I would never recommend this mcdonalds to anyone! I've picked up Uber orders from there and the workers have a very nasty attitude. When I ordered food for myself and my kids here, the wait was excessive and then I asked for a refill (bc customers can not get their own drinks now) and the eoman looked at me, didn't take my cup to refill but came back with a half filled cup of sweet tea with no ice or a new straw. the service just sucks and the workers will make sure you feel mistreated, they actually go out of there way to be nasty. read more

So I went here w my bros my grandma and grandpa and we ordered 3 cheeseburgers only cheese and drinks and fries and they gave my bro a hamburger with everything on it and the other burgers and there was cheese plus everything. Just got lunch as this location. My 10 piece nugget had a whopping 8 pieces in it. The guy at the window gave me my food and wished me a good day. Problem is he didn't give me my drink. Came back to the window with an attitude bc I'm still sitting there, after being told I didn't have my drink he says "what did you get?" Dude...aren't you supposed to know this? There are more occasions where the order is short of what was originally ordered. If I took a percentage, I would say 25% of the time it will be incorrect. If i was a betting man, I would win more at McDonalds messing up than the money I would make in Vegas. Instead of looking at one screen they should have bays where there is a screen above which dictates the order. When they put it in the bag, they can match it up. Something has to be done. I know many customers looks into the bags and see if they have everything. Obviously, there are problems. read more

Worst McDonalds ever! I just drove thru quick for an iced coffee and an apple pie. I asked for coffee the way I always get it. Extra ice, extra cream, 2 Splenda. I got the coffee and it was a cup of cream with a splash of coffee. I get it. I did ask for extra cream. Rather than be ignorant and let the people behind me have to wait, I pulled to the side and walked in. I very politely asked if they can please dump a little out and add some more coffee. To which the guy responded "well you did ask for extra cream". I then got it back and not only was it still no coffee but there was coffee all over the outside of the cup. The associates were already mumbling so instead of getting into it I walked to grab a napkin to wipe it off. The minute I grabbed a napkin, a lady manager who was walking over to a table where a guy was sitting with a computer said "sir the dining room is closed". I have an iced coffee in my hand and I'm reaching for a napkin because your associates were clueless. Did it look like I was sitting down to eat? Instead of worrying about me grabbing a napkin, you should be worried about the 3 associates I counted that weren't wearing masks. The board of health will be notified. This is the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. The employees are SUPER nice, respectful, and helpful!!! After we placed our order, they gave us a number tag to place on our table and THEY BROUGHT OUR FOOD TO US, with all the condiments and supplies we needed. I don't think I've ever seen a McDonald's operate this way! My 4 year old told me she wanted ice cream, and an employee cleaning the table next to us, said, "oh the happy meal comes with ice cream." I was shocked, and even more shocked when she BROUGHT THE ICE CREAM to my little girl and we didn't even have to ask!!!! My daughter played for hours with the other kids and came out at one point and said "I AM HAVING SO MUCH FUN!" We will be visiting here a lot more often! read more

Was here a couple of weeks ago for a late bite to eat. Order a meal minus the cheese and they made me wait in the holding spot 2. Got my order after 10 minutes of waiting and then drove home. Checked order only to find it had cheese despite the grill slip saying otherwise. Spoke to manager on phone, she said she would send me a card for a free meal next time and took down my information. Really going down hill. The new order yourself system is horrible with too many different menus to navigate and the touch screen is not very responsive. You can't pay cash so you have to go to someone at a register anyway. The food takes longer because they bring it too you but you still have to get your own drink and ketchup and napkins so I don't see the point. The food was the same as always, the shift is usually slow in the night and you have to wait rather a lot of time in the drive tru just to get your orther and sometimes get confused since there is no orther in the drive thru of who goea next or what, basically just tell them what you ask for and get match with the order. They don't put any sauce, ketchup or salt in the bag so ask for them before you leave and really check your order. It really sucka having to drive back home and have chicken nuggets when you asked for a Big Mac and gor less than what you paid for. Now for the service inside it was great. They where fast specially in the mornings they attended me in front of the cashier asked what I wanted and quickly selected everything and charged me. They provided me with a table number, they delivered the food to my table wich was pretty darn awsome I felt like I was in a real restaurant despise knowing I was in a Mcdonalds they doble check if everything was alright and even bring me a refill at the table with ketchup and salt as I've ask for. This has been my go to McDonald's for basically all my life. Recently I've been completely disgusted with the service and food being served. Few weeks back I had went in the morning around 8 am. Ordered their hotcakes and sausage platter for my son before school and a sausage biscuit with added cheese for myself. Now they did repeat my order to me at least 5 times before I had left both windows. I get home, there is no sausage with the hot cakes. Also, they charge me for the egg Biscuit and cheese which is $3 more in price than what I ordered, they also forgot to put my cheese on it. So I called because really? It's not a hard order. Didn't want a hand out I was just looking out for other rushing moms that morning. Now today, just now. I ordered the same exact thing. Simple enough. I added 3 hash browns. I get home. These hash browns were still frozen!!!! How disgusting!!!! Cmon staff you are getting paid close to what i get paid to be a cardiac nurse. There is no excuse!!! Moms do not go to family night here on Friday nights especially if you have boys. They have a women manager that has 0 tolerance for our boys playing long in the play area, she lied and made up a storie of how my son attacked a few kids in the head, I asked all the kids in the zone what happened they said no one hit them, and no one tackled them, i new it but I made sure , then the manager plays games with the free refills by telling moms they have to throw out the empty drinks while the kids play and parents must only watch the kids inside with out the refill cups or uneaten food, if moms sit and eat and watch at a near window while there kids play in the zone ,she comes yelling at the moms that were not supervising our kids, also they give the kids balloons and yell at them when they play with the balloons in the play area. They need to get higher ups in here and have a policy that supports moms eating enjoying watching the kids play , not a McDonald's cop who yells to throw out your refills, ordering us around and at last they need to give out balloons at the end of the visit , because yelling at 6 kids with balloons is not supporting a nice day out at Famiky night from hell. -soccer mom who will take her weekly money with managers who support the business they work for not destroy it. read more

I ordered food from first window and asked for receipt, girl told me to get it from second window. Got my food from second window ,no receipt again. I asked for receipt she told me i should of gotten it from first window.Girl at first window showed girl at second window receipts are right there. Girl at second window picked up a ball of 100 receipts stuck together and said she didnt know which was mine. Apparently she never gave anyone a receipt. Manager comes over and said he doesnt know how to give me another receipt. So he told me to pull over and he would go through the spaghetti of receipts that no customers received to give me mine. I waited 10 minutes nobody came out with receipts.Now im out a $10 receipt which i needed for proof for the Kaufman Enterprises Customer Appreciation Rebate Program. They have gotten my order wrong countless times, Given me other people's food, and actually gave me the wrong change and had to recount the drawer once.
