I'm all for providing employment for the mentally challenged. But putting all of the mentally challenged people on the same shift at the same McDonald's is probably not a good plan. This McDonald's has without a doubt the slowest drive-through I've ever seen. The cashier literally waits 3 to 5 minutes in between every two orders so if you're the third card in line, they go dead for 3 to 5 minutes until you are recognized. Today, there were 4 cars in front of me and I waited 15 minutes just to give my mobile order code....and then?.....Even using the app to order in advance, half the time they pull you to the side to wait even longer for your order. Everyone from the manager on down at this McDonald's should be fired. They should start from scratch. read more

Me and my friend ordered McDonald's through doordash and apparently they closed at ten and we didn't know they closed way before they actually closed then when our door-dasher got to McDonalds there was a note placed on the door that said they closed at 10 they didn't say on the app or anything so we had to spend 20-30 minutes on the phone trying to get a refund read more

This place hasn't had a decent review since 2018 and it's not getting one now. SLOOOOOOWWWWW, incompetent and they don't care. After standing around waiting 15 minutes for my order, I then stood in a line with several others to get my money back. There had to be at least 7 people standing around waiting for their order and the worker kept coming up, calling out drinks, sitting them on the counter and no one waiting claimed them. I can't begin to describe my absolute disappointment in this McDonald's. A few weeks ago, I waited in a drive-through line of maybe 10 cars for over an hour. I waived that by as just a consequence of there being little help. A few more chances later, their staff being ramped up, there has been no improvement. We waited in line again for over an hour, this time for them to tell us that they weren't serving any more customers even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. This location has had it's problems for a long time. From sloppy food and wrong orders to employees not caring about there guest let alone there jobs. MY family and I normally try to avoid this McDonald's but I will say "to gods honest truth" the last several times my family or myself have come here the experience has been excellent. The atmosphere is mostly positive and the food is great for a McDonald's. Still slow as all hell, but I like the change. Keep it up. By the way if you go there between 1-3am, ALL WAYS BRING CASH, it will save you a lot of frustration. Also be prepared to wait most and I mean most of the food is cooked as you order it. read more

As a frequent McDonald's flyer (frequent is probably an overstatement, but I feel like I know what a McDonald's should and shouldn't be), this is a terrible version of McDonald's. Service takes far too long, items are forgotten or wrong and the service staff doesn't seem focused on customer service. Did I say that nicely? This place is a very slow working place and horribly managed. Our food is never fresh and it's always cold. The drive thru is always long and the inside is ugly and not clean. The workers are never happy to be there and they are always slurring their words and are impossible to understand. The play place is dirty and the inside tables by the play place are always filthy. This McDonald's doesn't have a Mc. Cafe and don't have the muffins and stuff. We always get the wrong order and we always are missing something. They never fire or hire anyone new. If I could give this 1/2 star, I would. This place is filthy, for starters. It's like walking into a dump and requesting to eat your food amongst the seagulls. The people are rude and extremely condescending. God forbid you come to their establishment to get something to eat- you've inconvenienced them. To order in the drive-thru is worse: they simply say "Go". Their automated drink machine spits out cups covered in pop, and they hand it to you without wiping it off first. Big surprise here, but they also don't include napkins in the bag unless you ask so you're left with a messy drink holder and a wet, sticky hand. I don't expect much from McDonalds. I don't expect much from their employees. But when you visit somewhere like Chik Fil A, and then go to this McDonalds, it makes me wonder how they stay in business. read more

I took my son to my local mcdonalds by the house with a play place at the gas station, never again!!! I ordered a large #2 with no pickles. After waiting over 5 minutes with literally only one customer ahead of me the cashier with dirty fingernails told me one of my cheeseburgers is going to have pickles on it because she forgot to mark it minus pickles. I said I don't think so! I don't want pickles!! The manager overheard took It back. When I got it back it was the sloppiest cheeseburger I ever seen. Looked like the patty was dropped on the floor. I didn't eat it. Didn't even touch it! Got half way thru my fries and found a hair. This place is disgusting!!! The cashier went to the dining room to take someone their drink came back coughing in her hands. Didn't even wash them. It's evident the culture in this restaurant isn't set with high expectations. My family frequents McDonald's and I am never surprised at how often we receive incorrect orders. Tonight was no exception if you count a hot chocolate that came without the chocolate. Yes, that is correct. Hot milk with whip cream on top...not what we asked for. However, that was not the best part. My wife ordered one of their new CBO sandwiches and asked for pickle on it. Here is a first for me. They charged 30 cents for a pickle chip on a premium priced sandwich. I suggested they view the Ferrel Ice Cream video on Youtube titled "Give the man a pickle." My guess, that is how McDonald's makes their billions+, by charging a-la-carte for condiments. read more

Terrible, went in today for mother's day to get my family some breakfast, so i ordered 3 big breakfasts WITH hot cakes, got 2 made to order, and then got one literally with nothing in it but egg, so i then drive all the way back up there to get another one, called in and explained i got them with hot cakes and one was missing, and they give me another one, WITHOUT hot cakes. It's a nice McDonald's at a convenient location. It's part of a gas station so I stop by here when I need gas.

The slowest drive through I have ever encountered. In one instance it took 15 minutes to get from order station to pickup.

First off, I like McDonalds food. I really do. I go to a McDonalds a few times a week, often in the morning for a sausage biscuit and coffee; then on the weekends I'll sometimes get lunch. This is one of the two McDonalds' that I visit the most often since it's close to my house, but I swear, every single time I go to this location, the order is wrong. Most of the employees are at the peak of their career. I can't think of a single nice thing to say about this location. McDonalds - I BEG YOU - Please implement the 'Create Your Taste' self-service kiosk here as soon as possible! read more

Yeah, this McDonalds is not the place to go. So basically they get every single freaking order wrong in the drive thru. We ask for specific things and there have been numerous times that they have given us someone else's order. That didn't only happen once! Compared to other locations, this one just can't keep up with the orders. Which makes the drive thru lines and the indoor lines long. They have horrible cashiers, and they don't enjoy working there. They always are depressed or something, but they just don't enjoy it. They even sometimes run out of food. And they make a big deal about boys getting "girl toys" or vice versa. read more
