The wait here was exhausting. I remember coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, and that was well over 28 years ago. It has Ben remodeled multiple times since.l but I haven't stepped inside for a while. I took the drive thru option today. It was packed but I was about to travel for 4 hours and needed some grub for the road. This McDonalds built two lanes to speed up the ordering process, but that creates more chaos than solutions since both lanes merge into one. You are caught in awkward situations where, once the lane merges, you have to either give way to the other lane or fight your way into the merging lane. Unlike other fast food restaurants where they have a two lane system, here, it seems to benefit the business more, as it gets a customer paying sooner but delays their reception of the food. Once at the window, I was asked if I had ordered two McFluries. I said no, and would have hated waiting in line for 15 minutes for 2 ice creams. Then I was asked if I had ordered a burger. No again. This confusion is caused by double lane/merging system. The double lane needs to remain a double lane through the entire experience, not merge into one. read more

I always come here since it's really convenient. The staff is so nice & the manager is so nice. Great service. I've never had any problems. Even when there is a small issue once in awhile it gets resolved right away. They work so hard especially at rush hour. Keep up the good work! read more

This place was horribly disgusting. It felt like a moist sticky mess. The tables were dirty, the floors were sticky and the restrooms were nastier than a Porta Potty. I do not recommend this place at all. The staff seemed annoyed when I asked for napkins and jam. Their napkins disposals were all empty. My order was incorrect and no one seemed eager to help. They all seemed annoyed and tired. The trash cans were full and one trash can didn't even have a liner. read more

In terms of function, they do take food orders efficiently. However during a take out episode around, 10pm, food quality seems to go down. During lunch time, this place is kinda of a hub, so long lines happen quick and they seem to have difficulty keeping dining area clean due to high traffic of people. read more

Poor service, I just left the place few minutes ago they messed up my order twice!!! It was a plain cheeseburger home style they give it to me with everything on it! Then I wait for 15 min for them to supposedly fix it, I left thinking they had given me plain cheese burger, nope no cheese on it!! Then I called to ask for supervisor or manager and they answered the phone saying Bueno! Instead of answering professionally it was horrible service overall!!
