I misunderstood Stephanie she's a good person. It just kind of sounded rude. At first when I met her her the way she pronounced the conversation conversation but then later today she she got to talk to me and clarify some things and now I know she wasn't trying to be rude to me. Do not be fooled by the updated looking exterior, this one is a dump! If I had used the bathroom before i ordered, I wouldn't have ordered. Bad smell in toilet stall, toilet rocked, sink falling off the wall, NO SOAP. No napkins in the place. I hope they had soap in the kitchen. My burger was fresh & tasty. I ordered a croissant bacon egg and cheese with small hashbrowns. The bacon egg and cheese is always fantastic although it looks small and flat it's still absolutely delicious. The only problem is that they have lost their touch with their hashbrowns. It taste like they have been under a light, even though they just opened this morning and I arrive there at 6:25 to get my breakfast. It is so crunchy it even has holes in them. They are so crunchy I could've mistaken them for a potato chip that was slightly moist. read more

Terrible customer service. One of the employees ran to the back to avoid taking our order so we waited a couple minutes till our order was taken. That same employee came back to the front counter once a couple of what seemed like her "friends" came into the store & stood there to chitchat. She also allowed her "friends"to go back into the kitchen. Maybe the owner or corporate should review there surveillance footage. I found that very strange. The whole restaurant was filthy. The bathrooms were disgusting with leaking toilets & flies in there. I would avoid eating at this location. I'm sure a health inspector would've shut them down had they came in. Absolutely insane for there to be that many employees & allowing for the place to be so filthy. read more

I love to be able to review individual locations of fast food restaurants because some deserve to shine above their other locations. This store had excellent service, prompt and accurate food preparation and delivery to the tray. As we walked in, we were greeted by each employee including those that were going on break. My tomatoes were actually red and fresh, we've all received the hard orange ones so you know what I'm saying. The only reason I can't give a high five stars is because of the numerous tables that hadn't been wiped down but that is always fixable, excellent service speaks louder. read more

Hats off to the new Chking sandwich. The bun was fresh with a generous chicken breast. The temperature was nice and hot and the breast itself was juicy. I almost never eat the fries, but these fries had a much better taste than I remember. The service was fast and friendly and contributed to a great drive through experience! read more

Tonight was the third time in a row they got my order wrong. I go about once a week or so and I order the same thing every time. Simple order, a #2. It's a double whopper, I get it with only ketchup with a large sweet tea. First time they put cheese on it. Second time I got a regular whopper all the way. Ordered a double Whopper with cheese no mayo extra onions and extra pickles in the drive thru also 3 big fish sandwiches and extra tartar sauce on the side. When we got home the whopper was a single with no cheese, no extra onion and pickle and lots of mayo which my husband hates! The fish sandwiches were ok but we got no extra tartar sauce. I checked the receipt and of course we were charged for a double Whopper with cheese. Called the restaurant and it went directly to answer machine, left a message but I probably will not hear from them. My husband loves double Whoppers and he was extremely disappointed. read more
