This HAS to be the worst McDs location in the country!! We were there recently and waited over 20 mins for our order. When we finally received the order, the fish sandwich was not even cooked, the cheese was half on and half off the filet and there was only a dot of tarter sauce on it - the fries were also under cooked. We didn't want to stand in line to return the meal so we just tossed it. While we were waiting in the store, along with myriads of others waiting for their food, someone who was lucky enough to have gotten their order came up to RETURN the hamburger because it was BURNED! They didn't even want to wait for another- just wanted a refund. On a past visit we ordered through drive-through and when we got on the freeway and were ready to eat lunch we noted that one of the burgers was actually missing the bottom bun!! How does that go unnoticed?? RECOMMENDATION ~ AVOID THIS LOCATION!! WE INTEND TO FROM NOW ON!! read more

JFC this place is a disaster. They just decide to not take orders in the drive thru, are horribly rude when you dare ask what you are supposed to do about your pre-paid mobile order. The service was awful, it took an hour for iced coffee and no one would answer at the window. The staff was rude when I said it had been over an hour, and she just walked away as I was talking. Avoid this place. Go to Burger King or something. read more

The sign said that they were opened inside starting the 26th apparently the sign is wrong they are not opened for you to go inside a lot of people getting down then leaving. 12/31/2020 Went to McDonald's today they are out of creamer and drink carriers and I have five drinks today who is in charge of ordering the food they are always out of something this is horrible. Worst McDonalds I ever had. We got there at 5:30pm on Sunday. Lobby closed. We were in RV. We get on app and order our food. It says 5 min. About 18 min later our app says our food was delivered and all our stuff went away. Another 10 min goes by. I keep trying to call. Nobody will answer the phone. Only 1 car in drive through. I have to bang on door for several minutes. Someone comes to door and says let me get my manager. Several min later she comes out with our food. I say where's my hot chocolate? She says I don't know. It's icy and freezing outside. I say Nevermind and leave with food which I had to carry. Nobody delivered it like they said. Food tastes like it had been sitting there for 20 min. It was horrible. I just don't order the rubber cheeseburgers I used to love. The Frappe machine is always either down or they don't have anyone trained to clean it and are waiting on that. It works maybe a week out of a month!!! Why can't this be fixed??? I go there two to three time a week and order 6 Carmel Frappes when it's working. Sadly for them, Starbucks is now getting most of my business. We only have the one McDonalds so it sucks they hardly ever have Frappes. Also, I have witnessed employees getting reprimands in front of all the customers which is so unprofessiona!!! When I go inside it's always so chaotic with the employees. If you are a morning person, this McDonald's does not actually open till 6AM. At 5AM (when the store opens according to the sign w/ posted hours) the workers begin to check in and get the restaurant ready. This morning I waited 30min for a breakfast sandwich and hash brown‍ It would be awesome if you changed your store hours to 6AM so early birds like myself don't pull up at 5AM expecting to get in and get out. read more

Really couldn't understand the concept of a "McDouble with only ketchup". Instead gave a single-patty hamburger SMOTHERED in ketchup. The only reason this review is 2 stars instead of 1 is because we saw a random guy walk back into the kitchen and start an all-out brawl. When did McDonald's start serving hockey pucks? The quarter pound Burger that was purchased was burnt black and hard, tasted like yuck. This was one of the worst burgers from McDonald's. Went by and got a McRib, 10 piece nugget, and a McDouble. The McRib and 10 piece were surprisingly fresh. However as is tradition at this McDonalds for over 6-7 years now since Phelan management took over, they messed something up. I was given a McDouble that was dry as paper, dark as charcoal, missing onions and pickles with ketchup all over the sandwich. You could easily tell those patties had been sitting in the UHC for more than the 15 minutes its supposed to. My question is after 6-7 years of consistent terrible service, when will the Phelan management company take responsibility for the embarrassment of Mcdonalds store 6231. Travelers, do yourself a favor wait till you hit another town, i guarantee the food will be better. read more

Just stopped for Happy Meals and quick lunch while traveling on I-25. Keep on going! Absolutely rude staff and a manager that didn't care to manage the rude staff. Messed up our order after being corrected several times. Typical McDonald's food that was made worse by being cold. Cold, inedible fries, cold dry burgers. Ick. To be honest, the look of this place got me. My family dropped by to grab dinner on the way to Taos from Dallas and I was pleasantly surprised by the fresh look on the menus. Unlike the traditional red and yellow theme, all the menus have white background with slightly redesigned pictures of the food as well. The dollar menus and the drinks were on the side wall. Everything looked very nice and slick, very 'modern'. We had a pretty large order but everything came out in a timely manner. They did however tried to give us someone else's order along with our order, to which I let them know immediately. I won't penalize them here since our order was right and everything tasted right. Can't believe I'm reviewing a McDonald and can't believe I'm giving it a 5-star. But for a fresh look to something that's been rather stagnant for ages, it's worth the 5-star! Extremely rude we were trying to get breakfast and waited at the speaker for 9minutes before the lady asked us what we would like; after we ordered she informed us that they didn't have any hash browns so we asked if we were going to be charged full price for the meals as it appeared on the screen she said yeah and that there's nothing she could do?!
