The woman who was working as manager at this location on Saturday April 18th was incredibly rude and should not be working a managerial position. The kiosk was broken and it led to a technical error that would not allow me to use the deal code available in my app. When I explained the issue to her with proof that I had not used the code on my app or in store and asked if she could manually enter it (as had been done at another location when an issue had happened before) she said "oh so you knew that this would happen?" Ordered through the App and ordered for in store pickup. Not sure if there was an issue with the order but I was stuck waiting for them to finish my order. Since it is all app based I was stuck waiting to get someone's attention. People arrived, ordered at kiosk and received their orders while I was still waiting. Finally I decided to stand right in front of the side to get their attention. Otherwise staff really doesn't pay attention to you. I get the moved to app based but implementation in store at this location is not great. Restaurant looks nice and new inside but completely removing the customer service element and not having some sort of monitor to get your order addressed is not great. My order seemed to be just nowhere and if I had not just forced myself up there they would have just left me there. Standard issue McDonalds breakfast which for some reason is always so tasty. When we get this it's usually drive through but went inside and this one had a fully automated order kiosk, so that was interesting. They got us our food fast and the place has a very modern look did not feel like the old Ronald McDonald vibe, then realized this is a McCafe....whatever that means. The people were nice, but you now have to order either through the app or on the kiosk, which requires you to put the app on your phone to complete the order. Go somewhere wide where there are friendly staff to take your order. It's very sad how they sing even have a person at the counter unless you call to them to give you napkins (none given when they brought our tray to the table) no straw for the milk, only a couple packets of ketchup so we had to go ask for that, you have to wait and ask for a refill of soda. Did a drive up order for a breakfast sandwich and coffee as I was rushing to work. The order was ready and the lady in the front was really nice. They weren't busy on a Wednesday around 10:30 am. The sandwich was good. Only feedback is that there was no napkins and personal opinion is all carry out orders should ALWAYS have napkins! Like all the newer/remodeled locations, I don't like it. The self service kiosks take up a lot of the area. There are not self-service soda machines, ketchup, straws, even napkins- you are solely at the mercy of the staff, of which there are few. So gone are the days of getting your own soda while you wait, refills, napkins, and condiments. You now need to wait at the counter for the already busy employees to get the items for you. If I could give negative stars I would; because I can't I will just leave a negative review. This review is solely based on the customer service, not the food, because the food is the same at every location and nothing to write home about. I placed a large order on the app thinking it would make my morning a little less hectic. Unfortunately that was not the case. On the app I selected curbside, however I came, parked and sat in the stall for 10 minutes. I finally decided to go inside the restaurant to see why there was a delay I asked the young lady tasked to curbside when car #4 would be ready. She said they go based on arrival. We'll, riddle me this riddler why did car #3 and car #5 (cars that arrived after us) receive their orders before me. So now I'm inside the restaurant for the 2nd time. And it turns out they never made my order and now they are scrambling and running into each other to work fast to get the order out. I finally get my order in multiple bags (they don't even have the decency to put the multiple bags in the large shopping bags for the man that i assume they gave my order too initially). There was never an apology for the delay. The lack of customer service is disgraceful. read more

The last time that I was in this location was December 2014. I'd picked up a buddy from work in the shopping center across the road and he wanted to stop for McDonald's. It was so dirty, I didn't order. After my recent experience at the location on West Yosemite, I wasn't sure I wanted to try again, but I wanted something different. They had the self-serve kiosks, but they also had someone at the front counter, who didn't seem medicated. As soon as the customers in front of me finished, he took my order--Quarter Pounder with Cheese combo meal. He took my money, and almost but didn't forget to give me my cup. It took a little while for the food, but not nearly as bad as the West Yosemite store, where it barely arrived and was at room temperature. The food was sufficient, as if they were a little busy, a little distracted. The drink machine performed well enough, but was out of a number of add-on flavors. The dining room was apparently in the process of being cleaned--the tools were out on a table--but someone hadn't hurried to finish. I go to this McDonald's daily to get my son 2 large French fries. He had cancer not long ago. For some reason the only thing he eats now is these fries and go gurts. I have this problem often and have complained 3 times in person. However after the manager was rude to me I won't go in to complain any longer. I save my patience for hospital visits. I've been to this location a handful of times. It's very conveniently located close to my friend's house, so I end up stopping by for food before I hang out or picking up after I leave. I've never had an issue with the service or staff here. The employees have always been pretty friendly. It seems to be a fairly clean place from what I've seen. The problem is in the quality of the food. Any burger or sandwich I order will usually come out warm, but not exactly as hot as I'd like, which is disappointing. However, the major issue here is the fries. McDonald's has arguably, the best fries in the entire fast food game. It's that undisputed flavor and quality that has given them the honor of the top spot on most people's lists. And it's been that way since we were all kids. Yet, every time I come here, the fries are of very poor quality. It's such a let down to receive old McDonald's fries. Old fries, in general, are pretty frustrating, wherever you go, but especially for McDonald's because that signature tastiness just isn't there when you get old fries. I would gladly wait an extra few minutes for hot McD goodness. It's not just me either. My friend has the same problem whenever he comes here. I literally picked up food an hour ago and got old fries. I also got a Big Mac and a Filet O Fish sandwich and got no napkins. Come on man. Not even one?
