Everything about this place was fantastic. The food was absolutely amazing. The burgers were cooked perfectly, the fries were delicious, and they have a great selection of beers to go with it. You can tell they take pride in what they serve. What really made the experience stand out, though, was the staff. Our waiter, Drew, went above and beyond. He took the time to walk us through the menu, answered all our questions, and kept bringing extra sauces, jalapeños, and anything else we might want without us even having to ask. Another young man named Zo stopped by our table twice just to check in and make sure everything was perfect and to see if there was anything he could do to make our visit even better. That kind of attention and genuine hospitality really made an impression. The atmosphere is fun and welcoming. My mom and I might be a little older than some of the crowd, but we felt completely comfortable and right at home. Great food, great vibe, and outstanding service. I hand over my card but ask, "what's with the strange pricing? The menu says $8 for each item." "Oh let me check...oh yeah it because the menu lists cash prices and so if you pay cash, you get that price, if not you pay this price." WTH!!! Maybe that's listed on the menu. But a 10% service charge on beer to cover a what 3-4% Visa fee. Man, please be overcharging to buy some fly swatters or hanging stank away bags. So yeah, 1-star. The parking area was at least clean. People coming and going makes you think it's a popular spot but makes me wonder if there's better places to go even if I had to walk inside.
