The food is always wonderful. Service is super duper . Great cheeseburgers and French fries as well

NOT THRILLED!!! Everything was alright until we got our food. My husband and I watched our order be brought out and given to the wrong table. When they realized it wasn't their food(practically immediately) and after the employee was about 10ft away did they call out to him and let him know. We watched as that employee picked up the tray and brought it and set it in front of us as if nothing happened. At this time we didn't have all of our order as the previous table it was at had grab food off of it. My husband stood at the counter and attempted to get the attention of any of the employees and they made eye contact with him and ignored him. When another customer walked up to the same spot as to where my husband was standing and called out to the employees for help, she was immediately helped while he was still ignored. Never coming here again. McDonald's has gone downhill very quickly. read more

I really enjoy McDonald's. Their fries are great, their ice cream is really good (whenever the machine isn't broken), and I really love that it's customizable for just about every food item. I'm a very picky person (I don't like tomatoes, pickles, onions, and the majority of sauces offered in the world). That causes a lot of problems whenever I go places. Tonight I went to McDonald's, very prepared to enjoy my CUSTOMIZED McChicken sandwich. "Is everything on the screen correct?" "Yes." "Please pull ahead and pay at the second window!" I did. Went tonight and placed an order at 10:36 pm and they were super swamped and understaffed. I was not unhappy at all because they can't control that and i went up to the drive thru speaker around 10:55pm and was told it was still on the screen in progress. Around 11:20pm i called the store because they had closed and i still hadn't gotten my food and the Manager offered to still make it for me and gave me a couple coupons for my wait. This McDonald's is usually very good. Foods alsways hot and for as busy as it is your inn and out pretty quick. However last week while my son was in the hospital we decided to grab some dinner after spending 7 hours in the er. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. I took 2 bites and realized a something wasnt right. It was RAW!!! The outside was cooked slightly but the insIde was raw, I mean still bleeding. Usually I love their fries but lately they are cold and over cooked!! Thank gosh I had the app and paid only $1 cause they weren't any good!! And their Diet Coke is flat if you go inside but go thru the drive thru and it's flat. I've spoken to employees about it and I got no where!! So if I go there I never go inside!! read more

Countless times my order gets messed up.(i have kids so I stop for them hoping to be able to get my whole order correctly )And when you stop in like I did 9/3 I was greeted with you guys ordering? I thought nope just passing through. Ughhh after that AGAIN my order was missing all our fries (combos come with fry) . Terrible service, poor worker attitude and can't count the correct change back. My burger looked like it had been slapped together haphazardly from 2 week old meat. I had also asked for extra pickles and there was literally only one pickle on my burger. The worse part was, I paid with a $20 and only received only $3 in change back, when I challenged it, they made me wait 30 minutes and it turns out their till was already $40 short. I was told to move ahead in line and I waited 8 minutes in the Drive-thru for two Mochas as car after car went around us.. I finally pulled ahead to the entrance and went in to get them.. 3/31/18. Pretty disappointed. Our family ordered on the kiosk for the first time. That all went well, however, we waited for our food for 20min. Seriously the fries were Luke warm, and the nuggets were the same. This leaves me to believe that my food was probably sitting under a stupid heat lamp or just sitting in the bag for at least 15 min. So disappointed especially when you look forward to piping hot salty fries that ended up being cold and gross. Well, at least the order was all there. read more
