A car which had pulled in next to us, after a time they got their order, and left. I went inside, and our (already paid for) order was not to be found. At first, no one seemed interested, then, a manager backtracked to the last order in stall 13...and found it our order had been marked as, made, delivered, and cleared. I told him it did not, and we paid in advance. He reset the order, and promptly moved it to high priority status. It was rushed to assembly. It was correct, (as Sonic usually is,) it was tasty and enjoyable (provided you ignore the "glitch,") it was worth the money paid. The manager was quite apologetic.

They were very busy, so we didn't mind that it took quite some time to get our stuff. But it was strange because an obvious regular came in, she took his order, and he had it within 5 minutes. Ours also came out - about 20 minutes after we ordered maybe? I think we were forgotten and that's why it was cold, greasy, and gross. The spicy cheese was cold and coagulated. The ranch it came with was actually really good and I don't care for ranch normally. The fries were limp, cold and greasy. I could tell if they were fresh they would have been good as the flavor was awesome! The shrimp my husband ordered had not been cleaned. We're smart enough to know that they probably order them frozen and pre-battered, however, it speaks to the quality and they were just also the icing on the cake, as you can tell from the pics. We did not finish. The tea was good, the server was very nice. But I don't think we will be back.
