I've never expected McDonalds to be world class but I've always trusted them maintain a certain quality standard. Most importantly, I trust that my food is safe to eat. When we stopped by, there was a woman named Rhonda who did not wear a mask. No chin diaper coverage. Nothing. She works there. We asked her to put a mask on. She said she didn't have to because she "was on break". Yes, Ma'am. Because COVID knows you are on break. That doesn't really matter if you are floating around all of the food. Stopped in here to use the restroom and buy a drink on our way to New Mexico. This place is a Lawsuit waiting to happen. The sink water in the women's restroom came out extremely hot, scolding hot! You could see smoke coming out of the tap, it was that hot! I told the manager who just stared and said, "yeah we know, I called the maintenance". I asked why they did not put up a sign warning customers? She just repeated that she had called maintenance! She is either inept or lazy! I ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no buns. Somehow that must have translated to no cheese either. I got a piece of meat on a piece of lettuce with everything on it but cheese. We were there last night as well and they didn't have anyone working on specialty drinks such as hot chocolates etc until we brought it to their attention that there were 10 of us waiting on drinks. We waited over ten minutes for these items and watched as one of the employees took a stack of unfilled order tickets and scanned them as if they had been filled to clear them off the screen. read more

I rarely leave one start reviews, but this would be zero stars if possible. I travel a lot for work, often times with students. Usually, we have to pick up fast food when we're traveling at night. Unfortunately for my students and myself, every time we go to this McDonald's, service is abysmal. I'm sure no one who operates this location will read this or care, but it's must be said! I'm not looking for a fancy five star meal and service. Just a quick burger and fries and decent enough service so I can get on my way. But even that is too high of a bar for this McDonald's to reach. I went in yesterday with a small group of people. We waited probably ten minutes to get our order taken, and ALL the worker behind the counter ignored us. We had about two more hours to drive, so we cut our losses and went down the street to Sonic. Look, I get it if you're busy, but a) they weren't even that busy, and b) have the common decency to explain to waiting customers that it'll be a while. This location is absolutely awful, and I can't recommend it unless you actually enjoy being ignored. read more

Both of her locations are always very clean and have employed several local school students who have gone on to higher levels in the business. If it was possible I would give this McDonald's zero stars. I just waited behind a small pickup truck after paying for 5 minutes. All that as the lady driver and an employee had a nice conversation. They got their order of a bag of ice and left I pulled up to the delivery window and the young girl ask if I had ordered the coke. Went there for 2 cheeseburgers and a toy, took 20 minutes. Then when given bag, no toy. I guess the cashier didn't charge me for toy, but it was on ticket, so.... Great service as usual. Food's great. But no cleaning is going on. It's been 2 hours since the lunch rush is over and the tables and floor are still a wreck ( I'm using the free wifi) The same ketchup is spread across the floor as it was over two hours ago. Trash is still overfull. Salt and old fries are on a third of the tables. Id say to use the drive in unless you don't mind cleaning the table before you sit down. read more

There's always people pulled over waiting on food so I decided to go inside but had the same problem except inside I didn't pay! My fault I should have never gone back after losing money 3 times! Excellent, went through drive thru. Very prompt, all food was fresh. Girl at the window was very attentive. Pleasantly surprised. WOW! Asked for extra ketchup, bbq, honey and was given a little bag with extra condiments. Only thing missing was the napkins. But I would definitely go back to this location read more
