Not a good experience, ordered on the app as I was leaving work. Was given the option to pick up inside, and this being Friday night and I did not know how long the drive thru would take, I opted for this. Get to the restaurant ten minutes later, a customer was walking out the door, was not fast enough, the door locked behind her. The sign on the door stated dining room closed at 11:45pm, it was 11:05. So I got the code on my phone, I figured I will use the drive thru, as I entered the line my code disappeared and I got a notification that my order had been cancelled. I did use reward points as part of that order, don't know what happened to those. So I get to the speaker and she said you will have to reorder. Basically got the same thing, but I had to pay for the McNuggets since I didn't have anymore reward points. So McArch, medium fries 6 piece McNuggets and medium shake, $18.88. Got to the window and got my order. Got home and had the shake, medium fries and a 10 mcnuggets and a 6 piece mcnugget. So overcharged for the wrong order for about $4. They didn't even give me a receipt, so can't dispute the order and can't add the reward points read more

Don't even stop here if you hope to use the WI-FI. It is ALWAYS down, though they say it isn't. The manager lady with the inch long nails, and inch long eye-lashes to match will say that it is working, but it isn't. They will have you doing diagnostics on your computer trying to figure out what's wrong cause she will look you right in the eyes, not batting an eyelash, and say that it is on/working. Good thing I went in there with an old coffee cup and just got some hot water before I paid for somewhere who wasn't offering what they said goes along with a bonafide sale. Other than that, they seem nice enough, so I gave them an extra star. And maybe they knew that I just got hot water in my McDonald's cup for starters. So I'll give them that. But the place didn't seem busy at all during lunch time. So if you've got a little extra time, you might actually like to go there just to hang out and grab a burger! read more

I ordered off the breakfast menu two of the exact same thing. Then I waited forever to get to the window only to be asked to pull forward. So I did so, wondering why the person in front of me had been sitting there waiting as well, as they had been parked there upon my arrival. And so we waited. After a good long time, an employee approached the car and offered the sandwiches.... no drinks. I asked for the drinks and was told I would have rec those at the window, which I did not. Then they proceed to ask about size. I said I think a med, but just get me the drink, please, no matter the size. What Im really thinking is that w e are debating over 25cents of soda. Back in they go, the poor customer i front of me is still waiting. And so we wait some more. After an unreasonable time, neither of us has been served. I circle the building so I can park and go in. Once in, I explain AGAIN about two drinks. The employee is annoyed but goes to get it. As she hands them to me, they are leaking all over the place. Her response " sOrRY". As in 'NOT' . If I could give this place a 0 star I would. I ordered at 6:16. There were 3 cars in front of me. I was pulled for what I'm assuming was the chicken nuggets needing more time. I ordered two happy meals with chicken nuggets. 45 minutes for anyone to bring out the order. I called the store multiple times and no one answered. And when my husband went inside asking for a refund, they called the cops on him! Absolutely ridiculous. Drive thru sent a hot fudge sundae out window with lid not sealed which caused hot fudge to leak out on pants, car seat, console. All over the place. Went in store carrying sundae leaking all over. This location is really hit or miss. Honestly, I believe it just depends on which manager is on duty. I am a local so we frequent this location often. I took my teenage girls here about a week ago. We ordered in the drive thru and everything was great! The cashier was kind, thanked us, and our food was hot and fresh! Next trip wasn't so great. I work late and decided to stop in the drive thru at around 11:30 pm. As i waited in line and finally approach the order speaker, all of the outside lights turn off and I couldn't get a response at the speaker. I stay in line and pull up to the window where you pay. I kindly ask if i could order and before I could finish my sentence, "We are out of everything". I work in the service industry as a bartender so I know what long shifts look like. A simple "I'm sorry ma'am we are closing early due to lack of product" when I pulled up to the speaker would suffice. I highly doubt they were out of everything. I have ordered a breakfast meal from this location twice and both times it has not been right. The second time my meal was a completely different price (higher cost) than the first and it was the exact same order. The hash brown was missing the second time around which isn't a big deal. However I paid almost 11 dollars for a sandwhich and a drink which was charged as $7 something last time. I don't care about the overall cost but consistency would be nice as well as getting the items you ordered and paid for. read more

This McDonald's is... well, I'll say unreliable at best. Some days you can go through and get rushed out in less than a minute. Some days, you'll wait about fifteen or twenty. There is no rhyme or reason to it. Sometimes you'll get courteous crew members, sometimes you're lucky if they even speak to you. I will say though, I've never been given subpar food even if the service doesn't hold up its end of the bargain. The food is always hot and fresh, which is the reason for the four star review. I personally don't need to be fawned over by young kids working a minimum wage job, so the service doesn't really bother me (if I were a 45 year old lady with the "let me speak to your manager" haircut, I might cause a fuss honestly). I mean, it's a McDonald's. It's cheap, it's sometimes sorta quick, and they probably don't pay these poor kids that well. You get what you pay for. Whole experience was horrible, of course they got the order wrong as usual. Sandwiches were made wrong, basket of fries was actually a small order, it was half full for 3 dollars. Cheeseburgers (for my dogs) were not even fit to feed them. Employee in drive thru window had NO personality at all, and the manager was very rude and definitely is in need of a course in customer service. Now I understand mistakes (we all make them) and when the "restaurant " is busy this may happen but there was only one other customer in the drive-thru and one table of 3 young men inside which were just finishing their meal. This McDonald's is a joke and I believe the only reason they do the business that they do is because it is the only fast food in the area other than this one is Burger King which is also employed by incompetent people, ratings should have a no star option because that is what this McDonald's deserves. Corporate should employ secret shoppers to see what actually goes on here when management is as poor as a employee on their first day of work. When I first arrived home and actually saw what II just spent 25.00 on I tried to call repeatedly and could not get an answer, so needless to say after a 13 hour work day I had to get back in my truck and return to the location. Now this location has recently remodeled inside and looks great, if the could only find some component people to work there. After returning back home again I realized that the manager only gave me 19.00 out of my 25.00. I recommend that everyone check their order completely before driving away from that window, chances are it will need to be fixed to be correct. Absolutely the worst customer service i have ever received from any McDonalds. I was never greeted by the person taking my order, no smile and seemingly hated her job. My order was incorrect and when I brought my sandwich back and told another lady, she simply handed me another sandwich without a grunt, much less an apology.
