I would give negative stars if I could. I ordered the watermelon strawberry refresher from McDonald's but didn't know it had caffeine in it. I'm about a few months pregnant. The manager had an attitude when I had ask to get me a water. She came off like I was dumb for she explained to me it had caffeine but in a way that was condescending like I was supposed to know. She want back to making other orders by the register and started speaking Spanish. She told her coworker that I was an idiot in Spanish. i bet she didn't know I knew a little Spanish too. On December 3,2025 at 11:30PM I placed a mobile order through the McDonald's app because it showed the restaurant as open. When I arrived, the location was completely closed. I was told they were "getting the hoods cleaned" and couldn't operate. This is extremely unprofessional for several reasons. 1. If a restaurant is closed, the app should clearly indicate that the store is not accepting orders. The system should never allow a customer to place and pay for an order at a location that isn't operating. 2. I used a promo coupon on this order, and when I had to cancel, the app told me I needed to wait 15 minutes before the promo could be reused. If the restaurant is closed and the customer has to cancel, any promo should be immediately available again--especially since these offers expire at midnight. 3. The app should require each restaurant to regularly update or confirm their open/closed status to ensure accuracy. In the age of modern technology, this should be simple to implement and would prevent situations like this entirely. 4. I am angry and frustrated. This situation wasted my time, cost me a promo, and should not happen to any customer. read more

I was trying to get mayonnaise to put on my Mc double. The manager told the employee to tell me they did not have any. so I asked to speak to the manager she told me they did not have mayonnaise. They did not have mayonnaise packets so I asked what do you put on the hot and spicy she told me oh that's different. You have to buy that then told me she couldn't accept my form of payment because I was using my tap phone that I needed to find $.30 when I found $.30 she refused to give me the receipt and I could hear her at the front register telling the employee and another customer. I don't know why he wants mayonnaise so bad all he has is two Mc doubles. I wish I could give this place a negative star review. I've had better service from a drug dealer on Boulder Highway. I ordered a burger with almost no condiments, with one drink. It's been almost an hour. In that time, I was able to walk across the street, order from Subway, eat my meal, come back here to McDonald's, download yelp, and write this review before they got me my order? Why did it take so long? Because the server couldn't read. Apparently, a first grade reading level isn't required to work here. I'm proud to have witnessed the server read aloud "Eight sixteen" several times before shelving my order. She then shouted the same (incorrect) number multiple times before she asked me if I was the "eight sixteen" order. No. This clearly has "616" on it. The staff here is generally polite, but the drive-through experience is consistently frustrating. Almost every visit ends with being asked to park and wait for my food, often 5-10 minutes for the longest wait times. For a drive-through, this defeats the purpose of a quick stop.
