Yikes! Seldomly am I moved to write a review of a fast food restaurant, but when I am, I would prefer it to be for a good reason. This was not one of those experiences. The burgers we got were dry (we ordered ahead online, and suspect they were made when ordered and thrown in the hot box to sit for 35 minutes), the lines were long, and this Blake's sauce I keep hearing about was nowhere to be found. The onion rings and fries were good though. The real tough thing was that apparently the shake machine was broken, and we would have been liked to have been offered a refund for those, but we weren't. Restaurant workers was mostly clean, and the bathrooms were nice, though one soda machine wouldn't dispense ice, and the other's carbonation was clearly low. If we're ever inclined to stop in Las Vegas again, I suspect we'll be settling for McD's. read more

Stopped in on a Thursday afternoon to have lunch and there were three of us. We go in and they were a few patrons sitting at tables, the menu was extremely simple, but somehow two managers couldn't get the job done correctly. Seems to me like they're thriving off a culture of confusion in their kitchen. 10 minute later we had to ask for our food and then we got attitude from the male manager who had to eat crow after we showed him the time that we ordered on the receipt. He remained indignant.. You might be best advised to go elsewhere. It's a new building, rather clean, and the burger was pretty good, but nobody needs to put up that crap for lunch especially from managers of places. Absolutely awful experience. The inside was dirty and the bathroom was downright filthy. The back area was crammed with workers, yet somehow no one seemed to be doing anything at all. They forgot to give me a receipt and continued to shout my order number that they never gave me. It took 25 minutes to get a plain, bland burger -- easily one of the most basic I've ever had. The fries tasted like frozen ones from a Costco bag. Overall, just a total letdown. We won't be back, and I'd recommend others stay away too unless things seriously improve. read more

My first time at Lotaburger ... they were open late and looked interesting. I'm so glad I did. Their fast-food green Chile burger was great, a true New Mexico classic! Meaty, spicy, tasty!! I loved the fries too - I ordered them without salt and they were exactly as requested, hot and very tasty! Their chocolate shake was also perfect. This place is always delightful! The best burgers in town, consistently good! Lotaburger with green chile and cheese, extra pickles and some seasoned fries and I am one happy lady! The kids that work here are great, always happy and listening to music as they work. This is a must stop in Las Vegas. read more

Honor your online orders. If you're out of the ingredients for burritos,. don't tell customers to come back tomorrow or call corporate for a refund. Corporate doesn't answer the phone, and they don't return phone calls. Bigger is not better. Blake's was recommended to me by a friend as a great burger and a quintessential New Mexico establishment. So when I noticed that my hotel for the night was near a location, I decided to swing over for dinner. This is an older place with limited indoor seating (only stools at the window). Most tables are outside, not a problem at 6:30 PM when the sun is beginning to set. When I got inside, I placed my order, was handed a cup almost entirely filled with ice (which I proceeded to mostly dump out before getting my drink), and I waited. And waited. And waited. 15 or so minutes later, I was walking outside with a green chile burger and seasoned fries. The burger was quite good and the green chiles added a unique spice. Was it worth waiting 15 minutes for? Probably not. But it's a step above McDonald's. I left hoping that this location was just an aberration and that a visit to another would be faster. The food is good, just don't expect it to be "fast food", because fast it isn't. read more

TERRIBLE! Order was all F*ed up. I ordered one NM style Lotaburger combo, got a plain Lotaburger with pretty much nothing on it and cold fries to boot. I'd never have bothered writing this. Except, I got screwed on Chile therefore now Blake's gets to eat this one star review. This location is a prime example of Blake's being hit and miss, this one being the latter. This lotaburger can be hit or miss. The quality of the food seems to be inconsistent but still better than all the other fast food places in Vegas. The one part that is really annoying is that the employees love to leave the phone on (on purpose) so the line stays busy and they don't have to take orders. It's impossible to order something over the phone in the morning. You would think as a business would want to take as many orders as possible. It can also take 5 min or over 30 min to get an order but they won't tell you the time it should be ready. The breakfast burritos are huge and delicious and the green chili is always spicy! The burgers are also good with green chili and cheese. But like I mentioned before they can sometimes be cooked inconsistent. The restaurant itself needs a good cleaning. It is dirty many times I go inside and doesn't look well. Hopefully they will change the way they manage this place and make it a cleaner and more consistent place to eat. read more

As of Nov 2020, they still refuse to answer their phone the majority of the time. I complained to their main office once and thing's improved for a few weeks then they went back to not answering their phones. A few weeks ago I tried calling them from the parking lot. Again no answer. When I went in to order I asked why they were not answering. The person at the counter said they were swamped. Only two other cars in the parking lot and only 3 other people who I assumed ordered on line came thru while I waited for my order. That doesn't seem very busy to me. Too bad the service has gone down hill so far. I really like their burgers but unfortunately if they don't answer the phone I go else where now. One more thing. In this day and age of COVID you would think they would prefer phone in orders rather than in person orders. read more

Well, based on just about every other review saying good things about the green chili burger, or green chili whatever, I tried the burger. I agree wholeheartedly with the other reviews about the green chili! I would certainly wonder that being this is New Mexico, do they use green chilis from "Hatch, N.M.??? Of course Hatch being world famous for their green chilis. However, whether or not they do is irrelevant because it was very good, and that burger was bursting with flavor. The staff were working hard, and were very efficient. The building is a little dated, but so what. It was clean! I am glad I found this little gem, and will be back. Thanks fellow yelpers! read more

Had to come back because they forgot to give me 2 of the items I ordered. I got a hot dog. The bun was so old, that it broke into 3 pieces by the time I unwrapped it. The actual dog was sliced in half in a very crude manner, and had pieces of onion or something else, something black and burnt-tasting, caked on to it. My husband got a geen chili cheeseburger. Great food, but awful service. I stop here each time I am passing by Las Vegas and the service gets worse and worse every time. My last stop consisted of a 25 minute wait for a breakfast burrito. Yes, a single burrito. And it was not that busy when I made my order.
