Hot in here. 8:42 am. Not conducive to eating in if you can not handle the heat. It's usually very cool however McDonald's gets a bad rap. People expect a four-star restaurant in a fast food place. I came in this morning just to have breakfast. They have a new chicken biscuit. I found the biscuit mice, fluffy with nothing added. Good old-fashioned. You can't get better. I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken. It has a bit of source to it. It also fills the entire biscuit with just a bit hanging over. I added cheese but it would have been fine without it. We all know they have some of the best sweet tea. So a very nice neal for yourself or if you want to meet a friend I am told that they don't keep the slides on the indoor okay area as clean and sticky free. So, I'll knock it down for that. Also, if you have trouble reading they don't have a handheld to read so open your app and look before arriving. Other than that, give the guys a break. Bathroom stalls. Toilet paper is not in holders, what good does it do on the baby changing table? In the other stall, the ONLY toilet paper (which feels like sandpaper and rips and tears) in on the floor, and literally looks like like it's "rusty" (Whaaaa???). After dealing with that, there is NO soap, and neither of the sanitizer stations in the restaurant worked either. Then, we stood and waited for 10 minutes before they even took our order, waited 10 more minutes for "fresh hot food" and all they did was set it down on the counter! They didn't call a number, look at us, nothing. So it sat there for 5 minutes until the gal behind the counter got rude and said "you can take your food, it's right here." This is t the first time we've had cleanliness issues or attitude issues with this McDonald's, but it will be the last. No salads, nothing grilled, except burgers? Unbelievably terrible. Went inside. The heat was unbearable though the fly's seem to be enjoying it. Every single table was dirty. Apparently, the manager wasn't concerned because no one was bothering to clean them or anything else in the restaurant. There was a register on the counter but no employee to take orders. Another customer informed us the only way to place an order was with the displays set up for customers to self order. We departed. We found another McDonald's on 67th street. Oh my!!! You walk in and the first thing you notice is how cold it is inside on a 98 degree day. Zero fly's and every unoccupied table is clean. Ever since my son was a toddler, I have taken him to McDonald's every Friday night. I can get some writing done using their WiFi and he can play with kids in their play areas. We moved to Lawton last year and I was shocked that out of all the McDonald's in town, this was the only one that had a play area. The only one. Still, we found the one and started up our Friday nights out again. There are so many problems here. The drink machines are always malfunctioning and many times they run completely out of ice, and if you eat fast food enough, you know that no ice in the machine means flat drinks. Their ice cream machine is broken a lot too, but not as much as Burger King. The good news is that they have never messed up my order, which is impressive since I make it difficult (Artison Grilled Chicken on a regular sesame seed bun with nothing on it but mustard). They only messed it up once and that is impressive. The ratio of good to blah grilled chicken is worse here than other McDonald's but it is still good more often than it is bad. The fries are always good. The restaurant is almost always clean and that is because the older man they hire to clean it is AMAZING and very friendly. The employees are usually decent, although they like to ignore my son when he goes up to ask for something (like more Ranch). It isn't terrible, but it is just average for a McDonald's/ read more

Wish I could give this location zero stars. Hours say they close at 1AM. Sign was off and thought it was a little weird. We pulled up to the drive through at 12:30 and as soon as we pulled up the drive through worker asked if we were apart of the rewards program and we said no. Then we were waiting to give our order and they just ignored us for like 5 minutes. We said hello a couple times then after a while a man responded and said "we close at 12 now". Yet the worker before was about to take our order. Just seemed like they didn't want to work very horrible McDonald's and don't recommend to anyone. If you want to find the worst fastfood McDonald's, here you are. Took us 30 minutes for the complete cycle from pull up to pull out. If that wasn't bad enough, when we got to the pickup window, we weren't given our frappe and water. The worker demanded my receipt because "there was no frappe on order". After they confirmed the frappe was ordered, they got it out but took 2 minutes on a water...a water?! So at the end of 30 minutes, we only gained 2 out of 4 orders correct (both burgers were wrong). So glad we were just passing through and don't have to use this establishment again! I would definitely go somewhere else if you're trying to actually get FAST and accurate service. read more

Last year I wrote a review for McDonalds and gave it a one for trash left on tables, soda machine being filthy and on and on. However, we have since visited McDonalds a few times and noticed a difference. There seems to be an employee that is cleaning the dining room constantly. The McDonalds in front of Target has improved dramatically. We have only been there for lunch a few times, but it is much cleaner and tables are cleaned quickly. I give credit where credit is due and McDonalds has taken steps to improve cleanliness. read more

Manager checked on us through our meal to see if we were satisfied. Tables were clean. Staff member was constantly on the watch to clean up trash. This place gave me a cheaper wrong order instead of my order at the drive thru . So I called and the manager said he would bring the corrected order to my house. I waited three hours for him and he never showed up . So I called and was told that they were busy and couldn't come. And to come by the drive thru and they would give me the right order so I went. I wait in line and explain again once to the order box then to the first window then the second window. At the second window the manager pops his head out angry faced . He snaps at me and says that I have to come inside along with my receipt and fill out forms then shuts the window abruptly after I try to explain that I am a veteran with severe PTSD and have triggers from crowds and loud noises as well as I have only night clothes on. He abruptly louder this time repeats his orders to come inside slams the window on me. So I park and go inside along with many people in line I get to the front only to explain again my matter at hand to be told that i will be put on a list and to come by with my recite at a later time to get my meal read more

First off, we put in a complex order asking for things to be added and subtracted from burgers. The drive through employee was nothing but courteous and professional about it. Then when we paid with a credit card, they were conscientious about our consumer safety, as I'll explain. On the back of all of my credit cards, I write "See ID" and this is the second time in three years that a cashier actually asked to see my ID. I visited this McD's three days in a row hoping that the poor service and old biscuits was just a flute...However, every morning despite being (4:30am-4:50am) the only customer in the drive thru it took over 10 minutes to get a hard biscuit sandwich and every morning the same employee forgot to give me my coffee. Handing me my order and saying Thank you and trying to send me on my way without my coffee. The last visit it was taking longer than the usual 10 to 15 minutes I leaned in to see what was taking so long and witnessed 3 employees including the manager standing around laughing and talking while I waited to get yet another hard biscuit sandwich. I did not order coffee that morning to save her the trouble. Just came from there and received my fries WAY under cooked jet again, this happens almost every time I go there. Also, I order a LG Coke and almost always get a Sweat Tea. When I stop and take a drink or look at my food they look at me like, what is your deal. Well, you have to or this is what you get once you get back to work, then it is too late, like today.
