We were excited to support a non-chain shop but unfortunately we can't support this one. We ordered one hot coffee and one iced, but received 2 iced drinks. I politely informed the employee who made it and she said she would remake it. So far so good. And she did, about 20 minutes later, after she did all of the other orders after ours. I would say, don't go here if you're in a rush, super hungry, or flyby and don't have time to wait. They are honestly short staffed for how much they have to do between the two or three of them [hence my 4**** rating], and that may frustrate your watch, tummy, schedule. I saw a customer leave without placing an order because he just couldn't wait no more --they were busy and trying to rush to get to everyone waiting! Hopefully, management gives them an extra pair(s) of hands. Still, a MUST try for your clean crafty eating, spacious seating, and inviting environment. Custer service was amazing they were very nice and helpful. The drinks were ready so quickly and they were great. You can taste the quality of their coffee beans so strong coffee which I love. Here, you place your order at the counter and then they give you a marker to go and seat yourself. They have a welcoming atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. When I went to order there was no line (surprisingly), so I quickly glanced and the menu and almost everything I saw sounded amazing. I ended up getting the "Daily Grinder Sandwich," and then asking the woman at the counter what she recommended for a drink. It was some kind of peppermint iced latte. I wish I could have remembered exactly what it was because it was absolutely good! Actually, everything was great! Also they had chill music and a chill atmosphere. Stopped in to get a coffee at a "coffee place" because I ate at a diner the day before and the coffee was.....not coffee. Yelp reviews were telling me to get the egg sandwich on croissant, but they were out of croissants because "the management had to leave on a family emergency and didn't tell anyone to order them." A little TMI, but I got the everything bagel instead and it was tasty. The coffee? Delicious. It was actual coffee and hot and fresh. Yummers. I even bought a bag of their specialty coffee, Morning Buzz, as I was leaving. I felt a buzz to my wallet when it rang up as $18.00. It proclaims on the bag to have "an extra kick of caffeine," so I'll justify this amount if it gives me the jolt I need in the mornings. I did try it at home after vacation and it is very good. It's chocolaty and Christmas spice like. If that's a thing. Think holiday coffee. Yum. I got a blended sugar free caramel latte and it was good but what really set this place apart is the staff. What an amazing young lady (not in a creepy old man way but like a father daughter conversation). This 19 year was diligently working and showed genuine kindness to the patrons. Love a good bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant and this place has it! The only thing that you need to Pay attention to is what condiments you want. They put a horseradish sauce on it and that isn't what I want for a breakfast sandwich! I went a second time shortly after that, ordered it just with butter and was in Heaven! Tasted wonderful! I'd go back, but will try something else, like a lunch sandwich. It's a nice place to eat there, use Wi-fi, etc. Coffee is good, and I ordered decaf, but prefer it from another place (Dunkin). I have mixed feelings about this coffee shop.... On one hand, their products are pretty decent and they are appropriately priced... It's locally owned, and probably the best coffee shop in town... There are a few comfortable chairs to enjoy your drink in... On the negative side, this chairs are nearly always occupied by people who often outstay their welcome... You know the type: buy one coffee, and lounge around for an hour or more using the internet.... That's fine in larger places, but there just isn't enough space to enable all day hangouts... This place is a busy coffee shop located near a strip mall on Foxcroft. The interior is nice and cozy, with a lot of tables, comfy chairs, and areas to work. They offer a variety of caffeinated drinks, breakfast, and lunch. I stopped in for a lattes and was overwhelmed by the variety of choices. The latte menu featured a huge list of combinations of different flavors. They even had a handful of sugar free combos! I had the sugar free sinful delight and it was absolutely fantastic.
