One thing I enjoy is waking up on the weekends, going to a local, locally owned, coffee shop, have a cup of coffee and read a book. I drove by, saw this place and decided to give it a try. It doesn't have indoor seating, but does have a little patio out front. I talked to the owner for a couple minutes, she is really friendly and gave a lot of recommendations on food and coffee. I got a pizza bagel, which was as amazing as it was messy. Pro tip, if you get this, ask for more napkins. :). It's very good!!!! I also got the mocha Moose (( I believe that is the name. )). Very smooth, terrific flavor. If I lived here, this would be my local coffee shop. Too bad they are closed on Sundays, I would have driven out of my way to grab a coffee for my drive home. read more

It makes me sad that I feel like I never see anyone here but I randomly stopped here on a bagel craze one day. I love supporting local businesses and trying new places. I had the sausage, egg, and pepper jack bagel with an everything bagel and added bacon because I love my meat. It was delicious, they have the option of adding vegetables and substituting egg whites. You completely make your own custom bagel. I don't drink coffee because I have veneers so I cannot attest to their coffee but everyone was nice, they're open until a decent time 1530 I believe and their food is incredible. Came here this morning, and enjoyed this place very much. The ladies even gave my dog a treat! My husband got their moose beverage and I, the polar bear. The temperature came out very appropriate, we both enjoyed our drinks. My husband ordered an everything bagel w/cream cheese, and I ordered a full blown bfst bagel sandwich. The only thing that I would comment is that I wish the bacon was separated from the eggs and sausage. It was cooked like an omelet and placed between the veggies and melted cheese. I moved to Lawton about a month ago and I have been to LuLu's at least a dozen times. I'm originally from Alaska- a state that has more coffee shops per capita than any other state. They are the coffee capitol of the US. But Oklahoma? They don't have coffee shops at every corner. So when I saw 'LuLu's coffee shop' and the large Alaskan-inspired moose sculpture in front of their sign I couldn't help but stop by. They're a truly Alaskan coffee drive through. You don't go in to order your coffee. Stay in your car and drive up to the window. The menu is scribbled in chalk on the side of the window, but you can also request to see their 'specialty drinks' which are organized in a three ring binder. You pay at the first window and then swing around the small shop to pick up your drink at the opposite side. They serve both seasonal and specialty mixed coffee drinks that are sure to fit every taste. They're specialty drinks include an array of sweet options from caramel to vanilla to Harry Potter (yes they have a butterbeer inspired latte) flavors. They do have skim milk and sugar-free options as well. They do have iced and 'frappe' style options as well. They serve some light food options all surrounding the staple item of a bagel. They have items suited for both breakfast and lunch- but they close before dinner so they don't carry anything too heavy. They're a good place to stop for a light bite and a caffeinated pick-me-up. They have tea options as well, although I've yet to delve into those. The only other drive-through coffee shop in town that I'm aware of is Starbucks. Starbucks is always over-crowded with a long wait and overrated drinks. LuLu's service is always prompt. My wait time has never been more than 3 minutes even during busy lunch hours. The employees are friendly, professional, and well-informed on their drink options. The drinks are always served hot and as specified. The serving sizes for their 'small', 'medium', and 'large' options are all almost identical to Starbucks. The prices are also similar (LuLu's is about $0.35 more expensive on average), but the quality of LuLu's takes the cake. Their coffee drinks blow Starbucks out of the water. If you want something worth the money and time- choose LuLu's every time. They're only a couple blocks down the road from Starbucks and their drinks and service is a thousand times better. I'm sure I'll frequent this little shop much more over the next 9 months my fiancé and I are living here. I desperately miss my little Alaskan coffee shops, but LuLu's brings a bit of my home state down to OK. Everything about this cute little coffee stop is worth the price and I, for one, am proud to be a regular. read more

Such a cute little place! Just look for the moose. The idea is simple, a drive through wrapped around a small coffee shack. The standard coffee drinks are all there, and the staff is happy to help you customize your drink. They will make any drink hot, cold, or blended, and will add cream and sugar to your specification. This is the one of the rare coffee shops who did not argue with me when I asked for a blended latte with absolutely no sugar. Most lattes are made with a syrup base, which allows the drink to blend to a smoother consistency. LuLu's has realized that if you simply add more liquid (milk in this case) the ice can blend well, and without the forced sweetness. Why is this important? Because my mother is diabetic, does not like flavored coffee, (almost all "sugar free" syrups are flavored) and misses the fun of a blended drink. I look forward to having her visit Lulu's. They also have a selection of sandwich fixings, and again will customize to your taste. Three bagel options, a hand full of protein, veggie, and topping options, and your imagination make for an extensive list. They have a few suggestions posted for those who need help, and are happy to help you tweak your way to perfection. The location features a few parking spots and has a walk up window near an inviting patio. The location is convenient and well worth a visit. The food taste 1 to 2 stars, actually. $4.71 for a pumpkin spice large size that I could get from gas station for less than $2.00? Really. hmm. Medium size coffee 16oz is $1.49. Everything bagel is $2.19. Very pricy. Comparing to where I am from in Los Angeles where there are Panera Bread, and bagel shops, food here is pricy and taste very bland. The pumpkin spice taste nothing spectacular. I have had better from gas stations. The bagel with cream cheese taste nothing spectacular as well. To other reviews who said prices are reasonable, they must not have ordered pumpkin spice. I don't shop at four bucks or Starbucks but at least Starbucks taste fresh at least in LA. I went to Starbucks twice and both times took 20+min to get coffee. Wonderful service and the coffee is very good. The staff are always very, very nice and very efficient. If I were just rating the coffee, they get 5 stars. This is the only non chain coffee shop in Lawton so please support them. Bagels are one of my favorite foods, I love them. I make a special trip regularly to OKC to purchase "real" bagels at Old School Bagels and keep a stash frozen in my fridge. Unfortunately, Lulu's bagels are terrible. I'm 99% sure that they're the Thomas's bagels that come in a bag at the grocery store. If you like those, then you'll like these. The name Lulu's Coffee and Bagels leads to such disappointment because their bagels are nowhere near bagel shop quality. So they got half of it right. If they just called the place Lulu's, it wouldn't lead to such heartbreak. So the bagels are awful. However, they are generous with the cream cheese but they don't offer any cream cheese flavors. I get mine with chives, capers, and onions (they put them on the lox bagel) just for some taste. The chives are dried, the red onion is tasty and fresh, and I couldn't really taste the capers so don't know either way. If Lulu's brought in a decent bagel, even once a week, I'd be there every time. For now, I skip the bagel and go for the coffee. One day somewhere in Lawton will sell real bagels. I hope. Maybe that place might one day be Lulu's. I hope so. read more

OMG!!! We are from Richmond, Virginia and we were in Lawton for our son's Army graduation. On our way back to the airport we stopped at Lulu's. The bagel sandwiches are great. The bagels, fresh, fresh, fresh. Mouthwatering. I was going to eloquently describe the coffee, specifically the Pumpkin Spice Latte, my favorite coffee from Starbucks but I don't have the words. Hands down the best PSL I've ever had. I don't think I can ever go back to Starbucks. Yes it was that good, velvety smooth. Pumpkin taste so real I thought I was tasting my wife's pumpkin pie. I ordered the caribou Carmel iced and a bacon egg white pepper Jack cheese cinnamon raisin bagel sandwich with the hot and spicy sauce with onions and tomatoes. Omg the sandwich was amazing and the coffee was delicious. The second time I went they were backed up so my iced coffee was still hot which disappointed me because who really wants to drink hot coffee out of a straw. The only local Starbucks was recently closed down for rennovations. Thank God for Lulu's Coffee and Bagel is all I have to say: not only are they more reasonably priced, but the personal feel to the adorable little coffee hut really adds something special to the drinks they serve. My go-to is the "dirty hippie" with a few minor modifications that the outgoing and friendly staff reccommended just for my taste. I come here each time I am in Lawton for army. They have great bagel breakfast sandwiches made hot. The coffee is better than Starbucks but just as expensive. They are open from 5am-9pm which is pretty great too. read more
