I waited at the drive-thru speaker to place my order for over 15 minutes. During this time, three vehicles ordered and proceeded through the outside lane. Frustrated, I drove around to the window in hopes of placing my order there. To my dismay, I was informed that only orders from the outside lane were being taken and that I would need to drive around again to order. The employee explicitly stated that she could not take my order because I was not in the correct lane. I requested to speak with the manager, who apologized for the situation and took my order. However, I was concerned about the quality of my food based on the service I had already received, and it turned out my concerns were warranted. The meat on my burger was overcooked and dry, and the fries were served inconsistently--some were cold while others were warm, all excessively salted. I will not be returning to this McDonald's. They locked the Doors at 9:00pm when they actually close at 11:30pm. I did a mobile order then pulled up to walk inside and the doors were locked. So then I proceeded to try the drive through...I pulled up to tell them about my mobile order and there was no response. I then pull up to the window and there were two young ladies standing by the window laughing. They saw me pull up and took off running and laughing. I sit there for a minute and another young lady comes to the window. I asked if they were closed and she stayed with a full attitude that they were not. They're so fixated on the drive-they orders they look at you like you just made the worst mistake of your life when you walk jn, like What in the absolute F are you doing setting foot inside this establishment, you moron? Dont you have a car? And if you don't order on the kiosk, it might me a quarter hour before anyone comes to take your order. Mis managed! Great location, great building, terrible employees! We waited to order, directly in front of the counter.... Until we realized they saw us but refused to take our order and the woman behind us said she always has to use the order kiosk here. They were yelling back at the kitchen about not doing their job. Went through the drivethru....as we pulled to the window, the lady said they were waiting on french fries, which were about to come up, but that the car behind us had ordered an ice cream cone and could we please pull up and park....I asked how long and she told us just a minute or so. We weren't even given our drinks. After waiting 5 minutes and every car behind us now cleared of the drive-thru, we went inside (no one was inside) and demanded a refund. Franchise owner too cheap to invest in new technology so order takers can't hear the orders. 4 vehicles in the drive thru. Finally, told her to cancel order and left.
