as someone who works in the food industry i have never been so baffled by the blissful ignorance of…read moreever single worker in that establishment today (june 4th around 1pm) the whole encounter was uncomfortably rushed, extremely messy and lazy. when i had ordered a side of qeso it was smeared all around the side of the container and they simply just put another one over it. I ordered togo and when arrived at the register the girl with big eyelashes asked me if i wanted chips or a drink then proceeded to walk away before i even answered. Then she started putting my food on a tray so i let them know again it was togo and she unnecessarily rolled her eyes extremely dramatically then demanded someone else cover it up. While waiting for another person in my group to get through the line, the girl who previously rolled her eyes at me wanting my food to go continued to glare at us until we left.

The person who seated us and served us had no interest in service. Want something to drink? Okay Okay Are you done? Was about the only thing we heard. We were never asked how the food was or if we needed anything. When we wanted more salsa we got out of the booth and asked for it. Will not go back. It's worth the drive to Mi Degollado in Charles Town. The food is delicious and the service is excellent.

Today, for example, it took 5-7 minutes for the order taker to even ask for the driver's order, for each driver. There was at least 9 cars in the drive-thru and we weren't moving. I sat for over 15 minutes for them to get through two orders and, during that time, there were still at least two cars ahead of them waiting to receive their orders, which were both waiting when I got there. I ended up leaving while there were still three cars ahead of me. I'd understand if it was a one-time issue, but it's not. This location has been my go-to for a few years, but I don't think I'll be going back again anytime soon. I'll go to Winchester, VA before I go to this one again.
