So I tried the new online order thing. Asked for my order to be ready at 7PM. I get there and nobody has any idea what I am talking about. The Customer service there is very unprofessional with Management. They have some very rude and lack of professionalism with certain people that they have in the top positions there. They also show that Taco Bell really doesn't care about the ethic background and Diversity of the customer that comes into there Store. Today in drive thru I ordered the blue drink, I'd forgotten the name:Baja blast-asked for help-no one knew what I was talking about-you'd think they could have figured it out since they only have one blue drink-instead I was treated rudely and when I called them about it, she hung up on me. This Taco Bell literally has the best employees, my bank is in California where I'm originally from so I never carry cash, their card machine wasn't working tonight and (I am assuming the manager), paid for my meal! This has happened probably three or four times and I always come back with cash for them but the fact these employees are willing to do that always amazes me. I really appreciate you guys! If I could give this establishment 10/5 stars I would. I forgot my wallet that was 30 minutes away and realized after we ordered. A WONDERFUL worker named Mariah payed fully for it and wouldn't let me do anything about it. Great service. If I can come back while she is working, I will definitely come and pay her back and maybe pay for some of her food! read more

After nothing but issues at our last 2 places to eat we went thru drive-thru to get an order of the cinnabon balls and a soda. What a shocker that they couldn't get that right! The cinnabon balls were cold and they couldnt even put the pop cap on tight! read more

Worst Taco Bell experience ever. They have very few Fresco choices on the menu. They have NO caffeine free and diet soda. This last one isn't unusual, but when I complained quietly to the man who gave me my food about this problem, I was treated rudely Cassandra, the night shift manager, who yelled at me across the dining hall after our conversation was long over. In the middle of her rant she laughably said the proper place for my complaint was the faux survey on my receipt. Then she yelled some more when we left. Really. Don't eat here. read more

I really enjoy Taco Bell and will always look for the nearest Taco Bell when I'm in a new town but this is the worst Taco Bell I've been at by far. They rarely honor their restaurant open times and will close early most nights because they are lazy. The restaurant portion of the building hasn't been redone in what seems to be 20 years and it makes you feel dirty the moment you enter the building. Lazy workers, lazy attention to the building, and below average service. I avoid this Taco Bell if possible. read more
