The aspen latte tasted very off. Maybe something was burnt like the maple syrup or the beans but it wasn't very good in my opinion. My boyfriend thought it was fine just too sweet so maybe it's just my personal preference. I actually liked the apple cider hot, but I wish they gave our drinks in mugs.

For our late afternoon dust storm road trip back home to New Mexico on February 17, 2026, my daughter opted for an iced cappuccino that was deliciously creamy and sweet to her liking. I wanted something much more impactful and caffeinated, so I settled on a Cortado which is basically a shot of espresso with as much steamed milk. The craft that goes into how they make each beverage, and how they are served using a huge ice cube makes it feel special and different. Their espresso-based beverages are always excellent, and I find myself visiting every few visits I make to Lubbock.
