Came to get food late night after a party with friends and the lady with short curly hair was super amazing and nice to us

Went through the 24 hour drive thru at 3:45 am Sunday morning. No response, checked google maps and they were supposed to be open. Lights in and employees all there. Rolled up to the window and tried to order food. The employee said they aren't open. I said, the sign on their drive through literally says open 24 hours and the employee laughed at us saying that's too bad and they were closed. Tired and hungry we went to Whataburger and got great food and service!! read more

The male manager with the black hair was very rude. I pulled out of the line so that I did not get stuck in the snow and stop the progression of the entire drive thru line. He yelled at me and told me he did not care how long I had waited as there were only 5 employees inside. I said that was not the issue. The issue is that 10 cars had passed me and they weren't even bothering to pay out my order or get it to me. I was nothing but nice given the circumstances. I would imagine the day had taken a toll on this manager, but the way he responded to this situation was not fitting for a person in a position of authority. We got curb side. We got home and three orders were right, but no chicken nuggets and no plain quarter pounder. We head back down there and 25 min in line again When they bring out my order the plain quarter pounder is a double burger with all the toppings. They take it back and this time sends our a regular burger with kitchen and mustard. I am still waiting for the plain quarter pounder. This does not make happy children or parents. It shouldn't take over two hours to get an order. Never again!!! read more

The McDonald's on South Cumberland St. In Lebanon is horrible! The last 2 visits have been the worst ! The first visit I took my 2 Grandsons 8&7 , and a boy around 10 or 11 began bullying them because his Mom was working there and he thought he owned the place , he hit one Grandson with a ball in the back of his head , then he cursed at them a flipped them a bird and told me we was going to be kicked out ! I told him to go find his mom , that's when I realized she was working there . This time ( today ) the crew was rude , the tables were nasty , the restaurant was nasty , the food was bad , chicken sandwich looked like it was ran over and bland not to mention cold . If you ask for anything ( I asked for ketchup) they throw it on your tray like it made them angry ! If it weren't for my grandsons I would never go back there , might just start going to Burger King , at least their food is good and the crew is nice and the dinning room is clean . i went here for a nice enjoyable meal with my dearest friends billy, jeff and john, i ordered an kit mcflurry, and other than the fact that it was disgusting i didnt even get it, i had to go ask for it. and i also ordered a double quarter pounder plain and got a mchicken with everything on it WITH my quarter pounder sticker on it. and i also did not get my 10 piece chicken mcnugget. and that is not to mention all the people in there who had been waiting 30+ minutes just to not get what they ordered. read more

This location is horrible. They are open 24 hours but if you go at 11pm or later, good luck getting service. Sat in line for 30 minutes waiting for someone to take my order but no one came. There were people inside but chose to Ignore the people outside. They were sitting in there phones, leaning across the counters, unprofessional staff. No thanks. read more

when we first got to the window we we're told that every machine is broken which isn't new and then when i asked for a tea they said we don't have any when really they decided they just wasn't gonna make it that night. and when i got home my dad received a raw burger. this is disgusting and lazy.do not work somewhere if you're not going to do your job. people can get sick from that. i pay you to make my food your not doing it for free. read more

This was the absolute worst McDonald's i have ever been to... Half of the employees were on their phones, when i was having my order taken the employee had headphones in and was ignoring half of the stuff i said. Even still got half the order wrong, didn't get my drinks and forgot to make my McFlurry. The manager was cussing at employees and another employee was constantly walking from behind the counter to talk to friends that came in. 22 minutes for a small order and it was still incorrectly made and cold. This was an absolute disappointment to say the least pulled up to the drive through in the outside lane sit there while 5 cars ordered in the inside lane finally switched lanes and still wasn't waited on just drove off. I had no problems with ordering breakfast at this McDonald's on my way out of town on Sunday morning. My sausage biscuit was large, hot, and delicious. The drive-thru almost forgot one of our hash browns, but we caught it before it was too late. A standard visit to a McDonald's, for sure. No problems. read more

I used the mobile ordering app. Easy to use; the food wasn't good. My mother's Big Mac made her sick to where she had food poisoning as well as her shake tasted weird. The Coke machine the carbonation wasn't working correctly. read more

OK, I typically don't write reviews for McDonalds or other fast food places, but this was really nice! The atmostphere was great. TV's were everywhere. There were several large screen TV's on the walls then there was a counter with 3 tv's on each side if you want to eat and control your own TV. They had a touch TV screen with games for the kids. There was a lounge-type area without any tables, but a group/ family was meeting there and talking. I thought this was unsual for McDonald's. Who goes to McDonalds to meet a group there and just chat? Their play area was like a jungle and was enclosed out of the heat/cold. Plenty of tables out there for parents to sit. The pictures on the walls were beautiful black and white photos of the nature around the area. The counter staff were friendly and quick. Nothing typical about this McDonald's, I would recommend it to everyone in the area looking for a McDonald's. read more

Terrible terrible terrible service. The line was all the way out to the street at 1 PM on a Saturday. They have two to-go order lanes. I went to the one on the outside And waited a long time behind a car and I saw many cars go through the other line. Well they finally took that persons order in front of me and then I sat there while multiple cars had their orders taken again in the other line. What the heck? Why have two lanes for drive-through orders if you are only going to service one lane once every 10 orders. Unfortunately every time I come to this McDonald's there's always something stupid like that going on. If not for the location I would never try. read more
