Later, I came up for a coffee refill and another employee was involved in a lengthy personal conversation. When that conversation ended, the employee turned around and was in the process of leaving when someone else told her to help me. Seems like a lack of proper supervision.

I ordered a plain biscuit on the side, which the drive thru sign said costs "$0.96". When they added it it was $1.89. I told her it says $0.96 and she was able to make it that price on the drive thru screen. When I pulled up to the window they told me the original, higher total, and I said "I don't think that's right". Then I'm assuming the manager lady came up and said "that's not the right price, it's $1.89 after tax" as if tax adds almost double the price. She said they can't ring it up as $0.96 even though they just did at the drive thru so I just got a sausage biscuit and no extra biscuit. I know it's only less than a dollar difference, but it's the principal of the thing. If your sign says one price, that's the price you should charge, or at least train your managers to know how much local sales tax is. The other staff were friendly, but everyone just seemed like they didn't know what was going on.
