It's one of those "Clean your own table with whatever you can find to wipe it down" type establishments. How this place passes Health Inspection, is a big mystery. Another plus is that the portions are very large, I've never left Cattlemen's feeling less than satisfied. Usually, Cattlemen's has very good service... not for me unfortunately. I had to wait about 5 to be seated (totally normal) but I was seated and just ignored for a long time, the waiters/waitresses kept getting mixed up on my things (except for Sam, he was great) and it took a while for things I asked for (like a water) to show up. It's totally fine, not a deal-breaker for me but not the usual five star Cattlemen's experience. Inside is great. I don't know why, but I had never seen the gallery, and inside was a handful of artwork, averaging around $150 - $200 per work. The restaurant is clean and comfortable in many ways, and that's really nice to come to after a long day.
