We pull up to the second window and we are told to pull into a parking spot to wait on fries. Thirty minutes goes by and my husband goes in with the receipt and tries ask about our order. He stood there for ten minutes and all of the McDonald's employees ignored him and didn't respond to him. We decide to just go through the drive through and ask about our order. We pull up and we're told that they hadn't made our order yet and they will get on it. The food came out and the fries were cold, and the Big Mac had Mac sauce everywhere and it was soggy. The customer service and atmosphere of this McDonald's was so nice and welcoming. Every worker who I interacted with was so kind, and they even would check on me every so often. So I ordered 2 chocolate milkshakes because they say their frappe machine is down . Was handed this and asked the drive employee, 'are these chocolate?' And they responded yeah. I worked at a McDonald's for several years and I know that their orange juice comes in a bag, so how my orange juice got so watered down is beyond me. I even called the establishment after my visit to confirm that it does still come in a bag and they said it does and that if I brought it back they would replace it for me but I had already driven away and am never in the area. I just really hope they aren't watering down peoples orange juices to cut costs. I can see my straw in the cup! That's not supposed to happen with orange juice! I got it because I need the vitamins and nutrients, if I wanted water I would've ordered it. If I wanted watered down orange juice I would've got it with ice. Frustrating Drive-Through Seems like I get aggravated every time we go to this McDonald's. Today it was the drive-thru AGAIN. There is a heavy yellow border on a single file line that splits to two drive thru stations at the end, but a large majority of the self-absorbed just cut into the outside lane in front of all those that have been waiting as they're supposed to. I doubt we can change all the selfish bullies, but you'd think McDonald's could at least change the configuration of the drive thru lane(s) to make it a little more obvious. It ain't like there's a great reward awaiting you at the window either. We wouldn't go at all if the family dog didn't have to have his chichun nuggets. read more

This McDonalds location on Smithville Hwy in McMinnville is unnecessarily rude. I just can't believe the amount of attitude I get for placing an order. I want to say something, like "hey why did you have to be so rude?" But I know they will probably spit in my food if I ask. So just think it sucks customers have to put up with the nasty attitudes of the cashiers so they can get their food they ordered and paid for without them spitting in it! It's not fair they get away with treating customers so poorly. I could see if there was any reason but there isn't. I watched many customers in line as I waited for my order, I saw them get ordered around and treated like an absolute burden just for asking for napkins or a sauce??? What is happening to pleasantness and customer service anymore? Seems non existent. If they didn't like the job and don't wanna work there, why not go find a job that makes them happy? That way Customers don't have to suffer? This McDonald is hit and miss when you order. More times than not our order has been wrong. Going through the drive thru can be really bad. People get pulled forward a lot. We have been pulled forward for one burger and fries at the beginning of lunch. I would think they would be more prepared. We stopped going through drive thru hopping our order would be right if we went inside. I understand in the drive thru the employees are on a timer to get the orders out so we go in. Still orders have things wrong. The nice thing about it was it was over a latte. My husband took it back because it was the wrong flavor, the employee argued with my husband that we had the correct order because he could tell by looking! I tasted it, it was not what I ordered. Yes,I went by the mcdonalds here in McMinnville last night around 11:30pm and went thru the drive thru.Put my order in and it took a while to even get up to the window to pay.Then when I got to the other window to get my order the girl went to hand me my bag(they had to put it all in one bag) and the bag tore and fell to the pavement.She told me to pull up and they would get me a new order.When I pulled up,we sat there I know for another 15-20 minutes waiting.Brought our order out and when I got home which is only about a mile away our sandwiches were cold.I had ordered big macs and my husband got the mcribs.What irritated me was having to wait that long and several cars that were behind us got their order.I know I counted at least 10 cars that went around us while we waited.If there had been another fastfood restaurant open I would have told them I wanted my money back.Its a good thing I didn't order fries or they would have been cold.That is why I would rather go to burger king;I always get my orders while they are hot.Even the truck behind me had to wait and they brought his order out before I got mine.I am very,very disappointed in this McDonalds. read more
