Every time we've come here, we've had a bad experience, but this time was probably the worst cheeseburgers that are supposed to have onions, pickles, ketchup, and mustard on them had a mystery sauce. They couldn't find our order when we came up to the first window our fries were half full as medium so they pretty much should've just been a small. We got no straws for the drinks. They did remember the sauce this time and on the bacon burger, we asked for no ketchup or mustard and add mayonnaise and I think they got pissy and just put an entire bucket of ketchup on the actual burger. read more

The employees in this McDonald's do not care about your food at all. I live nearby and there are few fast food options, especially later in the evening. This should be a convenient stop on the way home but instead it always turns into having to go back inside to get additional food that's been left off the order. That, or just getting home and realizing something's missing and accepting that some kid who's too busy staring at his phone and snacking on peoples fries decided you weren't going to get half your meal today. I have been coming to this location for years and the level of disgust that I have right now is unbelievable. My husband went through the drive through today 12/4 and was served hotcakes for my son with a bite mark taken out of it. One of the employees had taken a bite mark out of it and put the hotcake on the bottom so it couldn't be seen until it was already being eaten. We called the store, obviously. Horrified. The " manager" reassured me that it was a tear from the grill and offered for us to come back for another order of hot cakes. First of all, it's dumping snow. You all see outside. Secondly, why would we want an additional order when one of your teenage employees in the back is eating customers food and cross contaminating paying customers food with flu viruses and whatever else is out these days. The straw that caused me to truly write this review, is the "manager" thought my husband was off the phone and ne heard this gentleman shout to his employees, "who is eating pancakes back there? Someone found one." The "manager" themselves pretty much confirmed this disgusting and horrifying experience. Did call and speak to management as well. If could give this McDonald's zero stars, it absolutely deserves it. I'm not sure who the guy was that was running the front of the store, but it was 2 o'clock on Monday the 23rd October 2023- reddish blonde hair. I ordered a happy meal and a soda, after waiting at mobile order spot one for over 12 minutes, I got a receipt saying that my order has been given to me. I went into the store, and my happy meal was on the counter, but my drinks weren't there. He said the drink machine wasn't working, so he asked me if I could fill my cups myself. Just fine. I went out to my car and opened the happy meal, and everything was cold, I went back inside, and he said that he remade it, however, when I went back out to my car again, it was still all ice cold. I went back in again, and he gave me attitude and said that he made it himself, and the things were not cold. They were very cold. He had them make it again, and gave me my happy meal. He gave me the evil eye as I was walking out and stared me down. He was trying to intimidate me. He needs to be fired! Absolutely awful. Driving back home from Nampa, we had already passed a few McDonalds but he wanted to go to the one closest to home. Went thru the drive through, ordered the large fries, paid, then at the window the clerk said, "Park around the corner because we are making a new batch of fries and we will bring them out to you." We did just that. We waited and waited, cars were driving by and they waited for 2 min for their delivery. When it came to the 5th car and 8 minutes later....... When you walk in you stop to wonder for a second if you walk into McDonalds. the service is friendly and fast. and the food is as good and fresh as any McDonalds. for fast food this is a good McDonalds to visit. in fact if it wasn't fast food I would have probably gave it 5 stars. I went through the drive thru about 20 min ago and I truly believe one employee in particular needs some customer service training. She had darker hair with some purple streaks. She was very rude, didn't say a word to me when she handed me my food and when I asked if I can get some bbq sauce she again didn't say anything she continued to hold the bag out the window so I grabbed it.
