I have had both the coffee and the tea splashes from this truck. From this experience, I would definitely recommend the coffee and for the tea splashes, you have to find the correct flavor combo. The watermelon lychee was mellow and not super flavorful for me other than an artificial taste. It was refreshing on a hot day though. The team was super friendly and personable. Be advised that there are up charges for toppings and I believe using a card.

Updating my review to address some of the business manager's comments. Kona Coffee House was at Ariva's Farmer Market so I got a hot Hi-Life - less sweet with oat milk ($6). I asked if the drink was sweet and they said they could make it less sweet for me. I also asked for oat milk, not coconut milk. The description on their board said mocha, coconut, macadamia but I couldn't really taste the individual components. I also thought Hawaiian coffee would have a bold taste but it didn't. The best way to describe this drink is a watered down coffee with an artificial syrup taste and a bit of mocha concentrate at the bottom. I had really high hopes given the great reviews but I would rather have Starbucks made hot coffee drinks over this - sorry!

Today I got the An iced white mocha macadamia with caramel. Looking forward to trying all the other flavors she has. Hawaiian grown coffee just hits different. I don't care what anyone says, kona coffee is #1 in taste and caffeine potency. Y'all can fight me lol. She also has a kiosk on Sahara. Love it! Wanda was helping her daughter and SUCH a beautiful energy and person! We came to an event they were at and brightened our morning. It was early and I didn't want anything overly sweet so I just did a black Kona coffee but it was nice. Old lady tried two drinks and loved both. Wanda said they're expanding, I'd love to come support them once they add food. Super grateful for small, women & minority owned businesses that we can review and support during this chaotic time. Fridays are always my favorite but now they're a little sweeter w/ Kona Coffee parking at my work! They do not have espresso products but that doesn't even matter. I have tried so many different flavors and combinations--I change my favorite drink weekly. The coffee is alway hot and fresh. My current favorite is the iced coffee with the coffee iced cubes w/ a dash of cinnamon & sweet cream. They have a variety of finger food, the croissants are my favorite. I was lucky enough to start my day out with a hot coconut macadamia nut coffee. I got my 2 year old a smoothie. Coffee was great, not too sweet, but delicious! My son gobbled his smoothie up. Extra credit. I was able to come back at night for a decaf night cap, hot chocolate for the boys, and raspberry lychee slush for the wifey. Super friendly ladies. I highly recommend for any functions you may have or even get togethers. We had our little coffee truck (which we had at our wedding) back in Cali for all of our parties, looks like we found our Nevada peeps!! Check em out. read more

I'll start by saying I used to work for Starbucks for almost 2 years I've tried every type of flavor and coffee/ tea they had to offer. When I discovered this local coffee truck I was blown away by their incredible Hawaiian fusion drinks and food, you can see and taste the artisan flavor of the picture-perfect handcrafted beverages and eats. I checked them out while they were at Blue Diamond & Durango and I'm so glad I did! I've seen their Instagram and have been wanting to check them out. They were super friendly when I pulled up. I tried the coconut macadamia nut iced coffee and the piña colada iced tea. Both were very delicious and fresh! I liked the fact that the coconut macadamia iced coffee wasn't overly sweet which was nice. The iced tea was tart with a hint of sweetness. They were quick to have my drinks ready. Bacon makes everything better, so how could I resist the chance to try a food truck devoted to it?…read more Blondie's Bacon Creations was one of many local food trucks that came to Sunset Park'd in 2016. You can't miss the blue truck with pictures of bacon (and a blonde), even though these guys were somewhat tucked away in a corner near the stage. The menu is mostly different variants of french fries and sandwiches, but I saw the Bacon Tater Balls ($6), a creation that they boast took 3rd place in the "Extreme Bacon Bite Challenge" (a quick Google search shows that it was held November 2015 last year and included restaurant chefs). This tray had 3 fluffy potato balls with bacon, green onion, and cheese that were deep fried in Panko breading and topped with a lemon sour cream. Although it's not the most exciting potato ball that I've had from a food truck, it was a contrast of textures and had enough bacon flavor. LOVE THIS COFFEE! II was on vacation(Las Vegas) the first time I tasted Kona and I was amazed at how delicious it was. The flavor amd smell of the coffee wakes up your taste buds. The coffee feels light on your stomach and it give you all you desire from a good cup of coffee. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the Kona Coffee House! I love how there's always a variety of flavors to choose from, from teas to coffee to hot chocolate, etc. I am in love with the frozen kona! I always get a caramel mocha frozen with coffee cubes and almond milk, and its changed my lifeeee ever since. Not to mention the great customer service!! All around amazing. I got a hot chocolate with creamer and whip cream. This is the most delicious and smooth hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of drinking. Not to mention it's not scorching hot like most places make, it's like drinking hot lava which I'm not a fan of. Kona Kope Hale does it just right. Their coffee is the best I've had in a while, not too sweet which I loveee, the girl working the truck is super sweet and quick too!
