Overall I think the man at the counter should get off his phone for at least 5 minutes to sweep the floor. I'm all for acting your wage, but there is a line and if the floor is that gross at least pick up a broom and mop. I first visited Rock Bottom with friends several years ago--shortly after it changed ownership. It was a pleasant stop, but things have continued to improve. The owner has improved the river view by carefully tending a riverfront lot across the street and keeping large windows. There's also a side deck with river views. Thus family-owned establishment has great service and a friendly clientele who are welcoming to all. The tap system is currently offline but Rock Bottom has a nice selection of domestic bottled beers. Four stars only because we didn't have a chance to try the food; bar service was great If you're in the Lock Haven area definitely check out this local jewel. You'll have a good time and probably make some new friends.
