Five Guys restaurant, but only one guy working. While I've had great experiences at other branches, this one was a bit disappointing: First, the location is tucked away in a corner, making it hard to find. It's not very noticeable from the main street, and I had to circle around the area a bit before finally spotting it. This isn't necessarily a huge problem, but it did add an element of frustration right from the start. Once I got inside, the service was slower than I'm used to at Five Guys. Typically, I expect a quick turnaround time for my order, but this time it was a bit of a wait. The worker behind the counter was the only one on duty, which might explain the delay, but it was clear they were struggling to keep up with the demand. I understand that staffing issues can happen, but the wait was still noticeably longer compared to the usual quick service I've come to expect from the franchise. To add to the disappointment, my little cheeseburger was missing some key ingredients. I had ordered it with specific toppings, but the burger was served without some of the essentials I had requested. The picture of Anthony Anderson's smiling face on it was likable. Arby's is my favorite fast food chain of all. Really wish there were more left standing in California. I will continue to seek them out and choose to dine in. I have good memories throughout my life of eating their food, with several offerings I love, that only are found on Arby's menus and/or aren't quite the same anywhere else.
