I really love what Mothership Coffee stands for as a business. One thing that sets them apart is their monthly "Sip with Purpose" feature. Every month, they partner with a local organization, and the proceeds from the featured drink goes directly toward supporting that cause. This month's drink is the Glow Up Latte, and each one sold supports the Nevada Blind Children's Foundation. As someone who is passionate about showing up for others and helping out whenever possible, I find this admirable. It's always refreshing to see a business that actively invests in its local community. In this visit, I got the iced bourbon vanilla latte with almond milk. I'd seen a lot of positive reviews about it, so I had to try it. It was good and not overly-sweet. It wasn't my absolute favorite latte, but definitely enjoyable. I'd happily come back to try something else on the menu. Service was friendly and welcoming, and it didn't take long to get my drink. I also noticed the staff greeting some customers by name, which I like because it means they care to get to know their regulars a bit. I've also been to their Ferguson's Downtown location a few times, because lots of yoga and Pilates events are held out on the green space. The vibe there is very warm and community-centered too. Both locations are super cute and located in convenient areas. Definitely worth revisiting.

Not worth the hype at all. I tried the summer matcha flavor. I took one sip and had to pour it out. The flavoring used made the drink taste like cold medicine. It was awful. I will not be returning. The drink wasn't worth the $9.

The girls that were in there were so sweet. I hadn't been in in a while so I was looking through the menu and got some good recommendations. I got a strawberry green tea and a bear claw that they warmed up for me. It was all very good and so light and cozy in there. I'll have to go mere often!

Simple, clean, inviting area to sit and drink your beverage or enjoy one of their food items

This was the first time I'd ever been here. I met a friend who was visiting from out of town for coffee. The shop itself is beautifully decorated. The atmosphere is a chill vibe one that can be enjoyed. If you're there for work on your laptop or enjoying a delightful beverage with a friend or on a coffee date. The young man who took our order was very polite and friendly. Our order was placed with ease. My friend ordered an iced tea and I got a hot Americano with a splash of almond milk. The pricing is comparable to most coffee roasters. There's definitely more charm to this store than a Starbucks The weather was absolutely beautiful so we decided to take advantage of sitting outside on their patio seating. I wish I could say that their coffee blew my mind it just didn't. Everything about this place was 10 out of 10 but the coffee fell short for me. IDK how to describe it, but it was kind of bitter and it just didn't have a flavor that I cared for. I even went back in and ordered a regular hot coffee to go hoping I would like it better than the Americano ....still not mind blowing. If I ever wanted to meet somebody across town to enjoy an iced tea or one of their delightful baked goods, I would consider coming down, but just for coffee it would be a no go for me .

Great service, fast and friendly. The lattes were great. The inside looks like a cute trendy coffee spot.

A quality coffee shop in Henderson NV. Stumbled upon this place as I need a little caffeine uplift. Just the smell of fresh espresso as you enter here will make you want some. Out of all the delicious drinks I narrowed it down to their Lavender Latte. They serve them in nice mugs too for people that are having it there which is always a plus. The bold flavor of espresso was very good and the subtle hint of lavender really made it all so much better. Good service from everyone as well.

Mothership is a vibe from the moment you walk in. The smell of fresh coffee roasting hits you right away and sets the tone. They have countless coffee snacks to choose from, which makes it hard to decide. I ordered a triple espresso shot with bourbon vanilla whip, and wow--amazing flavor. Strong, smooth, and perfectly balanced with just the right touch of sweetness. Definitely a spot worth coming back to if you're serious about coffee.

Very busy place. Coffee was great and they have a way for you to try the various roasts they have. The food looks delightful. And of course, chocochip cookies. Claire Leonardi approved of the sandwich and the empanada looks delicious. What a great morning practice and coffee with Claire/little B/Ari I would love to talk to owners

I had no idea this location was here! The location was pretty small but there was seating inside and outside. I was looking for a little pick me up and decided on the iced blueberry matcha with oat milk. I enjoyed the fact that it was not too sweet at all. The service was quick as well.

This location is the original Mothership Coffee Roasters. A small in size cafe, that is nevertheless, welcoming and comfortable. With small tables, and menus at the cash register, your order will be taken. It is located next to Trader Joes on Green Valley Parkway & Sunset. Per its website, this coffee roaster uses premium quality beans from women-owned farms roasted by a woman-owned company. They source coffees that highlight diverse flavors, support sustainable practices, and promote fair economic distribution to producers. Website: https://mothershipcoffee.com We ordered the Butterbeer latte ( staff favorite) and Crème Brûlée. Both with almond milk. The Butterbeer latte is espresso, homemade butterscotch syrup, house made bourbon vanilla, and cinnamon with milk of choice. The Crème Brûlée is a delightful creation inspired by the classic dessert. Rich hazelnut syrup blends seamlessly with the warmth of house-made Bourbon Vanilla syrup, creating a luxurious latte experience. A sprinkle of raw sugar finishes the drink, evoking the satisfying crack of a crème brûlée's caramelized crust. Both lattes were delicious, creamy and with a strong coffee finish! 5/5 stars for coffee. We also ordered the Peppermint shortbread, blueberry lemon scone and the Big Bang Burrito (This creation packs a flavor explosion with fluffy eggs, savory bacon and turkey sausage, crispy tots, and melty provolone cheese, all nestled in a warm flour tortilla. For an extra kick of heat, they include a side of our house-made Cholula crema.) We ordered this for our flight home. I'll update later. Service is with a smile and pretty good. Only one glitch, they forgot the blueberry lemon scone. Maybe she didn't hear me? It was pretty packed inside the shop. Service: 4/5 stars Ambiance is cozy, clean and welcoming. 4/5 stars. Update: Big Bang Burrito was a 5/5 star delight! Tasty and packed full of deliciousness. The sauce was spicy and kicked up the flavor of the already tasty burrito. A definite must try! Very filling and may be shared! We asked for the burrito to be sliced in half.

My daughter is my Coffee partner in crime. We are huge coffee drinkers and both LOVE exploring new coffee joints. On this visit, we were passing time waiting for an appointment, so we decided to get some coffee as we usually do in these situations. This location was closest to us, so we thought we'd give it a shot. After walking in, we were not greeted or welcomed. We kinda just stood there awkwardly looking around until we noticed the laminated menus lying on the counter. We picked up the menus and tried to decide on our selections. After a few minutes, a barista came to the counter and asked what we wanted to order. She was friendly, but very rushed. We asked her a menu question and she gave another rushed response, so we both just decided to go with what we knew and paid the bill. As we waited for our coffee, we took a look around the store. It was clean and had a cute catchy theme. They sell a variety of beans and merch if that's your thing. Our coffee was ready, the barista handed us our coffee and told us to have a good day. It was a nice day, so we decided to drink our coffee outside. They have a cute little patio that looked inviting. Now this is where the disappointment part comes into play... Our coffee came in the smallest ever cups and were packed with ice. Just a few sips and they were gone. The size is comparable to any child's drink at any restaurant. Even if you sipped it very slowly, it still would've been gone in a couple of minutes. Not the refreshment we both were seeking. As far as the taste, the coffee was just ok, the flavor definitely had an artificial taste presumably from the flavored syrup. We were both extremely disappointed as we were looking forward to some delicious coffee. The two "child-sized" drinks cost us around $15 not including the tip. It just was not worth it at all. My daughter swore we would never return. Overall, I cannot recommend Mothership Coffee Roasters. The rushed service, tiny portions and high prices just don't add any value for us to ever come back. Not Recommended!

Creme brulee coffee and big bang burrito

Review #8 of 2025 1:05pm visit on January 31st We had a Big Bang breakfast burrito which was excessively delicious, and the sauce that they give on the side, definitely complemented the meal. Generously sized, so My Wife and I were able to share, and be satisfied. For the drink, we had a hot crème brûlée coffee. Service was ok, although when I ordered water initially at the cashier I didn't receive it so I had to ask for it a second time. The business is very busy, and the long couch that they have along the west side wall is packed with people on their computers. No a place that I would go to study based on cramped conditions. We ended up sitting on the barstools by the entrance, which was OK. There are a few outdoor seats as well, so if you can't find somewhere to sit indoors, you can hopefully find a spot outside. My recommendation is if you decide to visit with the intent of having comfortable seating and studying, go to the Saint Rose location as it has a lot more space, that or get it to go.

Savor Coffee literally can't be missed. It's right across the street from Sunset Park and it can be easily seen while you're driving up and down Eastern. Parking is incredibly easy and they have multiple spaces available, especially when it's not too busy. Since it was a nice day outside the day I was there, the door was propped open. This is a very cozy coffee shop. The music that they had playing in the background really fit the ambiance. I ordered a lavender matcha drink, but it looks like they only have one size available here, which was a small. It looked like the barista was making the drink in a homestyle fashioned kind of way, so it did take a while for it to come out. I've expressed interest in matcha drinks lately, with a little bit of lavender added in, and this one was really good! My hairstylist operates her salon out of her home, which took about 10-15 minutes to get to from here, and I was about halfway done with this drink right when I arrived and I finished it during my appointment. I really liked this place! I don't frequent Eastern too much but I wouldn't mind coming back here again.

After three visits, certain patterns become clear. The service was attentive throughout, with staff checking in frequently without being intrusive. The décor is visually distinctive and cohesive if you specifically enjoy the Alice-in-Wonderland aesthetic. The highlight of the food was the scones, which were genuinely excellent. They were balanced, flavorful, and structured well enough to stand on their own without jam or cream. In fact, they carried much of the experience -- and they're good enough that I'd happily continue ordering the scones to go on their own even if I didn't return for the full afternoon tea service. The tea itself had a calibration problem. Instead of brewing leaves directly in the pot or using a proper infuser, the tea was placed in a small strainer that required pouring hot water over the leaves into the cup. With relatively little leaf for the size of the pot, this setup restricts how the leaves expand and limits proper extraction. This is fundamentally a brewing-method issue rather than a tea-type issue -- regardless of whether the tea is black, green, or oolong, leaves need space to open and steep within the vessel rather than being constrained in a small strainer. As a result, the teas never fully developed the depth they should have. My first tea, a Ceylon blend I brew at home, tasted mostly like fragrance during the early pours because aromatic flavorings extract quickly while the tea body does not. It took several cups before the tea flavor came through, and by the fourth cup the leaves were already weakening. The second tea, an oolong, performed better but still felt borderline in terms of leaf quantity relative to the pot size. The savory items relied largely on simple assembly rather than distinctive preparation. The cucumber sandwich used fresh cucumber, but the rye toast was dry and had the uniform crumb and texture typical of commercially sliced rye rather than a freshly prepared or house-baked bread. The turkey sandwich used deli-style sliced turkey rather than roasted or carved turkey as the description implies, with pepper jack providing most of the flavor. The egg sandwich showed the eggs were hand-chopped rather than fully mashed, but the paprika functioned mainly as decoration rather than seasoning. Even the pasta salad tasted closer to a deli-style side dish than something composed specifically for an afternoon tea service. The dessert tier was where the experience weakened the most. In a traditional afternoon tea, this tier is typically where the pastry program showcases technique and variety. Nearly half the desserts were cookies, which already limits pastry variety. Several had a dense crumb with little visible butter structure, producing the dry texture typical of lower-butter cookie dough. The lemon cream puff had a soft, compressed shell rather than the light hollow structure expected from proper choux pastry, suggesting it had likely been frozen and reheated. The filling lacked the richness and eggy depth of pastry cream and instead tasted very sweet with a flat citrus profile closer to stabilized lemon filling. The chocolate mousse was dense and overly sweet, lacking the airy texture and bittersweet balance typical of mousse. The fruit tart was acceptable mainly because the berries were fresh, but the shell had the uniform crunch typical of a pre-made tart shell rather than hand-formed pastry. An afternoon tea service typically highlights a pastry program, so relying heavily on cookies makes the dessert tier feel limited rather than curated. A final inconsistency appears when the afternoon tea service is ordered to go: the tea provided is commercial tea bags rather than the loose-leaf tea used in the dining room. The contrast with the excellent scones makes the rest of the menu more puzzling. They clearly show the kitchen is capable of much stronger execution. If the same care applied to the scones were extended to the tea setup, savory items, and desserts, the entire afternoon tea service could be dramatically stronger. In conclusion, the afternoon tea program falls far short of what the experience promises. The tea setup prevents proper extraction, the savory items rely on basic deli-style assembly rather than thoughtful preparation, and the dessert tier lacks the technique and range expected of afternoon tea. Good service can support a strong food program, but it can't replace one. When most components fail to meet the standard the concept implies, the experience does not justify the price. Edit: Owner's reply includes personal attacks and publicly states my full name, which isn't shown on my profile. Review still stands. Readers can review both and decide for themselves.
