I have been to this Mc Donald's multiple times order meals for my children that are not fans of mustard and slivered onions. So I just order ketchup on their cheese burgers for happy meals and for my older daughter who likes the double cheeseburger. But EVERY TIME I am at home scraping it off added more ketchup and lots of tears because they just can seem to get it right. Not sure if it's the person taking the order or the burger maker. I understand mistakes but EVERY-TIME retraining needs to be done. I have called multiple times. I guess I will try another towns McDonalds in another town when my kids want a treat meal. read more

This one literally sucks. I went there and i ordered my meal and I asked for 2 drinks as well. Then I pull up to the window, pay for my order, and receive 1 drink. I thought to myself, "well maybe theyre just making the other one" and sat there waiting patiently. Worst McDonalds out there! They charge for extra anything! Avoid this store at all cost. Food always looks like it has just been slapped together. Meat is always half on the bun. If I could give this place no stars today... I would. My husband went through the drive thru to get a medium french fry. He brought me half of a medium french fry from McDonald's. He said he never even opened the bag and didn't eat any. I sent him back to McDonald's... They replaced the medium french fry with a large french fry that must've been hours old. They were so disgusting and so salty. When I phoned McDonald's to let them know that I live 10 minutes away I'm not sending my husband back for a third time the only thing they offered me was an apology. I spoke to Austin, And he did absolutely nothing for me except, like I said, he offered me an apology which came across very snarky and rude. I am done visiting this McDonald's at this point. They never give you the proper amount of french fries. They are always out of menu items. Just the other day they were out of breakfast burritos. Was in drive the thru today. No other cars were in the line at the time. I ordered chicken tenders. I order these all the time and know they are cooked to order so I was prepared to pull up. I looked at my clock and realized that I had been waiting for 11 minutes! I decide to go in and just ask for a refund. The cashier informs me that my tenders were undercooked and asks if I want a refund. Since that was the reason I cam in I say yes and she goes to the back and brings me cash. As she is handing me the cash she starts laughing and I ask what's funny and she says "nothing." At this time I remember I paid with my debit card and ask if the money can just be returned to my card. She says yes. I tell her that I don't understand why I had to wait outside so long if the food was undercooked because I have never waited longer then 5 mins for food that was cooked through. I asked to see the manager. The manager comes out and before I can get a sentence out she says very rudely "I don't know why you're mad, I can't serve you undercooked food." I proceed to tell her that I am not mad but that I don't understand why I had to wait so long only to be told that the food was undercooked. She said "I don't know what you want me to do but if you want your money back you need to swipe your card." At this point I am stunned so I ask, are you the manager? She replies yes and I said that she was incredibly rude. She says that I am "attacking" her and I told her that it isn't an attack. She is the manager and I am a customer that is having an unpleasant experience and I am informing that manager so that she is aware. The conversation literally goes in circles and I realize that I will never get an apology or even just acknowledgment of them talking responsibility which is honestly all I expected (other than my refund). Her name was Nicki. Beware of Nicki. She clearly needs to be trained. She is unaware of how to deescalate a situation and in fact provokes a situation that can cause a calm person to become irate. This is the worst McDonald's I have been to. The other night I went through the drive thru and I ordered 2large diet cokes after waiting 10 minutes in line. I pulled around to the window and sure enough my 2 diet cokes were sitting there. Nobody was at the window, so after 10 minutes with still no one coming , my wife got out of the vehicle and went inside yelling at the 2 teenagers carrying on a conversation ignoring the drive thru window. Just today I went to the same McDonald's and was told by the employee that she would take my order in a minute, after 5 minutes the two cars behind me and pulled away, I waited another two minutes and the girl still hasn't taken my order so I pulled away without placing my order. Ever since this McDonald's remodeled the inside of their restaurant the service is deplorable. If I was the owner I would fire the whole crew and start fresh. Maybe the owner should work there like the show Undercover Boss and find out that he is losing customers. I won't go back. All mcdonalds taste the same, but this one overall is awful. Something is always wrong with my order or missing. I cannot go there and not have a problem. This mcdonalds is also more expensive than other ones I've been too it seems. I will order a fry, its half full. I will ask for a drink with no ice, and ice will be in it. I ask for extra ketchup...I get 4 total packets. They also have problems very often with only being able to accept cash and have a frequently broken shake machine. Luckily for this mcdonalds its the only place aside from Caseys in town that is open past bar hours. I will still eat here, but check your bags before you pull away. read more
