Staffing issues ? The sign on the door says the dining room opens at 5:00 am. It also says the drive through opens at 5:00. I waited until about 5:25 am before I decided to go to Curbside Coffee down the road. They opened early. read more

Worst service & horrible food. We were in the 2nd drive-thru line and had to backup and go through the first drive-thru line for our order to be taken. Drove up to the pickup window and waited a long time behind a car. Food was being passed back and forth between the car and the restaurant, seemed like the order wasn't right. We finally got our order, drove off and it was all wrong. We ordered a bacon cheeseburger plain, a Big Mac, a $5 meal with a McChicken & Dr. Pepper, a Lg. Coke, and a Lg. Dr. Pepper. Our drinks were correct, but we got 2 McDouble $5 meals. The fries were half done and the burgers had mayo. Ok, I thought, it's McDonald's, how bad can it be? we walked in and it smelled like poop immediately. The entire place. And (and I am not joking) a customer was at the counter asking for toilet paper for the bathroom. Everything behind the counter was filthy, including this molded and unclean machine. It had gas at a decent price. Be careful the floors are so slippery in the gas station area and especially on the McDonald's side! I almost lost control. This Mcdonald's is terrible. The laziest people in crittenden county work at this location. The employees never speak to you and if they do it comes off very rude. A girl in the drive thru was sitting down and eating and was not taking my payment. One time I went there and they closed the place while i was in line. Never go here if you want good food either. All the burgers are made sloppy and if you ask for something extra you will not get it. Do not come to this location. Period. read more

Stopped to provide breakfast for the family due to Covid-19 decided to go thru drive thru. Placed the order in which the screen did not provide what was being ordered. When we approached the first cashier, we advised her that the screen was not showing the order, she stated, in a very Rude Way, "what do you want me to do about it?" Her customer service was Very rude. Food was given with out napkins or utensils. Went in side to get utensils and napkins. When I asked an employee at the front counter for them, she looked bothered by my request. Her demeanor was very rude. In addition, The receipt does not show what was purchased due to lack of ink. In my opinion, all customers should be prepared to be disappointed with the service given here by this morning Crew... This is obviously a Leadership Problem. read more

I went to the Marion Arkansas McDonalds this morning and ordered two sausage McMuffins and a Carmel frap chino and they tried to charge me $14.23 for my order, I asked if the charge was correct and they said yes. This is the worst McDonalds in the world. The young people working there are like zombie's who can't think for themselves. A sausage McMuffin cost $1.19 each and the frap a chino is $2.89 that's $5.27 without tax not $14.23! read more

This McDonald's at this location was TERRIBLE and UNSAFE. The guy in the drive through giving us our change tossed the coins at us in our car, the lady giving us the meals never said a word and as I was walking to the bathroom, two male employees were throwing punches in the main lobby in front of everyone. The bathroom was disgusting and every stall was out of paper. The lady we told about needing paper just sat the commercial rolls on top of the wall paper dispensers. I visit this location often due to working nights and always swear it is the last time I'll ever go back. Unfortunately in the area the are the only players in the game open that late. The service is the worst I've ever experienced at any other establishment by far. I usually wait over 20 minutes for my food which if when I got it wasn't hard as a brick and cold as ice wouldn't be a problem. They need a major overhaul on management and staff here. I'm a long time fan of McD's and a very happy stockholder. I like the food and the service. We stopped at the Marion, AR McD's for dinner on a road trip and ordered food to go. Having eaten at McD's for years we are familiar with the occasional employee scam of shorting customers to 'bank' food that employees can take home for free at the end of the night. We always check our order, especially when we order take-out. They only shorted us on the fries, but when I went to the counter they quickly produced them and when I told them I know the scam the look I got from the employee confirmed my suspicion. They need to clean house. I would go back again, because the food is good and the price is right, but always check your order. read more

You know a McDonald's is bad when people had such a bad experience, they felt it necessary to actually review it on Yelp. I remember when this particular McDonald's opened. The service was fast, friendly, and accurate. I used to grab breakfast at the drive through on my way to work. After a constant downward progression into just plain terrible, I don't even look at it as I pass by on my way to work. I once sat at the speaker in the drive through for an eternity, only to be told that the drive through was "closed right now." On several other occasions, I sat in line at the drive through for so long, without moving an inch, that I finally left because I didn't want to be late for work. The staff's attitude is, at best, indifferent. Some of them are just downright rude, including managers. Not speaking to or even making eye contact with customers. It's obvious they don't want to be there and couldn't care less if they actually earned any money. This may actually be the worst McDonald's in the country. Given the fact that the majority of McDonald's restaurants are mediocre, that's really saying something. read more

Lady taking my order yelled at me because she was the one not paying attention to what i said after 4 times of repeating myself. They never have the ice cream machine working, and their coffee machine hasn't worked for at least a week. If i do get my coffee they never make it right just out of pure laziness. read more

This McDonalds is the worst one ive ever been to. Normally i wouldnt ever check into a fast food joint but this time i did just to complain. Multiple times i have been here and every time the order is messed up. The employees are rude and act as if you are ignorant for not knowing that they are out of stock on certain items. I'm SUPER surprised by these negative reviews! Maybe management has changed since they were posted? The service was exceptional! Family in front of me had a little girl who really wanted a toy that they didn't have anymore in back. Manger came out and opened up the display case for her so she could get the toy she wanted.
