Came here with our soldier for breakfast and it didn't disappoint! The service was great for our party of six and the decor was cute. It was very country and they paid homage to our soldiers too. The great thing was there wasn't a big crowd of families with their soldiers so that was a plus. I have been here twice in one week visiting my brother and plan to be back several more times before I leave. The place is clean & the staff wear face masks, but they don't really have a setup for social distancing. I think Covid is blown out of proportion so I don't care, but I wanted to mention this in case you do. The other thing to know is this is a cash only place, no credit cards are accepted. They do have an ATM on site. The two times I've been here, I ordered the same thing and it has been amazing. I get the western omelette with hash browns and sourdough toast. The omelette is great and the hash browns are good, but something about the sourdough toasts is next level. I know it's just bread, but it's better than anywhere else I have had it. I didn't get pictures of the place or food, I'll make an update and add some later. I will end this review saying the staff are very friendly, and attentive. It is seat yourself type of place, but try to sit in ShyAnne's section. Her positive attitude and upbeat personality will put you in a great mood if you aren't in one already. read more

Yum. I FINALLY got to try this place. How I wished I had tried it earlier. You know how I said I liked Wright's Family diner. And I still do. The food there is fantastic This place has good food though about 1/3 less on their plate than Wright's. I'm not sure if they match the flavor, but that would be boring if every restaurant tasted the same. It looks much older. For lunch they had someone on a keyboard playing soft music. They only take cash but have an ATM inside. I liked the watresses Great group of sople. Fast. Helpful. And the cashier--I think she came with the place. Really blends right in with the feel of an I'd fashioned restaurant!! And it is CROWDED. Not loud but all but one booth was filled when we got there that morning. They have "blue plate specials" aka for you young people, special items each day for you to order from Still I was blown away by the prices. And the small plates were just the right size. I did not walk out feeling I'd eaten the entire garden (salad) or two whole chickens(chicken fried chicken). As I said, just the right size The only reason for the one missing star is it felt dingy. Old floor. Darker feeling. A facelift would solve that. I don't think it was dirty but then my glasses are broken so I cold be completely off The bathrooms looked fresh and smelled clean. She took the time to clarify for me that I wanted my eggs over medium, not over easy as I had stated. My wife ordered a piece of pie. They had a complete home baked pie, but the waitress said she wasn't comfortable with how it looked and would not serve this to her customers. It shows she cares about her customers. read more

Some of the best breakfast food and service I have EVER received. Definitely the best in Lawton. I got 2 eggs over easy, corned beef hash (sooooo good), sourdough toast, hash browns, and 2 big fluffy pancakes for about $13. I plan to come here a lot more. My server was super sweet, song with the others I saw working. They were patient with customers (especially the elders), assisted each other with their tables (like filling up coffees), and were just all super sweet. Had lunch here recently for the first time. The atmosphere was good for a "country" cafe and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. However, the food was not good. Chicken fried steak appeared to be exactly the same as a frozen pre-breaded CFS I buy from Walmart. When it first arrived at my table I could tell from the looks of it that it wasn't something made from scratch. It had a weird gray color instead of golden brown, and was almost completely covered in a pre-packaged gravy mix, probably to hide its appearance. Worst chicken fried steak I've ever had, if you can even call it that. Side dishes were ok at best. They had no dinner rolls or cornbread, only Texas toast. Sweet tea was extremely weak. Meal was under $10 before tax, but apparently cheap prices is the only thing drawing customers to this place. Can't believe people have such low standards. I'd been meaning to try this place for several years, but now it's one and done. read more

Dad had his with hash browns and sausage patties and I had mine with home fries and sausage links. The food was wonderful. The service left something to be desired. Breakfast at Leo's is always enjoyable. Not only are their prices probably the lowest in town (we both have big breakfast meals for under $14 total), but the employees are so nice. We were eating here the other day and overheard a senior couple saying they forgot their wallet at home and had no way to pay for their food. I used to love eating here. The service was great and the food was good. Today and the past few times have been quite the opposite. I came in as a party of two and sat down. Other parties were sitting down after us, yet, we had no wait staff visiting us. We were told that someone would be with us shortly. 10 minutes later we were finally met. Our cups sat empty of coffee and water almost our entire visit. The icing on the cake, when the waitress dropped off our food, it was not even close to what we ordered. I would come here often and would bring new people from in and out of town. I have worked in the restaurant industry for roughly 10 years. Fix your issues. My husband and I are new in town and was looking for a great breakfast place that didn't have a drive thru. We stepped out of the car on a Friday morning at 9am to find a parking lot full of cars. Great 1st sign. Then we smelled the deliciousness. Great sign #2. We walked in (you seat yourself) and sat at a 2 person table. The waitress came to us and said you may want to move because this table will not be big enough for 2 plates. Great sign #3!! We moved tables and took a look at the menu. I fell in love when she asked "white or sausage gravy" SAUSAGE GRAVY PLEASE!!! We also ordered the sausage, scrambled eggs hash browns and pancakes, a water and a sweet tea. The decorations were fine, the waitress was attentive and friendly. Although we are in our 20's the place was packed with people over 50. An older couple played guitar and keyboard while we ate. The food came and it met our expectations. My husband and I always leave a new place and decide how often we will come back. This place hit the every Sat or every other Sat marker.
