Holy mackarel! How do you justify a 15 minute wait for a McFlurry and a coffee? Poor management.

Place is nice and clean and it's a newer facility but the service is very slow. My son waited 25 minutes fot 4 breakfast burritos and today I waited over and half hour for my family to be served. So much for being a quick service restaurant. If you're going to hurry don't come here. read more

Absolutely the Worst McDonald's I Have Ever Been To...Something is Always Not Working...Fries are Always Cold...Horrible

Probably one of the most horrible places in town! They are never fast with any orders through the drive-thu. Expect to wait around 15-20 minutes in line regardless what you're ordering and for the love of god, check your bag before you leave that window because I've yet to receive any full order from that place since I've been going there. The only reason this place is getting at least one star is because the friendly face they put at the cash register. read more

Worst McDonald's ever!! We've been there a few times when they're "only accepting cash". Tonight was the worst ever!!! They were out of fries!! They claimed that they were waiting for the truck. I don't understand how this location is still in business with how terrible they are. I give up. read more

Fifteen minutes in the drive-thru to get one hamburger???. This was my first visit here because everything else was closed. While passing through town, I had noticed there were always lines at the Drive-Thru, and wondered why this location was so popular. Turns out its nothing to do with popularity, it's more like "I'm stuck bumper to bumper and can't get out of line." There are lots of other fast-food places in this area, and no excuse for the turtle pace. Two Drive-Thru lanes here are a hoot, considering the sloooooooow service. Very slow, poor management, the fries are crusty as a rock. One Employee said "have a nice night" even before we had our food!

I recently went into this store and when I opened the door by the drive thru the putrid smell nearly knocked me off my feet. It was rancid. I made mention to the one store manager I found, and she made an offhand response that she knew about it, It was the drink dispenser drain, and then did nothing about it. Now I am not a Licensed Plumber, but even I know that you can pour bleach down a drain an it will kill the bacteria in it and reduce the smell. Not only that but the floor was filthy. It is Terracotta in color, but the floor was almost black from scum and filth. The people working in this store do not care about this McDonald Brand. Because if they did they would take more pride in a really nice store. I really like the corporate image McDonald has, and stores like this one really tarnish that otherwise wholesome image. Someone from Corporate should really look into how this store is run an how the management allows the lobby to get in this state of filth. read more

We've been here twice while traveling for the holidays. Both times the service was so slow I could've made it homemade and fresh in less time. The first time, the service from the people was terrible. We waited 25 minutes for our food. I had to ask twice for our drinks, one of which was an orange juice. Apparently the orange juice machine was down, and after 10 minutes of her ignoring me waive her down, I finally had to just talk loudly over the counter and tell her that I would rather just get a sweet tea than continue to wait for her to fix the broken machine. The second time, the employees were at least friendly. However, even with a fully equipped kitchen staff I waited 15 minutes for a sausage biscuit and egg Mcmuffin. I strongly suggest avoiding this McDonald's, especially if you're in a hurry. read more

Worst Mcdonald's I have ever been to and will not be returning. This place doesn't even deserve one star but am only giving that for the sake of the review. I was in a hurry a few nights ago to pick up my son from a babysitter and decided to stop by and pick him up something to eat on the way. Ended up waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes for one order of nuggets and fries. When I got to the window, the employees didn't have any kind of apology and didn't even seem to care how long I had been waiting and what an inconvenience this was for me. They were rude and barely acknowledged or took any notice to how upset I was. I would have pulled off within the first 10 minutes of waiting but the way they have the drive thru set up you're basically just forced to wait. Very unprofessional and rude employees who can't do their job. On top of that the food was cold and I didn't even receive any sauce or napkins. I also asked for ketchup and didn't get that either. I know I should have checked my bag before I left but after such a long wait and already being in a hurry as it is I was ready to get the hell out of there and will never be returning to this location. I have frequented this McDonalds for many years and would never say it was great but not so horrible either that I didn't regularly go there. Recently however it has been run under new franchise ownership as I understand. On my first experience under the new management, my order was only half filled, I was in the drive thru. I had to park and go inside to correct this mistake, after waiting in line to show my receipt and have my order made whole, I was berated and basically called a liar. Once I got home I found the burgers to be very old and dried out, not to waste them I gave them to my German Shepherd. Needless to say the dog walked away from them and crawled under my desk as if he had done something wrong. I said "Hey maybe they were having a bad day", so I went in today and ordered two triple cheeseburgers, at the counter, one plain, for the dog, and one with Mac sauce only. These burgers were just as bad, dried out leather. I would also like to mention that I was charged an extra thirty cents for the burger with Mac sauce! In conclusion I would like to say that the young lady who waited on me today and the drive thru kids were very polite and did attempt to put forth the traditional Mickey Dee service, but their frustration is quite obvious. To all of you worker bees, keep up the good work as best as you can, don't let sorry management get you down. The customers see and know you try. Keep your eye on the prize your boss is in the wrong business!!! read more
