I was going to only rate it 4 stars as "good" because it's fast food, but I had to give 5 because I couldn't think of one thing I didn't like. I got the single patty combo with crinkle fries and a vanilla shake with a side of pretzel bites. I got delivery and was about 15 minutes away. The fries stayed crunchy. The burger had plenty of char and cheese. The toppings stayed on the burger nicely, and there were plenty on there. The milkshake was creamy and had good vanilla flavor. The pretzel bites were good, salted nicely, puffy and had good pretzel taste. The cheese was perfect and complimented the pretzels perfectly. Especially for fast food great meal! read more

After waiting for twenty five minutes in the numbered spot, mostly by myself, after I was instructed to advance at the drive thru, I finally got back in line, had to wait again behind a truck that was actually fully served at the window, and let them know that they forgot all about me and my order. The first time I ever tried a Culver's burger was about 5 years ago when we were visiting Florida from California. We had eaten at a bbq joint that really skimped on the food and we stopped off at a Culver's on the way back to our hotel. I rember thinking after biting into a Butter Burger, this is a pretty damn good burger. 3 years after trying that first Culver's, we fled the Communist movement in California and moved to TN. How happy I was to find there was a Culver's near our new home. We go to this Culver's about 1 to 2 times a month and have never been disappointed. The Culver burgers are literally probably some of the best burgers around. The service at this Culver's is always exceptionally good. Each time we have been to this Culver's over the past 3 years, the manager walks from table to table asking the patrons how there food was? That's great service in my book, I do not see that happening when eating at higher end restaurants like Fleming's, Ruth Chris, or Eddy V's, yet your paying well over $300 for 3 people, while Culver's runs you about $25 for 2 people. If your looking at this review for a good burger joint, I'd highly recommend it. Also, while your there, try the chili and the crinkle cut fries, those are damn good too. Our family loves Culver's and eat here about once or twice a month. The quality of food is a few notches above most fast food. Their soda machine typically always has the correct carbonation to syrup ratio. We have never had a bad order. read more

It's close to my house so I've tried it twice. The spicy chicken was good, but could have used more sauce/mayo. But the veggies they use seem fresh and crisp. I got their signature burger next and found it to have almost no flavor. I was disappointed. The fries are fine, nothing great but not bad. The malt shake I had was tasty, I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly both times. But I will say it did seem a little dirty in there, crumbs left over in many of the booths. It's not a huge deal, but worth mentioning. read more

Four stars for a local fast food place!? Nope, I'm not going crazy. Just blown away by getting a decent drive-thru meal. I had only heard about this place from the podcast, Doughboys. A hilarious fast food review/comedy podcast. My wife and I both ordered chicken sandwiches, but I got mine spicy. Both sandwiches were great; both smoking hot and super fresh. The breading on the chicken was thin and very crispy, but my spicy chicken sandwich could have used a little more heat. The fries. My god the fries! These crinkle cut baddies are delish! At one point, I looked up at my wife and said, "am I just starving or are theses fries really that good?!" Light, crispy, salty... Culver's really brought it. I know a lot of fast food places get the cold shoulder when it comes to Yelp and reviews. Its mostly from non-yelp regulars. Well this regular yelper does visit fast food places. I showed up in the afternoon and there were only a few people in the place. I got the deluxe burger (value basket) which included crinkle cut fries. They gave me a printed out paper with a number -similar to a post it note. I presume its to put on the end of your table so the worker can deliver the food to your table. The wait time was not bad at all. Maybe 6-8 minutes. Drinks are self serve, and they have convenient ketchup dispensers that were clean and easy. The drink / ketchup area was clean and tidy. The burgers are so good, they're like west coast style smash burger. The fries are also good, you can't go wrong with crinkle cut. I may just be nostalgic for 7th grade school lunches, but they really are flavorful. Everything was fresh and I was well pleased. I can't really eat a whole lot of sugar plus I wanted to be somewhat healthy (lol) so I never opt for a milkshake or anything like that. But they have "frozen custard" or whatnot and it looked good. Maybe some of the other sweet-tooth among us can try these out. read more

I ordered a mango and strawberry smoothie and THEY GAVE IT TO ME HALF EATEN! I asked the worker what happened to my smoothie and he responded that is how it was made. I had to go in a ask for a refund because what is this? It cost $5 for a half filled smoothie! The saddest part, the manager who gave me a refund didn't even ask what was wrong or how could he make it right? And why does the fish need salt? Did y'all taste this before serving it? DISGUSTING! I got the double cheeseburger deluxe with bacon, a side of fries, and the double strawberry concrete mixer with bananas and brownie bites. The venue looks extremely clean and they bring the food to your table. It was a tasty burger but nothing special. I felt that the fries were good but nothing special. The concrete mixer was on another level. I would go back for that shake alone. Will definitely return. read more

I order food at 9:30 pm and they closed at 10. Closing shift missed food items in my bag. By the time I got back to work to eat my lunch I realized I was missing one whole meal out of my bag. They were closed at this time. I call the next morning, speak to manager Melanie and she proceeds to tell me she won't give me the meal I ordered, she'll do a smaller portion for free even though it was a mistake on their end ? I paid and didn't even get the meal which is fine, people make mistakes but as a manager she is telling me they cannot even correct their mistakes. Horrible customer service. Culver's is a great little place to grab a quick bite. What I loved about my visit wasn't just the food. It was the people. Melanie was working the lunch time rush like nobody I had ever seen. Her crew consisted of new people, team members with special needs and her go to pros. She coached window, counter and kitchen while whipping the RIGHT orders out the door. She even had to track down a patron who pulled into a wrong parking space to wait for a special order. She never missed a beat. Her team was high energy, the customers happy and I had the fortunate blessing to observe all this poetry in motion. When most of us would have lost our cool, she just smiled and made magic happen. Went through the drive through because the dining room was closed and they screwed up every aspect of our order except the concrete mixer. Asked for ketchup, pickles and Mayo on a double burger, got ketchup, mustard, lettuce. Ordered a sour dough melt with extra fried onions, pickles and mustard. For a plain sour dough melt. Horrible! We order a basic cheeseburger and when we opened the burger, there was not a top of the bun. We ordered onion rings. When we got home. No bun, and got cheese curds. My husband went back, they swear there was. A top of a bum on the burger . The same onion rings we ordered were given to us. The employee said we came it give you your onion rings and you were gone. Hello, do you not have a number for your order? So we got a cold cheeseburger (did not remake it) bad and cold original onion rings they are 15+ minutes old. Zero apology. Had to throw the whole meal away. When asked if they could make us a fresh meal. We were told they didn't have time that. You got what you ordered. No bun in the cheeseburger, no onion rings (just Cheese. curds which we did not order). Very disappointed! We usually can Could on Culver's for fresh food and great you service. It's our go to, frequently. This ruined it for us. Zero desire to make it correct .presented with the idea it was our fault. Between my husband, son and myself. Over thirty dollars. Why have I not known about this place sooner?!?! Culver's is not just your average fast food joint!!! It is a family-friendly environment that offers an extensive menu that includes beef, chicken, seafood, healthy and vegan items, and best all CUSTARD. I love the nutrition facts that are posted next to each item on the menu and everything looked and smelled so good. I ordered the North Atlantic Cod Filet sandwich with out tarter sauce and a side salad. My husband ordered the Culver's Bacon Deluxe with fries. Staff mentioned that the food is made fresh to order, so take a seat and our food will be out in a few minutes. Our food came out less than ten minutes. I bit into my fillet and it was hot and juicy that didn't leave a fishy aftertaste. My salad with Honey Mustard dressing was fresh and satisfying. My husband enjoyed his burger and fries as well that he finished eating way before I did. We were stuffed but I wanted to try one of their well-known custard desserts, so I ordered the Mini Oreo Mixer to go and it was absolutely delicious. Flavors of custard are sold by the pint to take home for your enjoyment. Another great restaurant added to the Mt. Juliet area. Proud to give it five stars for cleanliness, helpful and friendly staff, plentiful portions and quality of the food, and the best custard in town. This place gets 5 stars. Not because it's the finest establishment in Mt. Juliet, but because they do a great job at what they are meant to be. This restaurant is a step above the Steak and Shake model. They have really good hamburgers, good side selections, and great ice cream. The service is quick, and they bring the food to your table. The hamburgers are thin, so you need to order the double patty if you want the normal amount of beef. I haven't tried the other menu items (fish, pot roast, chop steak), but everything I have tried has been good. Keep the service quick, the store clean, and food quality up and you will put Steak and Shake out of business. read more

Ordered the Swiss and mushroom burger with onion rings and a frozen custard with pecans and caramel - heart attack be damned, there is an Urgent Care Center across the street! Burger was above average, o-rings great while hot and custard was spectacular. Wife liked her burger and fries too - happy it was all served hot. They delivered the food to the table - nice - and picked up our tray - nicer! My husband and I went through the drive thru and as we were sitting waiting for our food with number 92 on it a man bringing the food to the cars stopped at a truck behind us and gave the man the bag of food. The man began looking through the bag moving around our fries and opening our burgers. The man that was handing out the food then grabs the bag back from the truck and proceeds to bring us that same bag. I told him I don't want that bag that he just let that guy behind us rifle through and touch all our food. I went inside and got a refund. This is so disgusting and we will never go back. Why would you ever try and bring someone food that another customer has dug through? I don't know where his hands have been. I would think in food service this would be a BIG no. Our family loves coming to Culver's. The workers are friendly, the food is fresh and affordable, and they've done well with distancing and cleanliness. The drive-thru can get busy, but they try to make it as efficient as possible by having you pull ahead with a number. Good food but terrible drive thru service. Watched 3 employees stand at the window and have a 4 minute long conversation without ever acknowledging me while cars pulled out of line and left. We just came inside to dine in and they only had 1 register open with over 10 employees behind the counter standing around. The line to place our order was extremely long. The employees were playing around and had no idea what they were doing. It was evident that other customers were annoyed and frustrated with the experience. It didn't seem like they had a manager on duty. Everything was moving really slow, and the employees had absolutely no customer service. Unfortunately, this has been the case the last 3 times that I have come to this location. I witnessed multiple customers coming back up to the register because their order was wrong. This place needs some organization, leadership, and accountability. During my last dine-in experience, I was very uncomfortable!! The food and service were great!! However, when my husband and I were sitting at the table eating, I felt like I was getting yelled at almost the entire time. Their was an older white lady with dark long hair In a ponytail, in a ball cap that was very loud and obnoxious!!!! I am assuming she was a manager, I did not get see her name because she was not wearing a name tag. The reason I think she was a manager was because, during one of her outbursts, she said, "If anyone has sticks on their hat, take them off." I am guessing someone said why and in a very loud tone," she said, "because I said so." The sticks on the employees' hats don't bother me as much as a manager yelling at the employees in front of the customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I felt like I was being yelled at as well!! We have been eating at Culver's for a long time and really enjoy the food, I just think sometimes it is a little embarrassing for the employees as well as the customers when I manager likes to throw her authority around!! This is my 3rd time coming here. Whenever I'm in Nashville, I always make a note to stop in. Great service and food is great. Culvers is the big brother to Diary Queen; similar concept but better.
