The employees are rude as hell. I understand working in the food industry can be stressful but you know what you sign up for when you apply to a job and just because you're miserable doesn't mean you need to let it out on people you don't even know. Anyways, I went at 10pm and ordered food they said their ice cream machine was broken which is fine (which McDonalds ever has a working ice cream machine?) so then I asked for a smoothie and they said they couldn't make it which was weird because I'm sure your blender works. At this point I realized they're just being lazy. Keep in mind there is NO LINE. I am the only car there. I wait about 7-10 mins to receive my 2 cheese burgers and 2 cokes. The young brunette girl hands me my stuff and slams the drive thru window. I wait because I want sauces it took her another 7 minutes to realize I was there only because she almost handed me someone else's order that just pulled up behind me. I correct her and say it's not mine (politely) and she gets upset and says "what do you want" I asked for a sauce and she hands me one and I asked for one more from there she wants to charge me $1.00 for 1 more sauce and says I need to go around the drive thru again to order it. Instead of being rude and having the possibility of creating a line I go back in a circle and get to the menu/ordering machine and she answers the mic to say "we are closed." It's only 10:25pm and it says they don't close until 12am. Smh. Manager needs to spruce up on her customer service skills . As she's training a new employee, she doesn't greet or thank us. Yet, she's quick to pop up at the pick up window with an attitude to tell us "She gave you $2 extra." We noticed the mistake as we pulled up to the pick up window and were ready to point it out , but she popped up like the rat in Ratatouille and beat us to it . No apologies or thank you . This is one of the worst run McDonalds. Always out of stock on basics and disorganized as can be. You would think whomever owns this franchise might take pride, however the whole city of Manteca has fallen into this trap of just poorly run. 11 months before the post above: What a joke. I went through the drive through about 12:15 pm today. The line wasn't long, maybe 2 cars on each side. I ordered a filet of fish meal and a cheeseburger. I made the cardinal mistake of not checking my order before pulling away. I realized after pulling out onto the street I had a Mc chicken and quarter pounder. When my husband asked if they could put the menu up the person working the drive thru was quiet. About 2 minutes later he asked again. The person said they don't control that and we just needed to order what was displayed. He again said there is nothing there. Then another person got on and rudely said they don't control the screen. This is the worst McDonald's ever the food is always luke warm they screw up the order and today their sweet tea had no sugar.

Bathrooms locked and have no toilet paper. Inside line was long ago I went to the drive through. I ordered 60 chicken nuggets. It took me 15 min just to get to the pick up window. Then the woman handed me my drink and then closed the window. I waited another 20 minutes for my food. MAYBE IF THE WORKERS WERNT USING THERE CELL PHONES TEXTING AND CHECKING MESSAGES YOU CAN ACTUALLY WORK MORE PRODUCTIVE. I am in my right mind to call corporate. I tried getting the ladies attending several times and even honked and they would not come to the window. Then after all the waiting I asked to speak with a manager and the mananger lady was in her late 20s or so, she decided to yelled back at me telling me I was rude for honking at them. No apologies nothing. And I told her," and you guys want 15.00 an hour for starting pay! " Honked at her again as I drove off. I sure wish McDonalds would stop being contradictory. On the one hand, they really want you to use their phone app or in-store kiosks to order so that their employees can focus on drive they and not the front counter. On the other hand though, they want to pretend to be getting more upscale by giving you delivery out to your table. This table side delivery wastes time of their employees as they are frequently sent back for condiments needed by the guest. I refuse to use the kiosk for the unsanitary conditions as seen on my photo from this morning. Not only that, I have given in after being ignored at the counter for ten minutes and used their kiosk just to find out the credit card machine doesn't work and I STILL have to go see a human at the front counter. Cash payers must always go to the counter so why have have these stupid machines! I used their app for a couple of months then it glitches and took payment from my bank account 11 times and didn't even get the order to the restaurant. I've always been a die hard Mcdonalds customer since I worked for them while in college, however, they have to be having issues with the changes they are implementing and losing customers.
