I frequent the Londonderry McDonald's using my McDonald's App for the deals. This particular location is open 24 hours (drive-thru). The food I have ordered here has been consistent and they always honor my request for fries with no salt (made hot & fresh). Most of the time, I usually go inside to place my order and only use the drive-thru (2 order lanes) when the doors are locked, which sometimes happens after 9 PM (?) The layout seems a bit cramped in the front areas with seating packed close together in front of the counter area, fountain soda station along the side between the cramped front and more spacious back eating areas. However, the place could use more frequent TLC in cleaning the lobby because this is a high turnover location, especially being located off I-93 Exit 4. The fountain soda/condiment station needs frequent wipe downs (sanitized) since I've usually seen soda spattered all over. Food was cold. Had to park and wait and still cold. Drive through person asking us to park spoke little English and understood less. I asked for a tray for the 3 drinks I ordered, she said "ok". I asked her again if I could have a tray for the drinks and she just looked at me, then grabbed my receipt to show me the receipt. Yes, that's my order, can I have a tray? She again said ok and pointed to the parking area. I asked if they would bring the tray there? She looked at me again. UGLY SERVICE!! I waited 2 HOURS for a Happy Meal. TWO. WHOLE. HOURS. Like bro... I could've learned a trade in that time. I could've enrolled in a plumbing certification course and started a new life in Milwaukee. CRAZZZZZZYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. The fries were cold. The nuggets were lukewarm at best. And don't get me started on the toy. It wasn't even a real toy. It was a QR code that led me to a PDF coloring book. Is this what Happy Meals have become? Sad PDFs?? I'm losing faith. I visited the McDonald's at 39 Nashua Road in Londonderry NH yesterday. The food was fine but I'm writing this because this McDonald's had the best customer service I have ever seen at any fast food restaurant, anywhere. The entire staff was friendly but not overbearing. They took care of everything I needed and made sure everything was ok, all with a friendly but laid-back style. Most impressive was the fact that everyone working there seemed to be happy and having a good time. Very impressive. read more

I am in drive through ordering a frappe. The person taking the order says, with an attitude, that they do not have the frappe advertised and that she just told the person in the other drive through that. I am not sure how she thinks I can hear her conversation from another drive through line. I love how people give you attitude as if you're the intellectually challenged one when they say something sub smart. 1st and 2nd set of fries were COLD! I usually never eat at McDonalds because it is just very unhealthy fast food but my special needs sister begged me to take her. So my friend and I did. What a mistake! The three orders of french fries were cold. I grabbed the fries and returned them asking for hot french fries. They gladly replaced them after waiting about 5 minutes only to get a second batch that was just as cold as the first batch. I gave up and throw them away. Not only is the food extremely unhealthy, it is really not worth eating. Don't waste your time, money and your health at this horrendous place. Went into the lobby to get my one breakfast sandwich in order to avoid the drive-thru which is always a minimum of 30 minutes. Placed my order which turns out she got wrong and I had to correct and began to wait. Within 5 minutes of each other two different people from the drive-thru came walking in with their bags because their orders were completely screwed up. I was left there to wait while they scrambled around to correct these people's orders and send them on their way....my ONE breakfast sandwich order! In total the weight was 25 minutes in the lobby and as I grab the bag to rush out the door, I looked and it was made WRONG! I went right back in and yelled at them and they all looked at me like I was acting out of line! *SIGH* I will never step foot in there again. October 1, 2016 (Saturday morning) 8:30 AM visit: It was very busy at this time. The location seemed shorthanded with the management group appearing to do most of the associate functions. As busy as they were the staff were friendly and advised us to have a great day. The Big Breakfast was great! The eggs in particular tasted very fresh, good texture and were cooked appropriately. The interior of the restaurant including floors, condiment area and table tops were clean. The wait time was very minimal. October 8, 2016 (Saturday night) A visit last night around 9:00pm for a smoothie was met with, "The Smoothie Machine is down for cleaning." Bummer. We headed over to the Derry location instead. The parking lot was noticeably nasty with trash. The cans outside were also overflowing. We have not noticed this before here or at any other McDonalds. Perhaps this was just an off night. Will update again after another visit. There was such a noticeable difference in the visits. The overall rating for this restaurant is three stars. read more

I have been to this particular McDonald's location many time and have been happy with my experience every time. My food is always made correctly and quickly, even during peak hours. All managers and the GM are very polite and particular with what they expect from employees. This place seems to be run well, and I will definitely be back for more meals in the future! read more

Little annoyed. Arrived here at 4am only to be told they dont serve chicken after midnight. Then he so eloquently told me it was 4am anyway that they were about to start serving breakfast.
