Worst McDonalds in Lubbock. Forget items like juice boxes and food is consistently cold and tastes stale. Worst customer service.

The grinch meal at this McDonalds is the worst food I have ever eaten I never do this but today is the day that I speak out don't waste your money at this McDonalds the fries were old and the grinch burger was soggy and disgusting i recommend who even works in the kitchen to be demoted to clean the restroom or something maybe they can get that right read more

I've had the misfortune of living near this McDonald's location for 10 years. It's been consistently horrible. Now in the app era it's even worse. the staff are just plain jerks. no nice way to say it. I've gotten In confrontations with 2 managers. Juanita had plenty to say. if you don't use an app and have the audacity to order at the speaker they punish you by sending you to the 3rd window or a parking spot for 20 minutes. they close one line during breakfast hours at least twice a week causing traffic to pile up on the frontage road of the highway. Did I mention the staff are jerks? they'll intentionallly leave some thing off of every order. extra fries for a happy meal one day. no straws or napkins the next. then just plain wrong order. They treat you like you completely ruined thier day and they hate you for coming to the store. They won't talk or make eye contact. Just hold your stuff out the window like you're infected. The headset ladies like to cut you off every time you speak. It's rude af and very intentional. The entire store stinks or bad attitude. if you DoorDash good luck. you'll be waiting an extra 25 minutes somehow. and you'll never get a drink again. Jaunita, the manager screeched at me. if it's so bad why do you keep coming here? it's because it's my neighborhood Juanita. I'll go wherever I want. now put the fries in the bag. Except the fries will never make it into the bag because the staff doesn't k ow what French fries or a bag even are. The drive-through here is the worst I've ever encountered. I could easily put up with their sloth-like speed of service if only they could be nice or kind, or hell - say something other than "That it?" after taking your order. Jeremiah has been working the drive though every morning I've been by for the past several weeks. He's not quick, efficient, or nice. He takes your payment then shoves your receipt and/or change at you without so much as a "thank you", "have a mice day" or "kiss my butt". Don't usually eat at McDonald's but grandkids were hungry and I needed a quick meal. WRONG. I used the order kiosk and waited 15 minutes for an order of two happy meals and a cheeseburger. No cheeseburger , I asked where it was the counter person rudely said I put it in the happy meal box! Really? Very poor manager by the name of Lorenzo... when your led by an idiot... the rest follow. He tried blaming my wife for us getting the wrong salad. I stay about 15 minutes from this location. I called him and spoke with him, I asked what his name was and he told me and hung up on me. I was there in 5 minutes (100 mph all the way). I went directly in looking for him. He threatened to kick me out. A nice lady by the name of Kendra stepped in and gave me a full refund. That's the only person I will give props to. Will never return to this location again and depending on what corps says, I may never goto another McDonalds period. Worst McDonald's I have been too. I have been here 3 times and they have messed up my order 3 times. Drive thru takes 30 minutes as well.

Me and my husband went here on 10/21/2021 at 11:20pm because this location is suppose to be open 24/7. When we pulled up there were "caution wet floor" signs blocking off the drive through. Then on the door there was a a piece of computer paper that had written handwriting that said "lobby closed." We circled the building to the side where the windows were and there were at least 3 workers in the building. We pulled up to the window and waited to see if someone would speak with us but no one would approach the window. We were trying to get their attention but no one even acknowledged us. We tried to get someone's attention for 15 minutes and we're completely ignored. We saw at least 8 other cars do the same thing we did. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of service and lack of communication on the staff's end. I have NEVER been completely ignored like this before at a fast food restaurant and will never go to this location again. Extremely disappointed. read more

I have no idea what the problem was with this location. Stopped for breakfast, and tried to order. I literally thought I HAD to be on a tv show. Every time I ordered an item, the screen would list something completely different. Only ordered two different breakfast sandwiches, and 2 different lattes. We never did get the right order... just keep driving to Slaton, or further into Lubbock... you'll thank me later. read more

You have to use the touch screens to order here and they never work. Extremely slow. Once we were finally able to place the order, it took another 20 minutes to get our food. The store manager should be ashamed of this establishment. No customer service. read more
