She set them down and walked away without noticing or addressing them. Once our food arrived, it was actually good, which was the one positive part of the experience. However, she never checked on us--not once--to see if we needed anything. At the end of the meal, she brought the card machine so we could pay and then walked away again without returning. We also asked for a to-go box, which never came. We eventually had to go to the bar and ask another staff member for one ourselves before leaving. Overall, the food was fine, but the service was consistently inattentive and frustrating from start to finish. I'm not sure if refills were complimentary, but my general policy is to not ask that, as I hate going up to a person and asking for refills when I'm at a fast food place. I just assume it's not free refills, or else they'd place it for self-service. And I dislike that greatly. Just me. The burger itself was great, though! It looked hand-formed, was grilled right there, and came out super hot. The fries were perfect, crispy and not burned and very enjoyable. The burger was somewhat smallish for it's $4.50 price tag, but honestly, it was pretty good and I didn't feel like I got cheated out of anything. I think instead of so many fries they could give the plate a nice crunchy pickle. The Clubhouse was very large but again the meat portions were lacking. No real complaints, only a couple suggestions.
