Arrived at 2:30...got drinks and waited 30 minutes and finally tracked down a waitress and informed her we had been waiting over 30 minutes for any of our orders, said she would ask the kitchen to accelerate our order as we had iMax tickets soon. Waited another 30 minutes and went to the kitchen and only 2 of our orders were ready. Understand that multiple parties of 4 came after us and all were served and some had already ate and left. We finally left and the staff offered zero apology or reason why we were not served. They blew a $150+ order. Never going back, horrible customer service read more

I've been going there for many years. The food is always excellent. But I've noticed a change in their procedures. Whoever is training the wait staff, you are not an award winning psychologist or an intel analysts running a psyop. When I tell you I don't want fries, no means no. You don't harass me by asking 3-4 more time "just to be sure". I was sure the first time I answered. When I say no fries, the correct response is "yes sir", then SHUT UP! Pretty disappointed about this. Used to love this place. Burgers, fries, drinks, everything was great for years. We went today and everything was terrible. Waiting staff was slow and never knew anything about the issues, food was served overcooked and cold, and it seemed they were out of many items from the menu. My kids ordered the Mac n cheese, which was cold, hard, and somehow flavorless. I ordered the avocado ranch turkey burger. They didn't have the turkey paddies so I said beef was fine. The burger they brought out was overcooked and dry. The avocado was a very small amount and it was already browning. No ranch on the burger to speak of. When the waiter finally came around we had already discovered the other meals were also pretty terrible and we just wanted to get out of there. It's sad, but we won't be going back. It's too expensive there to roll the dice on if it'll be a meal we eat or not. read more

Stop by on a whim and it was their all day happy hour! Service wasn't the best, but it seems like they're doing the best they can! Lot of good throwback music playing, retro vibes in my opinion. Terrible service. My boyfriend and I waited 35 minutes before walking out with no food OR appetizers. Mind you our appetizer was CHIPS AND SALSA. Never heard from our server even once after we ordered, and when we asked another server to check on our food, we gave him a few minutes to at least come back and let us know the status of our order considering the kitchen was 5 feet from our table, but he never did. We gave the Burger Joint a try on a Saturday evening around dinner time. It wasn't crowded and we were seated immediately. The place look kinda "divey" both outside and inside but we pressed on with ordering dinner. I guess the "dive" look is part of their appeal. Anyway, we started with the Loaded Wedges (Crispy potato wedges smothered with queso, bacon, green onion & sour cream) as an appetizer, since the burgers don't come with fries. They weren't terrible, but the queso was a little runny and we thought the fries could have used a little more seasoning and more generous toppings. And the queso was all on the bottom...we had to fish for it. Could've been better. However, the 4 stars I'm giving are for the really great burgers we received. My wife ordered The Bleu (A bacon-wrapped burger stuffed with bleu cheese and topped with grilled red onions & balsamic bleu cheese dressing) and I got the Sir Bac-A-Lot (Burger with melted Swiss & sharp cheddar cheese on a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, bacon jam & smoky burger sauce). The taste was awesome, but the grease and juiciness caused the burger to disintegrate towards the last few bites. Messy, but yummy..... We each added sides as well. So frustrated. When we moved back here I couldnt wait to eat here again. I read a lot of the poor reviews and though, "man, people are terrible." But then we ate here. In 2015 this restaurant was my favorite burger joint and probably top 2 restaurants in Lawton. Fast forward to 2022 post COVID and wow, just pathetic how terrible the service and overall experience is. Hot beer, terrible attitudes, food...blah, and just absolutely rude when you call them on their service (olitely might I add). Just go somewhere else. McKenzie's Garage is a great substitute and has become our go to. I hope they get this turned around but man, it's bad. Make S&B Great Again! read more

Very dry old and stale, my wife's burger was good so she convinced me to give it another try. This go around I did get a burger and I had more bun than burger. The prices are steep seeing how your just paying for a burger without and sides. The oreo milkshake tasted as if the softserve had gone bad. They are not nice, they are very short with you, I always get an attitude, and they never come by to refill our drinks. The waitress was told today. Table of 8 or more and I was first to show up. Finally gave this place a try. Someone lured me in with their recent talk of "Garlic Fries". First impressions ... I love the motif once you walk in the front door. I had no clue I was walking into that and would easily give that 5 stars! Rock 'n' Roll artwork on every square foot of the walls in this place and 8 big screen TV's playing music videos and the sound system to back them up. I LOVE IT!!! Finally something for the Rocker instead of the crap country music they bombast your brain with at all the brand name restaurants. So it was realllllly nice to sit and mentally jam to the tunes this night. The menu looked great, several choices available. For my first I went with their signature burger, The Fatty, the double meat of course. I had my eye on The Frenchman (Mushroom & Swiss) or Hot Lips (Korean BBQ) but, I digressed from eating my usual faves for the next visit. Meal took about 20-30 minutes from the time of order to arrive and that was with a very small crowd of about 10 customers present. I was easily distracted by the big screens though. The Garlic Fries could have used some more garlic to my liking and a lot less parmesan. I didn't know they had parmesan or would have opted its removal. They were still yummy! Just note to self for next visit to add garlic, remove parmesan. :-) The Fatty looked good upon arrival. Meat cooked exactly as I prefer. I love grilled onions on a burger and will request extra be added next time. The bread was really good too. A delicious burger overall and I can see why everyone loves the place. The place was clean. Servers were awesome! Will definitely be returning to try a couple more choices. I can't comment on the alcohol selections, as I don't drink. read more
