ask if we are ordering Fry's. Thought it was kind of weird but I understand. You have to clean and prep for the night. But it wasn't followed with an order when your ready or even an acknowledgement when I told her I was ordering fries. So when we are ready to order my fiánce who is driving says to me, she isn't answering. So we wait a few minutes and she says hello. Just curious if April forgot about us or she was busy. And April literally says back to us with quite a bit of attitude "what" so finish our order and she asks us. Is that all with similar attitude. And tells us our total with attitude. So we pull up to the window and when we see her I figured maybe she was just busy or having a bad say. But her and the manager on shift are laughing and joking and they were pointing at the window at us. I asked for some extra sauce and she was rude to me again. They didn't salt the fries or put salt in the bag. Overall I was highly dissatisfied with this visit and honestly will probably never stop at this McDonald's again. If i could leave a negative rating, i would surely do so. We stopped in on this McDonald's on our way out of town, thinking McDonald's is always great. My family loves McDonald's, so it will be great. So we all order our food then go to pay. I had a coupon that i was wanting tk us that was on my McDonald's app. The lady scanned it then told us the total. The coupon didnt go through so we tried again. Then wr decided we would just pay since we were holding up the line. The went to use a credit card and the machine said "no internet connectivity". So the manager went to the back and tried to reset it. But that did not work. We continued to use our credit card multiple times. After 10 minutes of trying we decided we were going to eat and once they figure out the computer problem we would pay. So we sat and ate and waited. After 30 mins of waiting the manager, who was the rudest person ever, came over and said she had it fixed, and we could pay now. So we tried it again. And yet again it didnt work. The manager saying that it was our credit card that was not working. So another person in my party tried to use theirs. And still didnt work. And then another person in our party tried to use their credit card. Yet again still didnt work. The manager told us she was calling the police and they were on their way. Not so sure why she would be calling the police sense we werent trying to leave without paying. We tried for well over 45 mins and it continued to not work. I told her it had been 45 mins, and by this point she should have done the right thing and just comped the whole thing, but she said she couldnt do that cause it was to much money. I get that. Its not her money. But they had 9 other customers that walked out because they couldnt pat with tbeir credit card. So they definitely lost alot more with all those customers leaving, then iif they had just done the right thing 30 mins prior. The manager was consistently asking us if we had cash to pay instead of a card. Weither or not we did have cash, doesn't make any difference. We wanted to pay with a card. Finally as we were wanting to leave and tried to pay one last time. And it still didnt work. The manager promoed it and let us go. Never once did any apology ever come out of her mouth. I understand that things happen. It was not our fault that the internet was not working. I have for sure seen bad customer service before.but i have NEVER in my life had this bad of an experience in any other place before. I will for sure NEVER be going to visit this location again.
