As I write this review, this particular McD's has only two previous reviews, both of which are IMHO unreasonably harsh. My family almost passed this gem by based on those extremely biased opinions. Waiting in line too long? One star? Really? Didn't like someone picking up your cup without wearing a HazMat level 4 suit? Still drank from it though, huh. Everything else was great? Two stars? Really? Our order was taken professionally, filled perfectly. The restaurant is quite new, itself, with real nice furnishings. Clean, tidy (restrooms 'n' all). On heading back to the counter to purchase some more hot cakes, they even hand-carried them out to our table. Nothing but smiles, courtesy & thoughtfulness. Highly recommend this McD's. We skipped the truly ignominious one just outside of town (that we had to pass with empty bellies to get to this one) and were very glad we did! I ordered thru DoorDash and my food was cold. I guess it didn't matter b/c I worked from 2-12pm without eating and I was STARVED. Ordinarily I wouldn't eat after hours. My burger had TWO pickles, and a DOT of catsup. WHO HURT YOU SANDWICH MAKER?? read more

I'm sick of every time I try to go get a drink and a sandwich before 10pm which is what time I have to be to work they are only doing delivery orders. Because they are too lazy to take a simple small order they need new workers it's run very lazy and I would rather have a different restaurant to go to at that point. read more

Always say they can't make food for regular customers and only for DoorDash this time of night. The location shows open. If it isn't open to the public then they need to adjust hours on all maps and website, and oh I dunno shut the lights off on arch and drive thru. Bad practice ya'll. read more

After going to the McDonald's over by Walmart with no service we made the trip over to this location only to be disappointed again. The service was incredibly slow, and we were told to pull forward after we paid because our order wasn't ready. We didn't get our condiments even though the sign reminded them to check. And no napkins or straw. This was our second time coming to this location only with the same service. read more

Place needs to close @10 because that's when everyone stops working, Literally had a manager walk out and tell everyone to leave because they weren't serving anymore only because she decided to make her some food and leave. Also things that are available to order can't be ordered due to workers not wanting to make them such as milkshakes and deserts. 3rd shift here is not a good team so save your money and go somewhere else!!!! read more

This review is for McDonalds, 108 Village Rd., Leland NC. If you aren't ordering through the drive-through, don't even bother going in. We went, stood at the counter, waited. There were several employees not working, in the kitchen area, talking to each other and ignoring us. They clearly saw us. The manager stood there with her arms folded. Not even responding or answering when we spoke to them. If they would have least acknowledged us, explained they were busy and could not come over, we probably would have stayed. But after some time, we gave up, left and certainly will not go back to that location again. read more

Normally I wouldn't take the time to review many fast food places. You get what you pay for. However, the woman at the drive thru window at this location was also tasked with filling drinks -- and she grabbed the cups by the INSIDE. A major sanitary no-no. So two stars not one because food was good, usually clean for the most part on the inside, outside not so much, didn't take long at Drive thru, but the old-er grey hair woman that was at cashier first window taking orders 11:27am was such a rude and unkindly person, not the kind you ever want talking to customers or representing your location. Don't know why she had such a stick up her butt but yeah that needs some attention. Horrible service. In the drive through line it was split up into two lanes as usual. But there was only one order taker. That's ok- they were obviously short staffed- it happens. But The other line had five cars go through and our line didn't move. After three cars went through on the other side (both lines had huge lines) and we were still sitting there, I again asked if anybody was there and they again said "one second". I told the person (who ended up being the manager!) that the other line had three cars go through and just said "ok thanks for letting me know". Then to punish us I guess we say while two more cars went through in the other side. I know it's mcdonalds but geez read more
