This is needed... My husband and I love our Taco Bell... Really, we do. We go there a lot of we are going to go play in the woods and for a while, the service was great. Until after May. I guess the other great guys working in there must have moved on to something better because we are left with this horribly bitchy girl that doesn't know how to be friendly AT ALL. We had to repeat our order several times and she still managed to get it wrong. It's been a thing that has been on going for months now. I even told her to her face she sucks at this job and either she is new or she needs to really up her game... She's giving this place a bad rep. Then the stoner guys came. They don't know how to do their jobs either. I ordered a beef and potato burrito. They gave me a taco with cheese and some lettus with freaking potatoes with sauce in it. Wtf?! This isn't even an option, how could you even come up with this? On top of that, we had to wait 20 minutes for chicken and beef to cook. The place wasn't even busy!! PLEASE READ 7/02/26 Never before have i felt so uncomfortable in a drive thru window, throughout the entire process Isaac was re asking me questions and almost harassing me about a 5 star review(he asked multiple times) after giving us a free drink. If your reviews are low, i understand giving free freezes out for good reviews, but someone asking you 5 times if you will leave a good review is just excessive. He had asked if i wanted sauce, i said no, he then turned to grab napkins and said "sauce?" He then questioned if my boyfriend was my brother, after i said he was my boyfriend, he said "oh you guys look like... okay" I can understand an awkward interaction, but this was just top 5 worst interactions of my life. I have been here 2x this month and both times the taco shells were stale. My daughter was there the mother night and her nachos were stale. We use drive-through here to grab our dinner before returning to our cabin. Not sure if we selected the wrong items from the menu or it is always bad food. The more we try TacoBell, the more we tend to hate it. And probably this would be my last attempt to try TacoBell for a long time. I got a job here and the mgr gave me a debit card so I can get paid that was over a year expired. It's been a hassle to try and get a new one. So basically I will get paid at least a week after everyone else does. The other thing is there is not point in putting in writing what your availability is. I put down no available on sundays. The mgr wrote down my schedule saying off on sundays and work mondays along with other days, but in the system I work sundays and off mondays. Then they say you can't just make your own schedule and work when you want. I told her at my interview and also when I picked up my shirts and did paper work I have no phone until I get paid, I'm using WiFi for communication. My second week I messaged the same mgr letting her know I wasn't feeling good and I have a time stamp that she read it in the morning but text me back that night I should of called so I was a no call no show. If she told me that as soon as she read it I could of woke up my neighbor and used their phone. If your looking for work go somewhere else. There is plenty of places hiring read more

Lazy staff. Terribly sad when you are too lazy to grab some hot sauce for a customer at the drive thru window. Not lazy with the mouth when asked he replied, "it's already in the bag". Waited a total 45 minutes. We asked about our order multiple times. Each time they said it was on its way. Finally I just asked for a refund. 10 minutes later the manager finally gave the refund plus some coupons for 3 tacos. I asked again if our food was started and they had not even started the order. Based on the long line of people who had not recieved their food after us we just left. Very poor customer service. No explaination. Didn't refund us the drinks which we did get. Just stopped by for a quick bite while I am in town for work, nice Taco Bell, very clean and looks like recent remodel. The staff was very friendly, had a great conversion with the young man that took my order. Just had a couple of burritos and they were made quick and they were just fine. The girl who was taking our order was very kind but there was some food by the cashier and she made a comment saying it was still there from last night and thats gross. I started looking around most of the tables are clean but alot of them are very dirty and the floors are dirty as well. Today, I and another couple visited this Taco Bell location for a dine in breakfast. When we arrived, the manager was arguing with someone via face time and did not finish her conversation until we had stood in front of her staring at her trying to order. Once we were finally able to order, it took close to 10 minutes for each individual item to come out. The entire time we were eating, the kitchen staff was goofing around and having very loud, very personal conversations. Staff and food is a hit and miss at this location. Drive thru staff can be rude and sarcastic and sometimes you get something extra with your food...hair. Tried to have them correct with a refund but they refused due to no receipt, well we were never given one so our loss. read more

This location just went though major remodel. New look if very industrial. Very uninviting when you enter and the seating is extremely uncomfortable. Tables very low and seats whether chairs or benches hit your leg more than half way up to your butt. UGH....Feel bad because I'm sure this cost a pretty penny to remodel.
