When we entered there was no one to seat us and we had to fend for ourselves. After ten minutes looking for a place to sit and another 20 minutes trying to figure out what is going on we asked an employee how to order. These people were servers not waitresses. Met some family members for brunch here last Sunday. I've been to 603 Brewery plenty of times-hadn't been for brunch lately. They serve brunch on Sundays from 10am-4pm. The adults started with cocktails. Two of us had regular Bloody Mary's. My SIL had the Loaded 603 Bloody Mary which is crazy ridiculous! It comes with the usual Bloody ingredients PLUS a skewer with a 603 Burger slider and a pork belly burnt end-he loved it! My daughter had the Peanut ButterCup Coffee- she said it was good. My sister had the Corned Beef Hash-ordered it crunchy. She said it was good and ate the whole thing. Three of us shared Breakfast Poutine and 2 pizzas- the Sunriser and the Breakfast Panuozzo. All are generous in size and delicious and I brought home half of the Sunriser and poutine. The kids were happy with a kid's burger and a pretzel. You place your order at the counter and the food is delivered to your table. There is plenty of seating-high top and low tables. There is an outdoor patio for nice weather. Lots of parking. Stick with the beer, don't bother with the food. Went for lunch on 6/4, four of us. First meal arrived 15 mins after sitting but the steak tips were too raw, had to be sent back to cook more. Last meal arrived 40 mins after sitting (poke bowl). Lemon chicken orzo salad had zero flavor, lemon was completely missing, rice was coagulated like there was no oil at all. Don't order the steak tips either, the texture was terrible, like they sat too long, not worth the money. The last few times we've visited, the food gets increasingly worse. On top of them not knowing where it's going and being given to other patrons first before arriving at the correct table. A newer addition is the Poutine on sweet potatoes-not a great combo. It's like they don't taste test their product before putting it on the menu. The beer we ordered was put into a glass just out of the dishwasher so that was served warm. The apple crisp seltzer had no flavor. It's a cool brewery. We sat inside the brewery itself (which was a little cooler than the actually restaurant). We did a flight of beer and order the chili cheese fries. This is a great place not only can you bring you little ones which I did and tons of others but they have a great selection of beers on tap. My fav's of course are the SOUR BEERS lol! YES I know most people aren't a fan of them which is okay, leave them for me but I truly enjoy them. My 2 year old really enjoyed the wings. I came here with 4 people including my daughter and everyone had at least 2 beers with wings and it was less than $70. Very reasonably priced and such a kid friendly place. Beautiful setting for a summer evening. I wanted this place to work so badly because it is super convenient but it falls flat in so many ways. The food was meh. The beer, meh. The dog policy, call me a curmudgeon, is annoying. People with dogs barking everywhere, dogs spilling water all over the pavement. It is distracting to what could be a beautiful evening. I suppose we could have sat inside but the patio is a perfect spot to watch the sun go down. We brought home 2 pizzas for the kids and those and the salad were the best part about this experience. The fried mushrooms were not button mushrooms or any recognizable mushroom at all. They were too soft for the fryer and came out doughy and mushy. The mac and cheese was not our fave, it was a little too al dente and the flavor with the beer cheese did not appeal to us although others rave about the taste. It is so affordable, you might as well try it for yourself. So in the end, it pains me greatly to give this place only 2 stars. For me the rating means I probably won't return. I am right on the edge of 3 stars because I want it to be better than it is, but considering other reviews, the track record looks like it speaks for itself. Came here on a sunny Saturday afternoon for a quick bite and some drinks. Now mind you all of the breweries I've been to is seat yourself first come first serve basis. My boyfriend and I found a small table outside in the shade and was waiting / looking for a different table in the sun. While I was inside to order drinks and food my boyfriend asked on one the girls working there named Daleney if we can move our self to one of the tables in the sun. Her response was no there's a waitlist for seats - a moment later we witness her move a table in the shade into the sun.... A few more moments passed by and a few more tables in the sun opened up and sat empty. Again I asked Daleney since the tables have sat opened for a while if we can move there and she said no there's a waitlist... this time I witness her talk to a couple who just walked up and sat them in the sun. No idea how it is possible to be fully booked when it clearly states on your website that reservations are to be made on Thursday at 11am by calling. I set my alarm for 11:00 and called at 11:01 to make a reservation for noon and was told that the igloos are fully booked. How???? I was told that people were calling during the week and you took the reservations. Great plan. Great customer service. Straight garbage. I had been planning on going today at noon with friends for 3 days. One friend even said that she would go at wait at 11:30, since two days ago, the policy was first come sirve on Tues, Wed, and Thurs, which was was changed yesterday. This is a newish brewery here in Londonderry. This site used to be nice farmland and was actually one of the land bids that Amazon was considering when it wanted to expand its ever-expanding business. That didn't happen but they are instead chopping up this beautiful country and adding apartment complexes and restaurants, etc. This brewery is average in my opinion. It's nice inside and out. You have some nice views of the land that is currently being changed into those generic 3-story apartments. The beer is excellent. But their execution is a bit weak in some areas. First, you have to wait in a long line no matter what you need - a beer, food, close your tab. Expect to wait about 10-15 minutes in a line every single time. Waitresses don't take orders and no one will bring you your tab. If you want another beer, you gotta leave your party, wait in a long line, all the while the sun is setting and you're losing out on continuing to talk to your friends or pet the dogs. The line does move, but I've never seen such a way of doing business at a brewery. It's slow and it kills your vibe. Another big thing was the food. It's not that great. My nephew and I each got the mac and cheese. I got the buffalo-chicken one, he got plain. The rest of the table had various things - a salad, giant pretzels, wings, etc. At first I thought my buffalo mac and cheese was all right but soon, it tasted bland and had an extremely gummy texture like wallpaper paste. It wasn't pleasant. Please, whoever is responsible for this dish, please reconsider it and ease up on the flour, corn starch or whatever binder you're using. It's not good. My guess is the cheese is pre-shredded / bagged which has a coating of a non-caking agent on it which causes this kind of gumminess when cooking. The chicken is very small bits, all small dices which make me think it's from a can. Which can be fine - I'm just noting that. My nephew was unimpressed with his too. It's like a big bowl of glue. I did try a chicken wing and it was ok. Not amazing, nothing I'd want a ton of but all right. Crispy and good. The pretzels are large and they're all right but - they come with beer cheese which had the same consistency and paste-like flavor of the cheese on my mac and cheese. Please, someone save the cheese dishes here. I did very much like the beer, but as I didn't want to stand in line all day, I only got one. My guess is covid knocked down their staff and so they do this line thing now, and someone is cutting corners in the kitchen to make it all happen. Visited today for the first time and because of wait times we decided to get takeout and eat in the truck. I Got Korean bbq nachos and she got the crispy chicken sandwich. We waited a really long time to get our food. Originally thought it was because they were busy. But I finally asked about it and they went out back and brought it right out. We looked for a spot for lunch after spending the morning skiing Ragged Mountain. We pick this establishment because it's right off the interstate on the way home. Never been to the place before but you can't generally go wrong with beer and finger foods. I guess they didn't get the memo here. Our first attempt to order, they were out of what I wanted (poutine), so I go back to the table to look at the menu. Go up the second time, ordered a chicken salad sandwich for my wife, then ordered the Korean BBQ nachos, they were out of the nachos, went back to the table to look at the menu again and our daughter ordered grilled cheese and tomato soup, they were out of that. Ordered two diet cokes......out of that. I finally was able to order a monte cristo sandwich, a chicken salad sandwich and a soft pretzel. They had an igloo cooler jug with water that we had to tip while the another of us pushed the button to fill a plastic cup because it was almost empty. Not sure what the excuse was as there was plenty of staff there. Probably because we got there at 130pm and they were too worried about closing at 2. It really is hard to have expectations of any restaurant these days. $60 for two teas, 2 sandwiches, and a soft pretzel! I mentioned the lack of menu items to one of the staff and he said it wasn't his fault! Classy! I would not come back to this establishment. They did have a very large selection of beer. Racist institution. Was part of a wedding party who booked a room here and bar staff in the lounge area (a young woman with glasses on) was extremely rude and hostile. We were simply inquiring about getting drinks before the sat was closed and was told in response we "looked like we had enough." The hamburgers and pizza are excellent. The French fries and beer are OK. I had the Scenic IPA, which was reasonably good (it had more taste than the 603 IPA). In general, I've been a bit disappointed with the 603 Brewery beers. It is pleasant to sit at their outdoor patio tables on a good summer day. The background music doesn't help, but you can ignore it better if you are outside. The place is definitely family-friendly (including your dogs). The service staff are helpful and friendly. One of my favorite breweries to visit yet! In a warehouse but plenty of comfy seating and the friendliest staff! They even went out of their way to find Mitzy their bar cat for me :) The tasting was so cute, you get 5 samples, a glass, and popcorn o' the day for only ten bucks along with some fun facts about the brewery. My personal faves were the Mosaic Saison and the NH Ale. read more

Place is great if you're looking for a cookie cutter brewery attached to a shopping complex and what looks to be a fabricated home mini-drive. It's nice enough, though. I got the ipa just so I could leave the review. Walked up to an empty patio, it was dreary outside. Asked if I could just snag a beer and sit out there, at one of the 15 tables open. Robotic, "I know it sounds dumb but I can't seat you there", yes you are correct....very dumb. Do better. Be a brewery, not a list of can nots. Beer was tasty though. read more

The venue was very busy and service was slow, I think it's because they are newly open and getting used to the flow of business. The flights were yummy and affordable prices and the food quantities and quality was great for the price too. Stopped here with my father. The first thing you notice is the size of the building. As soon as we walked in we loved the vibe of the place. They have plenty of tables setup, and you have a great view of the huge fermentors through a huge glass wall. We didn't order food this time, but the menu looked enticing and people seemed to be pretty happy with their food. We both had a craft beer called beer hall. Didn't know baked wings could be that good. Pizza and nachos however are kinda a ripped off. I ordered buffalo chicken pizza and barely see any chicken on it. Pizza is awesome kids love it, snappy crust not to sweet. Split the chicken sand with the gochu sauce it was lacking a balance in flavor but the chicken was cooked perfectly. We spent some time a couple weeks ago at the 603, and have been back a couple times since. Enjoyed their beer, the wife and I each got our own flights. Plenty to choose from, thou I'm not yet a fan of IPA, I continue the mission to find one I like. However my kinda likes IPA. Anyway, they have a small but diverse menu, we've had the buffalo dip, which was excellent, fries, Thai chicken wrap...all were well prepared. Haven't yet tried their pizza which looks very good. A huge draw for us is the outdoor space. A nice patio that is partially covered so you can enjoy it your way...either in the sun or shade. Several picnic tables along with a few high tops and a small additional bar. We will return...in fact, we'll probably pay another visit today. Peace! read more
