Service is simple, order at truck, get your food eat and then pay. It's unique that they take payments after you eat. Staff was friendly, but loud speakers and kids near our table playing hide and go seek behind the curtains directly next to the table we were sat at, hurt the atmosphere. That's not really specifically I guess on the restaurant, though however, the placement of the table is incredibly close to said entryway. A bit pricey ($19 hot hog and $20 for buck I forget how much the pork was $21-$25), but worth it for date night. Bonus: they have outdoor seating!
