I waited in the drive through for a minimum of 20 minutes, not to mention that my order was taken after cars that I had been there before using their double drive through system. I don't know how this particular McDonald's got even one star, I live close by and unfortunately my son likes chicken nuggets, otherwise I would have stopped going to this fiasco of a McDonalds a long time ago. To say the staff is extremely rude would be a horrific understatement. Although, I will have to say one thing for them, they are consistent! Out of the 100 plus times I have been there 100 times there has been a problem of some sort. Out of all those visits my order has been right not once, no joke, not one time have they been able to take my order and then get the correct order in the bag and to me. Which you would think would be pretty easy when you are only ordering chicken nuggets fries and sometimes a frappe... The frappe machine seems to be broke more than half the time I have been there oh, other times I have sat out at the drive-thru speaker Shane hello? Hello? For a good ten minutes, and I could hear people over the speaker laughing and talking to each other. God forbid you bring an order back that was wrong not only will you get no apology you will get treated like we should have just taken the order and liked it. They do not have any lit up golden arches at night time, those lights have been burnout for as long as I can remember. There is just one lights on little light down in the bottom right corner just enough to make you wonder what the hell you are looking at. This particular McDonald's needs to be Under New Management, even with the high turnover rate all of the employees seem to have the same attitude problem. There is no Hi how are you doing or hello or have a good day enjoy your food not even the simplest of niceties will you find at this place. I advised her we ordered large and she stated you sure did let me correct that. Before she shut the window a young black man said "I'll fix whitey's drink"! Hands down the grossest McD's I have ever seen. All of the tables had trash and ketchup spilled on them. The trash cans were overflowing and the floor was wet. I won't even go into details about the nasty bathrooms, you can use your imagination there. We got our "food" and sat in the car with our kids and ate. There is no way we would eat inside. My husband had a 30-minute lunch today. So, we decided to try this McDonald's one more time. It took them 17 minutes to bring me ice cold food. Chicken tenders that were like rubber, cold french fries most likely with human snot across their tops. Disappointed to say the least. The Big Mac bundle is only a great deal if your food is not cold. Service with a smile is non-existent at this location. It took me 10 more minutes to get the attention of the manager who seemed to be the only employee working. I watched the fry cook wipe his nose across the top of his hand grab the fry scoop and put fries into a box and place them into a bag. I watched another gentleman walk up to the fries grab some with his bare hand and stuck them in his mouth and did that two different times. Stopped here for breakfast on Sept 3 around 7ish AM and the gentleman who took our order was very polite and professional. We order a latte and two double hamburgers. The burgers were really good and not greasy, which surprised me. He was very knowledgeable about the different latte flavors and what not.
